They are remodeling, don't have their system or card reader up and functioning. Their rooms are atrocious, mold in the shower. If this is what expedia recommends, I'll never look at your site ever!!!

This place is an old motel 6 they advertise breakfast but didnt offer it the bed was like sleepi g on a floor no hot water at all couldnt even shower i will never stay there agian and will never use this website again

This establishment was being remolded, upon arrival check-ins were being done outside. The new paint & trim had been done. At least in my Unit, fresh paint shavings were on the floor as you enter & contractor tape was around the door handle & some of the keypad. The fumes I'm sure were beyond an inhabitable state. The air condition unit was on the last leg & whined all night without a cover. I honestly thought this was part of a Halloween prank, but it was November 3, 2023, at approximately 5:45 pm. I was too tired from my shift & the drive to do anything but sleep. I learned my lesson and I will NEVER make the mistake of doing business with the establishment again. False advertisement, rooms nasty,door jam broke from being kicked in. States has a pool , no water in pool. Overall property very nasty. Broke windows just tsped to hold glass together,been that way for a while,can tell by tape. My opinion is not have this property listed.

The room had beds that were already slept in with dirty sheets, beds were unmade. The bed had about 8-10 spiders crawling on the one closest to the door. The floor had so many dead bugs, I took photos and turned around, tried to get a refund and was refused. I slept in my car in the parking lot and was afraid most of the night.

Entire property had no hot water and they knowingly still rented out rooms. Offered no different accommodations nor a refund once we had to go to the office to ask why we had no hot water, to which they said the boiler was out for the entire motel. Staff were EXTREMELY rude about the entire situation. Room was relatively clean, but you’re getting what you paid for. But in that payment, hot water should be included. If they would have been honest upon check in by saying they had no hot water, we would have changed plans for accommodations.

This is a stay over motel only. The room was old but useable. Beds were ok, but lots of stains. Bad part with a family there was tiny roaches and other bugs on the tables, floor, walls and ceiling. Shower is standup with a curtain. It’s one of those places where I with I had just spent more for better accommodation.

There were roaches, the staff was very rude. There were 2 roaches on the counter top. Place was smelly as the air was turn off. It looked like they were dointg remodeling and left some unfinished work and still rent it out. It took almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm. I was trying to CA. But the rude cashier said i can but i was already charged by Expedia. Very very discussed.

It was disgusting. Room was for 2 adults and one child with only 2 sets of towels. Curtain in bathroom had rust and mildew. Hair from some other person was all in the bathroom floor and walls. 2 double beds were more like 2 twin beds shoved in a space no biggest than a closet. No maid all weekend. This place is the nastiest place that I have ever stayed at, and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to stay here, and I should be fully reimbursed. My son wanted to swim, but I feared that he would be contaminated by something in the water. The reason why I am giving the title as a Worker's Paradise is because the only other persons there were nasty contruction workers.

Got to the room and it was ice cold and I mean ice cold turned it off and it was still super cold tried to turn the heat on it was blowing out cold air the thermostat on the wall didn’t work couldn’t tell what the temperature was The floors was cold and damp the ceiling in the bathroom has a bubble where the paint is peeling off and there was mold on the ceiling as well I personally could not sleep husband kept coughing half the time Now I know why it was cheap guess I get what I paid for If I’m back in Marshall Texas I know not to stay here again

The room is extremely small with no chairs. The A/C produced a very bad moldy smell. We purchased air freshener spray but this did not help. We had reserved for 2 nights but could not stay 2nd night due to smell. Staff refused refund for 2nd night or any other remedy. We had to pay to stay elsewhere 2nd night.

Room had a mildew smell, bathroom floor was sticky, TV picture was snowy, remote didn’t work. Bed made a horrible sound. I woke up to nats flying in the bathroom and to top it off while get dressed a bug crawled right pass me. Wish I upload pictures!

Overall and nice hotel, renovated,inside and out, The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms also include a microwave and a small refridgerator. Everything in the room was in good repair. The water in the shower was actually HOT! The property is located in a safe and convenient area with many restaurants and stores located nearby. The common areas inside the building were all immaculate. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and service was good. I had a problem finding the place. There is NO sign on the entrance road to the Hotel. Construction in the area has removed the sign. Hotel is behind a service station out of sight from Hwy 59. Staff spoke with Indian accent, and I had troube understanding directions. Google maps did not help. The tile floor was slick and my lady slipped and almost fell. This is dangerous and may lead to a law suit in the future in this handicap room # 108. I suggest some type of NON slip pad be available to eliminate this hazard. Also, the Hot water was only warm. The single handle adjustment Pegged out not allowing the Hot water to be only slightly warm. Not sure how to solve this. I would stay here again because of cleanliness and positive attitude of the staff.

Only 1 towel and 2 washcloths for 2 night stay. NO HOT WATER in shower. Sink had hot water. Extra $20 for pet..no where did it say that. Desk clerk was rude and very distracted by her small child running around. Not pleased with this booking.

This place was in Bridgeport, Texas and I really really liked it. They treated my daughter and I very nice was very helpful was very professional. I ran into some problems on a ride and checking out and they were very understanding and allowed me to stay until I was able to fix the problem, they’re definitely hands up. Good people and good service.
