Checked in at 4;30 PM and was told room wasn't ready not cleaned by staff. Given an up grade. Room had mold like substance in shower stall.. Only operating ice machine was on 3rd floor, we were on 2nd. Breakfast was the same both days and very poor selection Who is going to read this? No one really cares, but I wrote it

The property was in a good location. However, we found out the pool had a leak the evening we came. So the pool was closed and no refund or partial refund was given. We have a 2 year old, the pool was one of the main reasons we wanted this hotel. Very disappointing. The bathtub had a hole in the fiberglass and it was covered with a sticker, and the electronic blinds in the room did not work. It was quiet and convenient but a few things need work!

I didn’t like the parking fee I was charged for without my knowledge. The walls were thin, so we heard noise all evening and night. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast either. The hot items like eggs and potatoes were cold by 9:30. Price was good but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good breakfast and nice breakfast staff. Pool closed. We had to slam our room door to get it to shut, Garbage on floor in room. We stayed for several days. Came back to the room at 9:30PM one evening and our room door was open. ((Had left at 8 AM.) Spoke with front desk staff who stated it was probably housekeeping who keeps the room doors open as they don’t have a key fob for all the rooms while they are working. What? Why still open at 9:30PM? We had our luggage/jewelry/electronics in the room but nothing seemed to be missing.

Very Disappointing stay. Fire Alarms went off at 1:30am with absolutely no direction Pool was down. Bathrooms are so small. Breakfast was horrible and there was absolutely no food at 930am. No eggs, potatoes, waffle mix, bread etc. Never even bothered to eat breakfast the next day. The afternoon front desk guy was helpful. Voiced our concern for a less than stellar stay. This was the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at.

No notification that hotel is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. No pool, no ice machines, Stairways under renovation. With a small group. Rooms scattered apart due to second floor gutted. Fitness room closed, Computer area closed. Should have been told about this especially for the price. Extremely disappointing for a Hampton Inn !!

Bathroom was dirty when I checked in, I cleaned it myself, the seal on the door was busted and broken on the bottom of the door, there were cracks and water damage on the ceilings and the floor had stains and uneven. I stay at Hampton in all the time and that won’t change I just had a rough room this time. The staff was wonderful and friendly!

I haven't stayed at this Hampton in years and thought it had been renovated. The room was dirty and the carpet so filthy and spotted I would not lay on it to exercise. I was given two small towels to last 4 days and after 2 days they took the wash clothes without replacing them. Pleasant staff and adequate breakfast.

Our room was really dusty, the mirrows in the bathroom had toothpaste all over them, and there were toenails on the counter. Also the floors werent very clean. I went to go take a shower and the tub wouldnt drain. I will say that staff was nice about it and put us in a new room. The shower worked fine but everything else was the same. I do appreciate staff for putting us in a new room. So thank you for that.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was way too soft and the floor was slanted. As you walked to the bathroom it dropped a good two inches on a slant. Probably won't stay there again.

Badly needs updating and finer touch attention to carpeting, light shades, elevator floor, fan filters, shower heads, toilet stains. Was clean, but badly in need of touch-ups and remodeling. Staff was excellent.

Everyone, and i do mean EVERYONE, was always very friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with the shower, the plumber was there the next morning, and fixed everything. It was very quiet in the room, and the electrically operated window shade made the room quite dark at night (something I really ilke). The location was ideal for my visit.

Staff did not provide a copy of the final charge nor have I received any on my email. Do not know if the charges are the same as when reserved thru the booking agent. People traveling with me received a final bill with changes almost doubled from the booking reservation. If need to dispute any added changes in a timely manner I need to be provided a copy of my bill at time of check out.

Staff was very good. Very busy weekend for the area. Computers seemed to be major issue at check in Could be a one time thing not sure. Got us into a room at 4:30 p.m. My perception was still getting trying to get rooms ready at this time. Surprisingly queit since we were right behind front desk area. Area seems to be a good location to access everything.

It was one of the worst hotel stay that we have had. The first room they put us in the door was missing on the entertainment center cabinet. There was four slices of pizza on the side of the cabinet behind the trashcan that must’ve gotten missed. The bed was made sloppy as if someone had laid in it. We initially thought, someone was staying in the room. Front desk wasn’t sure what happened. Went to put us in another room but had to get luggage out of old room. I had forgotten the room number. I had forgotten room number and so did the attendant. She then proceeded to knock on multiple doors to find my room . It was very bizarre and we would definitely not stay again.

I can’t remember the last hotel i stayed in that housekeeping came during the stay. Not only did she clean room, in fact better than when we arrived, she ( I did ask if it was a she/he) folded my daughters blanket. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of option. Would stay again.
