We paid over $200 for a one night stay so that my young granddaughters could go swimming for the evening. NOWHERE when booking this room was there any information stating that the pool was unavailable and out of service for remodeling. We could not get a refund and go to a nearby hotel that had a pool, making our entire stay a worthless ripoff. And on top of this total disappointment, the entire hotel wreaked of mold and mildew. Should have stayed at the Hilton…I think even the local motel would have been better.

The room was extremely humid making it very uncomfortable. The pool room door would not work with key. The rates were extremely inflated and we were just very disappointed to pay more and have had our worst stay ever.

The physical condition of the property was disappointing. The walls in the hallway seemed to be water damaged and there were cracks and warped wallpaper. The lobby computer/printer was non-functional but still turned on. When I inquired about it, I was told it needed to be turned on even though it was non-functional due to "brand standards." Rooms were very small and cleaning staff non-responsive to requests.

Pool was being renovated without notice when booking or at check in. Our room was above the construction zone. 9:30am construction started. It was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv. Tub wouldn’t drain. No new towels were brought to our room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They got us linens when requested for the sofa bed. We have a question about mini fridge as it was not running when we arrived and food we were bringing for an event. The front staff said they would bring us a different fridge but never did. From what I can tell you can turn fridge on for 2 hours and then it is off for 6. I suppose this is for energy conservation but I was afraid my eggs and dairy products might spoil. Just a little stressful! Breakfast was good . Exercise room was appreciated. Sofa bed was not really very comfortable for my 82 year old mom. Probably won’t do that in the future!

Rooms need updated. Shower floor was dirty, like it has been cleaned but years of dirty feet showed. Also , not the hotels problem but I had googled closest hotels to St Joseph Hospital and hotels.com popped up and I assumed when i booked this hotel, it was within like 2.5 miles from hospital and it wasn't. So hotels.com needs to step of they're internet advertising.

We had a chunky substance on our sheets and covers. Like more than just a stain. We told the front desk who we very nice and gave us new sheets and cover and offered to comp us a litter which was not necessary. Then the next day the staff member said their manager was in a bad mood and didn’t care that a chunky red thick substance was on our covers. Worst stay of my life this is my fists review ever due to how bad it was.

The hotel was okay, good value, but the highlight was at breakfast. We were late by about 5 min, and the attendant had already removed most of the food. We looked around, realized it was our fault for being late and were ready to leave, when the attendant Amy noticed us and very kindly offered to bring back food that she had just started putting away in the kitchen. She brought us eggs and sausage that were still warm and offered us cereal, milk, etc. We felt she went above and beyond and really appreciated her graciousness and kindness. We would return because of her! Check-in staff were also very warm & welcoming.

The front desk employee charged my card prior to me arriving and i was not intending on using that bank card to pay for the room. I always ( for 8 month's) click the pay at property option when booking and I've never had this happen before ( 8 ) month's of traveling ( monthly) and even stayed here before and this did not happen... She was not the person that was here in December when i stayed here so I'm not sure if she's new.. She wa rude when i was asking for clarification on why she processed or authorized payment of the room prior to my arrival...

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early and check out was a noon. The breakfast had lots of options. We used the airport shuttle and the driver was great! Will definitely stay there again!

My flight arrived a little after 9:00 so I couldn’t get picked. Front desk person seemed to care less, didn’t acknowledge my level and didn’t off my choice of s gift. The next morning my ride to the airport was late. I wasn’t impressed.

I travel frequently with my DeafBlind son. We always stay at a hotel near an airport with free shuttle service and a complimentary breakfast. That is why I chose the Fairfield Inn Keenland. I called the front desk prior to arrival and got info on the shuttle. When I called I was told there might be a problem. Subsequently I was told the shuttle would not come and we should take a taxi and they would pay for it. When we got to the hotel I was told I had to pay for the taxi and the charge would be deducted from room charge. Upon check out they said that would not be the case since I booked through Expedia. I booked through you. I am a BonVoy member. The shuttle was supposed to take us back to the airport but we had to Uber. I will get my $50.00 back.

Great location. Shuttle to airport is super convenient. Lots of dining within walking distance. Gentleman at check-in was super friendly and very efficient. Excellent stay for the price can’t be beat.

Appears to be older hotel. Some smells from cleaning products. Beds were comfortable, bottom of tub was a little dirty which isn't unusual with the non-slip surface of some tubs. Breakfast provided, little cheese omelettes, variety of breads, sausage, oatmeal with a variety of toppings juices, coffee, etc. Not a bad experience. Rate very reasonable.
