Easy parking, convenient to alot of restaurants and the interstate . Very quiet and staff is very friendly

An ok hotel for one night. Bed was fine, pillows were terrible. My draperies been cut on one side with scissors. Strange. And don’t believe the airport shuttle. When I went to sign up for it in the morning, they told me there would be a $20 fee. I caught an uber for $14…

No plug in bathtub. Couldn't take a bath. There was no mention on the website of a $20 fee for airport shuttle. As a matter of fact the shuttle we paid $20 for was going anyway with an airline crew.

Booked this hotel for the pool and location. The pool was not open. Was offered an early check in and showed up and was denied. Was accused of leaving my trash on the breakfast counter by a staff member. The bathroom room was gross. The remote was covered in crusted something and black stuff. It was very loud at night. Was not offered a turn down on my room and was there for 3 nights.

The front desk clerk had an attitude and made me uncomfortable so when I got to the room to find that our toilet didn't work and made horrible noises I didn’t want to even deal with the women. There were only enough towrls for one person I had to ask the cleaning lady who didn't understood English at all. The elevator made horrible noise and jolted like it was about to break so we used the stairs.The pool was dirty and they have smoking areas next to the doors so if you have to smell the smoke when entering or wait till the people are done. Also having a small child at the pool it was disgusting to have the smoke blowing right over. The BBQ restaurant next door was the only thing going for this place we will NOT be returning

Last minute room reservation at 11:30 PM; just needed to sleep for 7 hours. Smooth check in, clean room, quite, and exactly what I needed. No bells and whistles but exactly perfect for a great night's sleep! Bed was comfy, temperature in the room was adjustable AND ACTUALLY worked, and clean- Transportation to GSP airport is available. Great restaurants in moderate walking distance- They also have a breakfast bar in the morning. I did not utilize, but I passed by on my check on, and it looked great and well organized. The gym on property seemed very adequate. This hotel is across from my office, and I live in the county over; thus if I have another late night business outing and need a place to crash to be at work in the morning, I will stay again!

Pillows were terrible, limited towels, hairdryer missing, Breakfast was terribly bad, Pool wasn’t open yet!

Nice rooms BUT was charged $20 for shuttle.NO greeting upon check in,three people behind desk with Manager standing with scowl on his face and arms crossed.Ice bucket in room had brown liquid sludge in it,ice machine did't work and breakfeast juce machine had 4 choices with ALL empty.Nobody spoke at all at checkin desk (nothing) staff needs training in customer service.Will never stay here again.We have taken hundreds of shuttles (both elderly) and have NEVER been charged.

Check in was painfully slow, property was in good shape but room was right off lobby so lots of noise. Property is nice area with many choices for food. BEWARE - airport shuttle costs $20 so don't assume its complimentary like I did.

Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The facility was clean. Our room was comfortable. It was refreshing to stay with no problems or issues!

Room had cockroach infestation. They refused a refund claiming Expedia should give since pre-paid and Expedia said Wingate refused. Very poor business practice.

We had Cockroaches in our room. Running through the bathroom, and all around the refrigerator and near the beds. They did not give a refund for our room because it was prepaid via Expedia, and Expedia would not provide a refund either. We have video Proof of the roaches. Room 206

Things seemed very dirty. Room smelled very misty and had mold in the corner on the wall. Overall just not very clean.

Been a while since I stayed, but there were many cleanliness issues. I would not stay there again. I put a longer review on Google reviews at the time.

The front desk person April was wonderful and friendly. The free breakfast was great on the first day. The next day they were out of 2 of the 3 juice options. The hot food choice of eggs and sausage did not change. The room itself was fine, until you looked closer. The lamp and outlet were very dusty. The shower wall was not clean. The bathroom door frame had handprints on it. The toilet filling up was extremely slow and loud. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

My husband & I were there for one overnight stay. When getting settled in the room, we discovered some clothes left on the closet shelf by a previous guest. There were areas on the tile floor that looked like a spill that our shoes left an imprint in. The coffee maker still had used grounds in it. The bed was clean and comfortable so we slept and left.

It was okay. It was a bit musty/moist in the room and there was mold in the bathroom. I wouldn't stay again.

Check in went well. Room was old. In disrepair. Room was never cleaned. Requested clean towels. Never got them. Drove 8 hours home instead of staying the second night after seeing a few roaches in the halls. I have no clue how the rating was over 8 on this place.

It was alright for the family weekend trip. About what we expected for an "Airport" hotel. Some of the outlets in the room didn't work so we had to move the "power strip" to a more accessible location to be used. But to be honest, all we did was sleep in the room because we were on the go all weekend.

Big rooms Great bed

The rooms were very clean, air conditioning worked wonderfully, but I have 2 issues with the room …there is no fan in bathroom (so annoying) and the room door was difficult to latch. When you are inside the room and toy close the door, you turn the dead bolt to secure the door is closed and latched. When you leave the room you almost need to pull/slam the door closed so it closes and doesn’t reopen…we had to do this several times to make sure the door was actually closed properly. Outside of those two things, everything else was done.

