Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arlington North – Stadium Area by IHG

Rooms were not at the level of a Holiday Inn express. The pool was outdoor small and dirty all the time. We found dirty underwear in the hairdryer bag, and all we were offered was market credit. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Not the typical holiday inn express but it worked. Loved access to the trolley

The AC in the property when entering the building was not good. It was ver humid in the lobby. There was a lot of bugs in the lobby by the entrance doors at night. Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel needs to update their AC unit in the lobby.

Location to the stadium was good. Our nights stay was quiet, even being right in front of the elevators. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the shower would not work. The hallways and elevators were extremely warm.

Room was somewhat clean. Some stains on the wall, floor, desk and ceiling. AC was horrible, made breathing at night uncomfortable. Smelt like mildew and felt very humid. Window sill was dusty and dirty. Breakfast was ok nothing special but at least it was included. Just ok stay needs some work.

Our overall stay was good with the exception of a few things that stuck out. One being the hotel entry was filthy, liquids leaking from the bottom of the trash and stained the ground and attracting bugs; second guest that have taken up residence are overly comfortable with sitting in the lounge/front entry drinking beer and feet are propped on the chair where other guest have to sit. This wasn't a good look. The hotel was clean inside, the rooms we clean, housekeeping employees were very friendly, the employee in the breakfast area greeted everyone that enteted for food. Majority of the front desk staff was pleasant there was one young lady that didn't give a smile or much eye contact when speaking. Lastly, I didn't realize when booking this hotel that it was pet friendly (service animals) which is okay but there is a young man living in the hotel with a pit bull and when he walked in the not so friendly front desk female had a surprise look on her face and actually walked from behind the desk to locate his direction. I chose the Holiday Inn Express because of its longevity in the industry and the value they have/had for the guest, location in Arlington, Texas and the amenities. My next visit to Arlington, Texas I will rethink my choice. We had a family of 6 and booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. Again, our comfort in the rooms, the area of the hotel, the cleanliness were all good.

Pool was not open.

Pool was closed. This matters when you are traveling with children. Hotel listings should require that pools not be listed as amenities unless they are operative.

Bathtub had hair in it and was dirty. Found a sock near the bed that was from the person before us.

Room was not clean, there was a smell in the room they gave us new room three times all three had isssues. We canceled our reservations and requested a refund and went to another hotel.

Carpets in Libby were dirty and stained, as was the elevator. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Why have no smoking rooms? Carpet in our room was stained and dirty. Pink mold in the shower. Filters in the AC were clean though!

Decent stay. Our room could've used a little more cleaning. There were marks on the wall from recent renovations and the floors were kind of dirty.

The room seemed old, carpet stained, cookies on the floor from previous guests. No daily housekeeping

The rooms need to be fully stripped down and cleaned. There are stains on the floor and under the mattresses.

We had two rooms for one night my first room had what looked like sheets of dead skin on the chair. My son in law went down to get me another room and after looking at the room they were going to switch me to had hair on the sheets. The second room I took didn’t have any Kleenex as I discovered the next morning. so it was obviously had not been looked after very closely. My daughter and husbands room had someone’s dried up contact on the bathroom cabinet that they found in the morning.

The property was definitely not as shown in the pictures on here , the ceiling in the shower looked as it could fall in any moment! Window seal was so nasty and needed to be replaced, stains under the desk on the wall/carpet ! I wish I would have taken pictures but I was grossed out !

My rooms 323, 325 & 326 were so clean they were like new. Check in was seamless. I gave them my last name, the front desk manager asked if I wanted to use the card on file, I said yes and she gave us our room keys. It was wonderful!

The people on the level over my room stayed up all night and was stumping on the floor and did not sleep at all.

We had zero hot water to take a shower. After driving 5 hours, I’d like a shower before I go to sleep. Unacceptable.

The room door would not close. I had to slam to make sure it closed when I got there. It was open. Secondly, there were no towels in the room. I had to go ask the staff for them. At check-in the young lady was distracted by her cell phone and the process took longer than necessary. Additionally, the room had a sour smell and did not feel welcoming thankfully, this was a quick one night stay as I was attending a concert so I wasn’t in the room long just to change clothes and sleep and I checked out the next day.

The toilet handle broke and being Sunday would not be fixed til Monday. Was not offered another room. TV was falling off it's hinges

My 3 day stay in Dallas was amazing, I chose Holiday Inn Express Arlington because of the proximity to AT&T stadium. The hotel was 3.5 stars due to its one of the few that doesnt look like its been updated lately.

I did like how the in room internet access didn't require some BS captive portal, and how if you logged into (eg) Amazon Prime on the TV it blanked the credentials every day at 1300 so there wasn't a worry about clearing things before I left.

The front desk associates are awesome. The house keeping needs work. They need to learn English

The entire property, especially the hallways smelled old and musty. Fire alarms went off for hours and were told that they would have to have a manager come to turn them off. They were rude and unfriendly at checkin.

The staff was top notch and the location right by the expressway. Holiday Inn Express never disappoints

First time here and my family and I, loved it . The trolley picked us up just a few feet from the front door and saved us parking fees to the theme parks . Love it all around , and will stay here again for sure .

We stayed for three peaceful nights. During our stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendliness of the staff. The facility was pretty clean too. My only con to the trip was that the pool is outdoors and my littles wanted to swim. Aside from that unexplored amenity, our stay was lovely. We will be back!!

There’s a trolly stop (I’m assuming for six flags) however see flags is just across the road. It’s walkable and easy to find, staff was nice and check in was easy.

Nice over night stay. Bed very comfy and room was clean. Front desk friendly. I accidently locked my key in my room and received a new one very quickly. Nice hot breakfast included that I didn't get to indulge as much as I wish I could have.

had a great stay overall the room was very nice and while the rest of the hotel wasn’t as nice it was still very clean just dated. Very good options for breakfast lots of restaurants around. only complaint would be maybe open the gym up a little earlier
