This was a great stay for us. We came for the Tulip Festival parade and gardens but didn’t want to drive all the way back. The pool was exactly what we wanted for our 2 year old who loves to swim. Bob’s Burgers was right next door and delicious. There is also a Jack in the Box in the same parking lot, but their market has fast eats too. We didn’t feel hospitality was anything special but we didn’t have any issues. The floors are filthy I wouldn’t put anything down, even a knee to pick something up.

The hotel was nice and well priced. The pool was warmer than I expected and was pleasant and clean. Breakfast looked good and there were plenty of options but I only had coffee. The room was nice but there were small things overlooked around the room. A handprint on a mirror, splatter across the tv screen, a hair ball and a stray hair hanging from the bath amenities in the shower. But the linens were clean, everything worked, the shower was hot, and I like the fixtures that allow you to control water flow and pressure because I don't like to waste water, so the eco-conscious part of that appealed to me, as well as the mounted amenities. I do recommend replacing the soap bars with liquid, to forward that eco-consciousness more, but all in all nice stay.

Great hotel. Very clean. Well lit parking lot with lots of spots. Convient location. While it's close to the freeway it's not as loud as you'd expect. The beds were comfortable, the staff very friendly, the pool was clean, and the breakfast had great options. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is how high the shampoo and soap bottles are connected in the shower. My kids couldn't reach where the bottles are mounted to the shower.

We were greeted by very nice staff and was able to check in early. We were embarrassed because we used the Bathroom couldn’t flush the toilet. The hotel was being renovated and had turned the water off for a bit. The hotel shows a hot tub and I paid more for this hotel because I needed to go in the hot tub due to fibromyalgia and I was told they had removed the hot tub at renovation. However the picture online showed it did. That’s false advertisement. Me and my daughters left for dinner and tulip festival only to arrive at our room with the door completely opened. We made sure it was closed because I have medication and personal items that are expensive. I immediately spoke to the front desk and was told management would call us in the morning which we never did. I asked if they could review the videos and was told only if something went missing. We felt unsafe after that because regardless if we had something missing or not someone was in our room. We believe the workers probably came to check the toilet but they came in when we were there. Totally uncalled for.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Burlington for a week. The breakfast which was included in the price was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower gel dispenser fell off the wall and had to be remounted. House keeping left a dirty rag in the room. Otherwise the stay was great.

We stay here several times a year for races at the Skagit Speedway. The grounds are very inviting, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Great experience every time!

There is no internet here at all. I paid extra for premium and got nothing. When I asked I was told they would have to call a tech company. There is also no cell service at the hotel. The room’s bathroom had been used before I arrived and the toilet not flushed.

Great little property to stay at. The staff at check in was extremely helpful and friendly. The only two downfalls were the following: the train that would go by right next to the hotel, it was extremely loud and the conductor kept beeping his darn horn. It made it extremely hard to sleep at night. Second our AC didn't work in our unit and it was hotter than all heck the weekend that we stayed in Burlington. Other than that everything else was wonderful! Their breakfast spread was amazing and so much better than most hotels that we've stayed at. I would love to come back and stay again if our AC will be working and the trains don't blow by in the middle of the night LOL!

The internet did not work while I was there which was very frustrating. It worked for about 10 minutes once in the lobby and that was all. I asked about it and was told it worked sporadically throughout the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was nice. I’d stay here again only if they fixed their internet issues.

Every time I come over to the Burlington area, I always stay here. It is convenient for me, as it is less than 10 minutes away from my family and it is close to the freeway. The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. And the staff are friendly.

Just far enough away from the traffic and businesses to be quieter, but just a couple minutes away from great shopping and good restaurants. Staff is very quick to greet and help and they meet my request for a top floor room away from the elevator, every time I stay. Modern decor, clean rooms and common areas. Always a welcoming and homey stay at this location!

Ive stayed at this location many times with my family. But for some reason this stay the woman at the desk wouldnt allow us to take pizza to our room. She stated she was concerned about stains on the bedding??? So we had to eat in the lobby.

Just far enough away from the traffic and businesses to be quieter, but just a couple minutes away from great shopping and good restaurants. Staff is very quick to greet and help and they meet my request for a top floor room away from the elevator, every time I stay. Modern decor, clean rooms and common areas. Always a welcoming and homey stay at this location!

Great hotel. Very clean. Well lit parking lot with lots of spots. Convient location. While it's close to the freeway it's not as loud as you'd expect. The beds were comfortable, the staff very friendly, the pool was clean, and the breakfast had great options. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is how high the shampoo and soap bottles are connected in the shower. My kids couldn't reach where the bottles are mounted to the shower.

I found overall the common spaces were clean and in good repair. Breakfast was a bit mediocre, but enough options to fill you up. Pool area was clean. Service staff were pleasant and available. Bedrooms, while basically clean--seemed due for a deep cleaning. Rooms felt small. Quite a lot of highway noise and we had 2 rooms one on each side--both were loud due to proximity to freeway. Sign says no pets but our dog was allowed.

Other than our bathroom sink being cracked (we kept thinking there was hair in the sink), the room seemed well-maintained. There was a problem with the outlet/charging port on the bedside table, but it was fixed right away. The lighting was not that great for reading when we were in the room. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The pool was COLD!
