Excellent location especially if you’re going to AT&T stadium- best pool set up and comfortable rooms highly recommend

Check in and stay was great until it was tim to leave. Two hours to get your car from Valet is unacceptable, when Valet is spending more time parking cars for the Rangers game in stead of takeng care of the customers who paid to stay there. Complained three times before the car arrived.

This was my first time staying at Loews Arlington. The staff was wonderful and amenities were extractor what I wanted for the price. I think I like this better than Live by Loews across the street. I also visited their onsite spa for a facial, and it was the best facial I’ve ever received. Really enjoyed it!

The pool area is awesome. Water slide, shallow area for small children, even a “beach” area with sand

THE STAY WAS AWESOME---THE ONLY THING OUT OF THE WHOLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE WAS THE VALET AREA YOU HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR YOUR VEHICLE. ALSO WITH A STRONG DISLIKE THE SPA STAFF ARE HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN. OTHER THEN THAT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL ALONE ILL GIVE IT A STRONG 10/10

Love the property and location!! Nothing negative to say except wish the self-park garage was a bit closer to the hotel, and the signage from the hotel to the parking garage was much better. Overall, excellent stay. Thank you!

The only complaint I have is the valet parking, waited three hours to get our vehicle! It was unorganized it was hot outside not offered any drinks . Texted numerous times to the valet service .

This was perfect for staying with our young children and heading to the baseball game. We especially loved the resort style pool and splash pad area for the small ones. The layout of the room was great for us because since it was separated into a living area and sleeping area, we could put the baby down to sleep and didn't have to try and keep our other child quiet. We were able to just shut the door. The beds were great for us! Very comfortable. Some things we didn't like - no microwave, the AC was good, but you could tell it wasn't nearly as cool in the sleeping area away from the unit.

Everything was great. Only the connection between the parking garage and hotel was a mile long and a bit of an inconvenience when you have family.

Walkable to my work building. Hotel is too price to be too dirty and not have all of their amenities available. Pool was very dirty

We had an amazing stay at Loews Arlington! Our only complaint was that the room hadn't been cleaned properly when we arrived but other than that it was wonderful! Great service, amazing food, beautiful pool area. They had free coffee and tea in the mornings with a very nice selection (even little jars of honey to take in your tea)! Would definitely recommend!

The entry way to our room needed vacuumed as well as many other public areas. All and all room was CLEAN. Need better signs to let you know where to check in. If you park in P2 it appears you need to go down the elevator to check in. But you do not! Go passed the elevator turn left, then take the long walk passed the convention center rooms and escalators toward the windows where the pool’s are then make a right- and all the way down on the right is check in. Apple Maps takes you to parking garage, cost $29 per day but we got there at 1pm Friday and stayed through Sunday ended up paying $70.98 Maybe use the Lucheese address to get to the front desk/valet parking. Spend $85 on 6 Street tacos, 2 adult beverages, and a small drink for lunch Also charged $50 for a can of soda, and a rum and soda not that I assumed any of the cheap to be cheap but those felt like Vegas drink prices.

Our room had crumbs on floor, the soap dispensers were practically empty. Bathrooms were large and minimally counter space. Also where the carpet meets the tile there are staples sticking out. Just for the price we made I expected a little more. They did provide our daughter with a dessert for her birthday which was nice. Overall I will stay here again because of the location to the stadiums. Checking out to get our cars was a nightmare and a wait but they did handle the chaos well.

Dirty tissues on the floor by the window from previous guest. Everything else was nice. Mattresses were in a protector to keep them clean.

Loved the high floor , the room was amazing - especially the views of the at&t stadium ...the negative was : there was a continuous sound coming from the plumbing ...hard to stay asleep . Didnt know if anything could be done at 11pm-8am

Very nice staff . The bed was so comfortable . All of the people in the breakfast restaurant were great. Wali the valet supervisor was very kind . An expensive but wonderful stay .

I booked what was supposed to be the most luxurious and high-end room available—top tier, premium price—and honestly, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The room was loud. Not just city-noise loud, but thin-walls-and-shared-ventilation loud. We could clearly hear a couple having an extremely personal moment from down the hall through our vents. That’s not luxury. That’s unacceptable. I’m not someone who nitpicks, but when you pay this kind of money, you expect basic peace, privacy, and professionalism. Instead, the room felt subpar at best—definitely not worth the price tag. Room service was another disaster. It took over three hours to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was cold, tasted stale, and clearly had been sitting around for a while. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, only to be put on hold and then disconnected. The app? Equally frustrating—every message would go to a different rep, and we’d have to start from scratch each time. After two hours, they informed us they couldn't even find our $120+ order and had to restart it from zero. The final blow? We left a day early because it just wasn’t worth staying. Tried to cancel the second night, but were told the “VIP” or “deluxe” rooms are non-refundable, no matter what. For a stay that failed on so many fronts, that's a tough policy to stand behind. I really enjoyed my stay. The spa was amazing and it was very quiet in the room. I purposely picked a few days when there were no games happening and was pleased to experience very little noise. I was upgraded to the top floor and had an amazing view. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze since we used the early online check-in. The beds were super comfortable. Absolutely loved the walk-in shower. There was no outside noise what-so-ever. The convenience of being across the street from the ball park was fantastic. We will definitely stay here every time we come to a home Rangers game!

