Service was great, but the facility was clearly older and needed some work. Only one elevator worked during our stay. The hallway AC was out on our floor. The gym was closed for whatever reasons, BUT they did offer a 3-day pass at LA Fitness less than a black away.

The staff was so nice! We came for a concert and they had a shuttle available to and from the concert, this was a surprise and it was so convenient! Our room was excellent, it was on the fourth floor. It was not until time to use the elevator that we had problems, it did not seem that the air conditioner was on in the fourth floor hallways, it was very hot and neither elevator was coming up to the fourth floor. I have a tear in my hip, so this was a huge inconvenience. There’s no way I could take the stairs! I suggest having somebody replace the elevator so that they both are working at all times

Could not swim in the pool due to it being green. I traveled 3 hours to stay here and use the pool along with go to a ranger game. No pool at all! The entire reason we decided to get a hotel here. The lighting is non existent outside. Dangerous! Hotel is dated!

Pool was not available, gym was not available, only one elevator working. Elevator inspection was due in January 2025. I was not told when checking in that these amenities were not available. Not what I expected since the kids were excited about the pool. Not recommended and will not book here again.

The first room we received. The tv didn’t work and there was broken tile in the bathroom. Plus all the tiles in the bathroom were loose and not secure. Then we were moved to a different room. Pool was closed from the city. Two of the ice machines were broken and not working. Plus the gym had a treadmill and stair climber that were both not working. Toilet for the lobby was clogged for 2 days.

Some issues with the sink and tub draining properly. Lack of sufficient quantity of hot water for showers. Toilet had to be flushed several times after each use to ensure through flushing. Saw a couple of roaches in the dining area where the breakfast was set up and not enough trash cans leaving overflowing trash next to the waffle making station.

Hello, I waited a bit before doing this so I could have an honest opinion. The 1st room we were given had an A/c unit that was so load we could barely hear each other and then the TV conked out. The 2nd room we were given seemed better until my friend woke up in the middle of the night being bite by bed bugs! The 3rd and final room finally met our expectations. I would be willing to give this hotel another shot as the service desk worker who got us into our 3rd room was very apologetic about our earlier experiences.

Found bedbugs in our bed and the hotel refused to give a refund after we had been there for two nights. the hotel room was disgusting and poorly cleaned as we found old food laying in the floor when we arrived. do not stay here unless you want to take BED BUGS home with you.

Our stay was terrible. The rooms and hallways smelled so bad. We stayed a week and every day we were told the pool would be open the next day. The elevators were hit and miss on working. And the property lights outside never worked.

I loved the Location. The room was spacious. I loved the mini fridge had a freezer section. The updated TV with Netflix and YouTube was really nice. The only downfall was the AC. It wasn’t cooling properly. I was hot plenty of times.

Subpar is about the best rating I can give the hotel. We stayed here several nights, so the issues were not "one off". When we arrived, they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. We literally walked into someone else's room. Then they gave us a room that was not ready. There were literally construction workers in the room assembling the furniture at 4 pm. Every day of our stay the keys stopped working and we would have to get the front desk to recode them. The AC was barely functional. The WiFi did not work for the entire week. We did not have hot water all week. Nor did we have a working television. The construction noise all week was awful. The breakfast bar was understocked. Pretty awful experience all the way 'round.

Very nice, no frills hotel. Relatively clean with spacious rooms and good bathrooms ( great showers). Decent breakfast that should satisfy most. Great location close to the AT&T stadium and the Globe Life baseball field. The main problem for me was how dim the rooms were. Very poor lightening. Even the bathroom lights were dim - at least put some bright light in the bathroom or a makeup light attachment 😔

Received a call to see if we are still coming to the hotel. I informed them that we ran into bad weather. Next we arrive and wait 20 minutes at the front desk because nobody was there to check us in. Got to our room and was greeted by smoke stench and hot air hitting us in our face. We propped the door open and aired the room out.Next day upon arriving back to our room a man was passed out with all his belongings around him. He was wasted and wouldn’t wake up. Notified front desk and she called 911. Kept us waiting until Ems came and got him. Finally went to bed around 5am to be woken up by the cleaning crew banging carts into walls and doors. On top of that the ice machines were broken on our floor that we had to use the 4th floor machine and walk downstairs due the elevator being broken. Not the greatest experience at all. The front desk never once checked on us aft any of our ordeal’s.