In my opinion, this is a hotel whose primary value is iits proximity to GSP airport. There are also a number of decent restaurants in the area. I have 3 big complaints. The hotel breakfast was meager with little variety. The AC unit in the room was from another era....it was noisy and inefficient. Noisy is probably and understatement. It was either going to blow up or take off. I definitely did not sleep well. Lastly there was no ventilation in the bathroom so the steam from a shower permeated the enitre room. There were a few other issues which are small but these three were big

Stayed one night during a road trip. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC was quiet although there was some noise from guests above on a squeaky floor. BK was good

The bed was very comfy. Room was a nice size

The tub did not drain well while showering. The shower curtain curved rod was not level and curtain would move while showering with shower water splashing on floor. Bed was comfortable. Room was good size. It was nice that they had oatmeal packets in the room as we had to leave for our flight before breakfast time.

There was mold in the shower. I. Addition the door to the room did not close properly. Overall I would not stay there again.

Older building the microwave was broke, some of the lighting didn’t work

The hotel is older and outdated. It needs to be refurbished. A/C Unit was loud and the room was damp and musty. Good location with accessibility to the area. Lots of food places around.

The hotel is fine. The Jamaican women that word the front desk that night had a terrible attitude. My reservation on my phone showed I selected two twin beds, but she put us in a King, and when we told her it was suppose to be two queens she gave us nothing but grief, talking down to us like it was our faught and gave us attitude about switching the rooms like the hotel was at capacity, which is was very far from. Her attitude needs a make over. The other front desk people encountered when we stay there are great, she is not.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nita at the front desk was amazing! She was very busy but still ran the front desk effortlessly.

The room was nice - microwave & fridge, had room to move around. But the toilet kept running. And A/C had something loose so it made a lot of noise when running. We told the front desk the next morning and they would send someone while we were out. Four days later and nobody fixed either issue. We turned the A/C off at night, and shut off water before bedtime. But the lobby and and hallways looked nice and new. I guess they are short staffed.

I have been traveling for work for 40 years. I have never met a manager at a hotel like Josh. Please make sure management realizes what a stellar and top quality manager he is. Whatever we needed he was so helpful, he always made us feel like he was there for the entire family.

Visiting Greenville for two events and this hotel was right in the middle, which made it easy to get to either. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or nice, exceptional front desk lady on duty Friday. The room was very clean and tidy, breakfast was commendable with many choices available. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked this location as an overnight before an early flight. The hotel did not have our reservation and despite the Hotels.com customer service rep speaking with him for 30 minutes he would not honor it. The manager was beyond rude. He was belligerent to the Hotels.com rep and he was uniformly rude to other guests who approached during the hour we stood at the desk hoping to resolve the issue. We eventually asked Hotels.com to cancel the room and find an alternate location close to the airport. During a final required attempt to have the reservation honored the manager relented and we were able to stay. He attempted a lengthy explanation of why he was right and Hotels.com was wrong but I was not interested. We still had to allow a $50 hold on our card for "incidentals" which has still not been refunded. The hotel was very marginally maintained. The bathroom in our room was in poor repair - stained wallpaper, sagging shower rod and a large sign listing the price of each item in the room should we elect to steal them. The capstone was the 1:40am fire alarm. This occurred with no effort on the staff's part to communicate to the cold and sleepy guests huddled in the portico that the non-event was finally over. I think I would opt for sleeping in my car at the rest area before considering this hotel ever again.

Took 40 minutes to check in. One person at desk. Convention being held in area. Lot of folks checking in at same time. Two staff needed for quicker check in.

The room was not made up for the entire stay I was there. The front desk employees were not caring did not feel welcomed breakfast service was horrible. Will never stay in this property again. Did not receive my final bill

We needed a place to stay before boarding an early morning flight. This hotel was just 7 minutes away from GSP by car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and parking was effortless. It was also near many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we fly out of this airport.

The bed was comfortable. Nice pillows. Waffles, eggs, and sausage daily hot breakfast. Also had yogurt, toast, cereal and bagels options.

Sheets from the first room we were assigned had huge greasy looking spots on them. Sent us to another room sheets were worn and ripped. Yogurt at breakfast all expired. Breakfast was mediocre not a buffet. No fruit. Loose Tiles in shower screwed in instead of properly installed. No shelf or place to sit your peronal shampoo or soap in shower. It was just OK. But it could be way better than what it was.

Breakfast was terrible. They run out of bread, coffee was bad.

I thought they could have presented a much better breakfast. limited choices, I've seen mush better at other hotels. Only sugary children's cereals, no fruits, really small bagels or only white bread. The sausages were not edible to me, they were like leather. However the front deck people were helpful and friendly, the room was fine, no complaints with that.

Our room was nice with plenty of room. However, the bathroom was noisy and we had to keep the door closed while sleeping. Not sure what was causing that. The breakfast seemed understocked ( only 1 packet of oatmeal, no meat served, no yogurt) of the items normally found at Wingate.

Stay was generally good. Breakfast offerings were ok, nothing great. Waffles were good, eggs and sausage were in a heating tray but were cold, that was disappointing. Otherwise the room itself was good, sufficient parking, nice facilities.
