Staff is excellent, food was great for breakfast (we got it even though we were just checking in early--super nice of them to let us). Only negative is the workout room equipment--bike needs attention. Otherwise, really nice hotel.

I base my choices on pool and hot tub and breakfast. You can get a bed anywhere. After my 5 hour dive after waking up at 3 and working a 9 hour day I was really looking forward to a swim and relax. The pool was ice cold, the hot tub didn’t work and the next morning the breakfast was spotty and burnt. I went down two times and both times there was missing items and could not have a complete breakfast I would say 30% of items were stocked and the rest nothing there. My kids didn’t get to eat.

We appreciated the manager who gave us a room upgrade. We had wanted to book directly w/ them but when we called the hotel clerk who answered said he could not match on line pricing. Very clean, suite was updated. It would have been perfect if the hotel had plug in's for our hybrid vehicle.

Stay here for a short drive to the park. Nothing fancy but it was comfortable and located close enough to things to work out for our needs. Hot tub was over chlorinated and towels are old and scratchy. Pool inside was not heated and cold. Decided not to swim. Breakfast was basic.

There’s was a few pros and a few cons. I got in around 1 AM. The staff was very helpful & friendly, The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room was very nice with modern decor. The heating/cooling in the room was controlled by a thermostat on the wall, which I had a hard time figuring out. I would set it to 78 and it would run for awhile and then turn the air conditioning on & start blowing cold air. I finally turned it off. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs Scrambled/cheese omelet, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, juice machine, pancake maker, oatmeal, or cold cereal—— bagels, cinnamon rolls, bread & coffee & more. There wasn’t a lot of seating area & the breakfast area was crowded & small with stairs that weren’t very handicap accessible. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good regarding the condition of the facility. We will not return again because of loud traffic noise from the freeway located very close to the hotel. The train tracks are close to the hotel and noise from the trains during the night intrudes with one's sleep. As for the bedding, the beds are very soft and not supportive to the body. Plus the sheets are of made of polyester and so uncomfortable to let your body breath while laying there. Along with the bedding and traffic it was not a night of REST!

Very rude front desk staff upon late arrival and in the morning too. Could not help being late as our flight was much delayed. Clerk acted irritated and put out that she had to unlock the door for us. Nothing good about this hotel - will not stay here ever again.

Overall the hotel is clean, modern, and has a good breakfast. We did encounter one major challenge -- the handle in our shower was broken when we arrived in the evening. We were told that there was no evening/night facility person to fix it and that we'd need to wait til the next morning. So no shower/bath. The next day the shower faucet was fixed but the shower diverter did not work. After we spoke directly with the hotel manager, someone did come and fix it that evening at 8:00 pm. Over 24 hours without a shower. Mmmmmm. Not great.

Front desk clerk was so rude. Been coming there for 15 years and will not be back nor will any of my staff. Breakfast lady was turning off the tv and closing everything down at 9:30 while people were still eating. Hernan, the front desk attendant should not be in hospitality, should not be dealing with people at all.

Comfortable and rooms, very clean and cute. Affordable without being “cheap” looking. Very flexible and friendly staff. I had a reservation mix up through a travel app and the GM did everything to help me out and remembered me when I came in. Was so nice about it and made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back!

I was disappointed the staff did not mention anything about a $15 fee being put on my debit card. I just happened to look at my bank account and saw it. I spent alot of time trying to find the phone number for the hotel to explain this cost. Should be mentioned upon checking in. My daughter in-law stayed the same night and also was bewildered.

Hotel is located in a quiet and convenient part of Burlington, just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping malls. Our room was very clean, and AC is working well. Breakfast is basic (eggs, sausages, freshly made pancakes, toast, dry cereals, oatmeal), but it’s all we need to start a day. The staff is attentive to our needs and concerns. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in for a couple of nights.

We stayed for a Night in a one bedroom suite. The room and bathroom were nice, clean & well organized. But the breakfast ran out before the closing time. We drop by 30min before. The breakfast area was busy and crowded with so many guests. Not even find any table to sit in.
