Casey's performance during our check-in was exceptional. She maintained a calm and professional demeanor, facilitating a check-in process that lasted approximately 10 minutes, despite the simultaneous arrival of four additional guests. This marks our third visit to The Waves, and we intend to continue our patronage. We extend our gratitude for the outstanding hospitality and for contributing to an extraordinary experience during our 10th wedding anniversary.

We rented two rooms during Mother's Day weekend. Both rooms smelled like smokers. My mom is allergic so we complained but they didn't have any open rooms. The staff ran ozone which helped a little but the smell was still very strong. We ended up renting another room at a different hotel for the second night.