The room was very clean and well.Laid out and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the air conditioner as it kept shutting off even before the room was at the correct temperature. As a result, it was rather hot in there to sleep.

Location was phenomenal, Rooms were a little small but extremely clean and modern.

The staff were amazing! From the valet to the housekeeping - everyone was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Shantel and Xavier were great with desk services and efficient. The valet were busy, professional, and timely. Rooms were amazing and the beds were the most comfortable I've slept on outaide of my home. Room service was really good! The pools were relaxing and the lifeguards were everywhere! My favorite out of state stay so far. Tricky for doordash to find... A few restaurants and bars in the hotel and walking distance to a few others with live music. Worth every cent!!! Starbucks across the street. Felt very safe. Hope to be back in the future!!!! Whomever is doing their hiring is on point! I hope they are all paid well because they work hard and with smiles. Thank you!!!

A new favorite! The property is beautiful and the staff and their customer service were top tier. Everyone was so lovely, kind and accommodating. Thank you for making my stay at Loews memorable. I will definitely be back!

No hot water. (Lukewarm) Breakfast food Service took 1 1/2 to get our food(ordered off menu). They had a Buffett but preferred off the menu. Dinner, our bread didn’t come out, until our bill was paid and done with our dinner. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, courteous And very friendly. Bar was very efficient Room was very clean

The hotel is beautiful. It was nice and clean, and the beds were so comfy. I want to start with, It was graduation weekend so it was extremely busy. I called room service and they said it would be about an hour and half wait. I understood because again, graduation weekend. Two hours later, I called and they said they were sorry and they would put a rush on it. After waiting about three hours I called and cancelled. That evening I tried to order again, again they had a long wait and I wouldn’t be able to get what we were wanting because the time would be after hours after the wait. I decided to try again for breakfast the next morning. I ordered fresh squeezed orange juice that came in a bottle but otherwise the breakfast was okay.

Check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 4:30 but our room was not ready until 5:19. I asked the manager for a credit of some kind for the inconvenience but he was unresponsive. The room rate is not cheap at all so rooms should be ready on time as advertised when booking.

The staff at Loews Arlington Hotel exceeded all expectations! From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt assistance with any requests, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. They truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend!

I wanted to rate this hotel higher but there were just too many items that need attention. The room was great and the staff were friendly but: 20 min to get served in the bar area, order was wrong, and then 20 min to get our bill. An hour and 20 min to get breakfast room service and the order was wrong Had to ask for room servicing/towels etc at 6:30pm the second night Sink faucets were very loose. Could not turn off one of the bathroom lights (not sure if it was supposed to be turned off as it was behind the mirror…but very annoying at night.

This hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and outstanding customer service. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thought of, making our stay absolutely perfect. Truly a 10/10 experience, I can’t recommend this place enough!

You cannot beat the location of this property. Right next to the Globe Life stadium, right next to the Choctaw stadium, and walking distance to the AT&T stadium.

I can't say more about the staff. They are all very professional, courteous and not intrusive. The pool is clean and well stocked with towels. It is also a five minute walk to restaurants and the ballpark. Will stay there again.

Great location rite next to globe life stadium , a very short 5 minute walk to AT&T stadium , parking was very convenient in the adjoining parking garage also the Starbucks across the street in choctaw stadium was perfect for us , overall it checked off every box for us and it was a fantastic stay

Walked to AT&T Stadium for a game. Such a nice location. New Walmart right there made it convenient to get food, snacks and drinks for the stay. Comfy beds! Overall great stay. Highly recommend

Definitely an upscale place! Excellent location for watching the Rangers & every space was beautifully design and decorated. The entire staff was amazing, super friendly & happy to help. The pool was very popular on Saturday, but still had a good vibe. The food by the pool was fantastic, but the pool restaurant could use a better system for delivering orders. People would order food at the bar, then go back to their lounge chairs or the pool and the servers had no idea where to bring the food. Many guests we talked to never got their order & had to re-order. Having a better system in place for food orders would limit frustration from guests and benefit the bartenders as well. On a hot, busy day, the lines for drinks quickly backed up when the bartenders are having to take extra time to figure out where food orders go.

The first room 1540 was very noisy. Must be next to a mechanical room so they moved us to 1664… perfect. Farena Restaurant lacks. Service was ok but the kitchen, how can you not have toast ready for your bacon & eggs. Eggs were cold. Last years visit there was worse so we see this visit as better than last but we most likely would not go back next years trip. Otherwise the hotel is superb.

The stay was wonderful, very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The only thing i was not happy about was we put our name on the list for dinner at the Italian restaurant. We were advised there was a wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes, we agreed an 1 hour and 20 minutes later I received a call that they were no longer seating tables. Thank goodness for doordash

We came to town for a Dallas cowboys game. It was a quick walk to the stadium that my kiddos could even tolerate! We did not have to fight parking or traffic. The hotel Was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and the amenities were fun! We had pizza, chicken tenders and French dip through the room service. Very good food!

Incredible staff and amazing guest service across all departments - valet, front desk, restaurant. Italian restaurant was DELICIOUS.

Worst room service ever. Ordered from the late night menus on our first night and it looked like they dropped out food. The wing order had only five wings. And the club sandwich was in pieces. The second night they were out of lots of things even though we ordered at 7:30. My cheeseburger had been microwaved and was inedible. We say the same food at the bar and it looked amazing. So disappointing.
