Personnel sympathique qui prend gracieusement les bagages en dépôt et qui se charge de les faire monter dans la chambre (pas d'ascenseur). Demeure ancienne mais chambre moderne et bien insonorisée, même côté rue. Petite salle d'eau mais accessoires et produits de qualité. Plateau de courtoisie et bouteilles d'eau offertes. J'y reviendrai lors de mes déplacements en train car c'est immédiatement face à la gare Bordeaux St Jean.

pas de clim dans les chambres, tout petit ventilateur avec des boutons qui manquent, les reservations prises kont pu etre honorees car lhotel sest trompe dans latteibution des jours et des chamnbres et des personnes se sont retrouvees sans chambres. Bruits livraison et poubelles a 6h30 de matin tres pres des chambres lits confortables

Ideal am Bahnhof Saint-Jean gelegen eine perfekte Unterkunft für Bahnreisende. Das Zimmer war nicht allzu groß, aber praktisch mit bequemen Betten eingerichtet. Ein Lift ist allerdings nicht verfügbar. Ein Frühstück wird angeboten, kleines Highlight hier eine wuchtige Saftpresse für frischen Orangensaft.

Friendly staff. Staff did carry my bag up the 2 flights of stairs as there is no lift -which I knew. Hotel very convenient to Railway station and the brilliant Bordeaux tram system. Small rooms but adequate. It was very hot -fans supplied, which helped. Hotel could do with a carpet update. Breakfast was good and the stay was great for the rate we paid.

The hotel is located across the central train station in Bordeaux (Saint Jean), a great location with easy access to public transportation. The day I checked in, it was incredibly hot, humid, and very uncomfortable. We were greeted by a very courtious receptionist (can't remember his name). He was very kind, hospitable and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not air-conditioned. However, the receptionist helped us by brining in a fan, a cooler, and privided complementary drinks. Thank you for the great service

My room was a bit dirty (walls and side tables). My air conditioner did not work either. It was extremely noisy and not from the outside but other guests. I really wanted to love this place due to its convenience to the train station but it just didn’t do it for me.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est facile à trouver, le personnel est accueillant, et le tarif est raisonnable. The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were very nice and helpful. I booked a twin room which I thought was a bit small for two people and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied after the previous resident’s which cleaning staff should have done. The bed was super comfy and everything else was fine and I would stay there again.

The hotel.was very close the railway station, but it very loud with the sounds of people and machinery all night. The service from the checkin and evening staff was excellent. The area has lots of homeless so be careful.

Un très bel Hôtel, juste à côté de la gare. On imagine pas en franchissant la porte, ce qui se cache derrière le bar. Le petit salon, la décoration, l'escalier qui mène aux chambre. La chambre très agréable, moderne, calme. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, et merci en particulier pour l'accueil.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ideale Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof – perfekt für An- und Abreise. Die Zimmer sind groß, geräumig und sehr sauber, außerdem gibt es einen schönen Innenhof, in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Ringhörigkeit: Wenn Zimmertüren nicht bewusst leise geschlossen werden, knallen sie leider recht laut zu. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Super hotel right opposite rail station. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. It has much more charm than the many nearby chain hotels. Very easy ride to the centre on the tram just outside station. For the price I couldn’t fault it. I was at front of hotel and there can be some noise from people talking outside, but it’s a station so to be expected, and I liked the sound of trams passing by.

Un très bel Hôtel, juste à côté de la gare. On imagine pas en franchissant la porte, ce qui se cache derrière le bar. Le petit salon, la décoration, l'escalier qui mène aux chambre. La chambre très agréable, moderne, calme. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, et merci en particulier pour l'accueil.

My daughter loved her one night stay! Thank you! She was able to check in after midnight and she found a nice cold air conditioner and a super clean, comfortable room. She also had access to a freezer that she needed. She was a 6 minute walk to the train.

Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Bordeaux. Thank you Hotel Rosa!

This was wonderful to find after a long day of travel. Super convenient to the train station and we were warmly received. Guests should be aware that there are stairs to navigate. We were grateful for the air conditioning during a big heat wave. We would seek this hotel out again.