I've stayed here very frequently over the last 11 years and even once earlier this Spring. It has been a wonderful hotel. Unfortunately, it is no longer. Per the desk jockey the hotel is under new management. So now we get one working elevator with obvious patchwork bolts and staples where there should be none, stains on the hallway carpets, marks and dents on the walls of the hallways and a subpar breakfast (which used to be spectacular). Lastly, the air conditioning was very loud as was the outside noise from I30. It's like the soundproofing has just disappeared. The topper? And this is where I really get irked. They charged me a $4.68 "hotel service" fee which the desk jockey could not prescribe a reason for other than "new management". Nor could he tell me what if I was owed any kind of extra perk during my stay due to the fee. Keep in mind, my reservation had been paid for in advance so there should be no extra charges. I get some hotels have an incidental fee that is refunded. This was not that. A discussion with another patron confirmed my thoughts and she too said she is unsure what the service fee is for. Overall, I am disappointed to see this hotel become "average" - if it is even that. Not sure that I will bother with this hotel again because it was my favorite in the area. Now it's just full of disappointment.

This hotel is in a great place. The concerns were that the pool was closed the entire time, and we book hotels on pools.... and we weren't offered anything -- not a discount, and not even an apology. The staff was unbelievably rude. We won't stay at this hotel again.

This trip was different. I just wanted to relax for my birthday because this hotel is one of my favorites. Unfortunately the employee (Monica) at check-in made it uncomfortable due to false gossip from a previous experience with an ex-employee who violated my ADA rights. The issue was resolved which I don’t know why the employee keeps making it more than what it was by implying that the previous GM spoke negatively about me?🤔 which is unacceptable to defame someone character. I meet the new GM and shared this information. I just don’t appreciate how I was made to feel this trip around. But I did inform the GM in Texas, a hotel can ask a guest no more than (2) questions about a service dog if its role is not obvious: "Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?" and "What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?" Hotels are prohibited from asking about the guest's disability, requesting medical or training documentation, or requiring the dog to perform a task for proof. So NO… a hotel can NOT ask more than (2) questions. Please educate front desk staff.

I love staying at this hotel, but evening shift is better than the morning shift when it comes to customer service. My experience with one particular morning shift employee was not so pleasant. She treated as if I wasn’t a guest. Her energy was negative. And the customers service from her was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager, because their was some confusion regarding charges a damage deposit. Most hotel just keep a card on file. Because I have had issues with the deposit being refund. And besides that, it take days to release, which is why I immediately take pictures of my room before and I when I check out. I didn’t receive housekeeping. I had to ask for towels and I take out the trash the whole time I was there. But they will disturb your enjoy with room checks before your check out time, if you don’t put out the do not disturb sign. The manager was nice, when I did speak with her regarding my concern.

Check in was smooth and fun! Monica (stafff member) was so much fun and made it one to remember thats for sure! Matthew and Jasmine (staff members) were very attentive when we needed anything. Prantham (AGM) went above and beyond to help with an issue we had during our stay and got it resolved in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly no problems! Our overall stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

There was mold in the room I got and it was stuffy. I struggled to sleep the first night. After I alerted the staff, I got another room and it was a nice room. I wanted to report and share my appreciation about the new room but there was noone at the front desk. Many people were there with noone to serve them. I waited for some time until I left. Hopefully they improve on that so that there is someone at the front desk all the time.

Stay was great. Attended a concert and was great location to AT&T Stadium and places to eat. Room was comfortable and clean and air conditioning worked really well parking was a breeze and checking was easy. I would stay at this location again.

The room was clean but had very bad lighting. The bathroom was very dark, and the bedroom only had one desk lamp. With the larger room, dual TVs would have been nice, and a wall mirror by the desk would have helped with getting ready in the mornings. The free breakfast ran out of food on both days. Sunday morning, by 9 a.m., they were out of everything except cereal and toast. The front desk staff was professional and courteous.

For being a bit pricey, the rooms were nothing fancy and not as many amenities as some. However, they were nice, clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast was mediocre and cold but the coffee was excellent. The staff were so kind and helpful with every interaction and made us feel welcome and at home.

The property was "good" overall. It is older and could use come updating. Bathroom lights were super dark, tub had mildew in the caulk, ceiling was stained from unit above leaking water. The room had a pet odor and must\'ve had cats in it recently (my wife & I are both allergic and sensitive to cats). Breakfast was almost nonexistent both mornings we went to attempt to eat. Positives: Friendly staff, great shuttle to AT&T, proximity to downtown, safe location.

Check in along with assistance from front desk was lacking in expectations. Checked in on Sunday and breakfast area was out of coffee until Friday. When I asked when coffee would be available the hope was Thursday since I was advised management wants to use normal source for order instead of picking up local which to me showed lack of customer service. One afternoon the fire alarm was going off and found no real problem which the audio alarm was turned off that afternoon however the strobe lights for the alarm were not turned off until after 10pm which I was unable to check on over the phone with no one answering and not helpful information from staff in person.
