Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn

There was not even basic amenities like shampoo , body wash and conditioner in the room . The last at the counter after letting her know that this was situation during check out she was like oh okay I will update the staff . I don’t understand people don’t care even if there is a mistake on their end , a small sorry would have been nice but over all the hotel looks good but the amenities inside the room were not at all good .

Overwhelming perfume smell to cover up pet friendly room. I didn't want a pet friendly room, but got stuck with one, and a horrible headache to boot. It was obvious they want to cater primarily to people with pets, free dog treats in the lobby, etc.i would only recommend this hotel to people bringing dogs.

The ocean view was excellent. I did not use Restaurant or bar. I didn’t find ice til I was leaving. It would be helpful to have it notated on map. The staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room I had connected to rooms on either side. There was more noise from doors. I would not stay again unless guaranteed a room that was not connecting.

This was a business trip. The room was clean, as expected.
