Crappy ck in service plus they charged an additional $50 fee instrad of just having a card on file for incidentals. Manager says it will be 5-7 days until returned. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 but we had to leave by 630 for Saturday's event. The pictures on site do not match the reality. Photoshop has done wonders with it. It was more run down. Not a quiet envirnment, but residents arguing outside our door around 2 a.m. and again around 4 a.m. People smoking right outside our door and the designated smoke areas were not 25 ft away from entrances like the posted sign.

The rooms need to be updated and more secure deadbolts and locks on the adjoining rooms. And maybe more lighting in the parking lot. The lobby, parking lot, and room were clean just outdated. The continental breakfast was nice.

I felt unsafe in my room. The lock was broken. There were two choices of breakfast waffles, cereal. Fruit and yogurt.. Booked the hotel because they had a pool. Was not able to swim ,the water was dirty green like swamp water. The weather was 110 each day I stayed. Also the electric went out around 3 am. Air conditioner appeared broken. Would not book this hotel on my next trip to Arlington Texas.

Looks cab be deceiving. Room are really old and dated. Really low sinks, an my faucet was not bolted down. Tgere is no daily cleaning. Parking lot is always over full. Paper thin walls mean you hear everything. Restaurant next door starts getting grease trap vacuumed and deliveries starting at 7am and it is LOUD.

The room was not bad but we had to wait 2 and half hours for the room to be ready which made us miss the first 30 minutes of a concert. Also, the toilet didn’t flush well and the hotel didn’t have ice.

This hotel was mostly had people who have been living there, most of them looked like drug users and then at night there is all kinds of noise and stereos blasting, car alarms going off! It was the worst and then when we came back from our event there was no parking by our room so I had to park on the on a completely different side of the hotel with a 7 year old at almost midnight. There were men sitting outside drinking and sitting at these picnic tables that are outside the rooms all up and down the building

Was dissatisfied with whole experience. Room smelled like mold, floor and carpet felt constantly wet, big roaches, floor boards and bathroom floor unclean. Came from NC, expected more. Will never ever stay in Quality Inn again. Bad choice. Need to update rooms, complete cleaning and properly deal with roach infestation. Yikes 😱.

Horrible. Price is too high for this motel. The motel itself is very poor. Lots of people smoking outside by the pool and very ghetto noisy kids running around making noise late at night. Room itself was dirty. Blood stains were all over the bed and the sheets. Carpets are dirty. The room door kept getting stuck and wasn’t closing all the way. Bathroom was filled with dried mold. Overall horrible stay.

Room was decent-- until i seen 2 roaches....i came in town for a funeral and needed something quick and close..... next time I'll pick someplace else. I took a picture but the hotels.com app isn't working/allowing me to upload it

The hotel could have been better. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was only a waffle maker and there was a long line. There was also a bad smell in the room but we couldn’t figure out where it came from.

The bathroom was very dirty and the door did not want to work the first day. Then the last night our doors battery died and had to go to the office to reprogram the keys and it still didn’t work. Someone had to come up and use a physical key to get us back in the room. The staff was hit and miss on friendliness. The free breakfast isn’t worth it. You get what you pay for.

The air conditioner/heater systen in the room is so old it doesn't have an automatic switch on it. They've spray painted the shower and the paint is peeling. The refrigerator didn't get cold and there was no control knob to adjust it.

The air smells moldy and it's persistent and strong. The toilet won't flush properly. The sink is slow drain. The bathroom interior is old and worn out. There is no chair for the table. The small couch has one broken leg. Bed and linen are ok.

I’ve stayed at many quality inns before but this was by far the worst. The room was clean…but there were stains on walls, counters, etc. one electrical outlet was loose from the wall and just hanging out. Unusable. The beds were okay, but wondered if my big tall husband would break the bed We stayed 3 nights and everyday had to have our keys reprogrammed. Yes..we know not to put them by our phones-but the would stop working at random times. The “breakfast” was waffles or a bowl of cereal. No breads, no yogurts, no fruit, no milk for cereal. Juice and coffee. The counters weren’t cleaned and they were a mess. I have photos! There were 3 people at front desk but none thought to monitor the breakfast area. We didn’t eat there after the first morning.

Front desk person refused to do early check in for a fee when they were clearly not even 30% full evidenced by the cars in the parking lot. I ended up sleeping in my car until I could check in . She was kind of rude about it also. Once I checked in my key didn’t even work, so I had to go back for them to fix. It happened again 2 nights later. Would not recommend this place.

I didn't feel safe .. we arrived at 12am and it was a guy beside our room, he was like talking by phone but i didn't sleep good because i was just thinking in my car, we sleep 6 hrs and woke up to continue driving and that guy still there, he was pretending he was talking by phone, but all the night he was talking by phone??

The motel was sufficient with no frills. The A/C worked well, the bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. The whole room was very clean and was great for a good night's sleep. It was rught next to great shopping and restaurants. If you're passing through and need a clean place to stay, this is it!

This motel has dead bugs on the carpet by the TV self..Drug dealers walking around the property...There was a man that came and stood right in front of the room door and that was very uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe and they refused to let us cancel our reservation so we wind up checking out a day early and just coming back home.

We traveled from Ohio to Texas. Room was not as clean as it could've been. Dust was caked on the hair dryer. Breakfast definitely could've been better, it was only waffles and cereal. Rooms could definitely use updated

1. Breakfast was waffles and cereal everyday only everyday. Breakfast was at 7 in the morning on Saturday. 2. People knocked on my door at 3 in the morning. 3. Never saw any security. 4.
