Nice property. Only issue was a full parking lot

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were nice. However the pool is not heated and should be noted. To advertise a pool and review saying this is great for kids is very misleading. Most hotel pools are not freezing cold.

No hot tub!

This is a really nice, fairly new property with good amenities. Breakfast is on-site which makes for a convenient morning. Parking is easy and adequate. It’s easy to find right off the freeway. I enjoyed my stay here.

This was a clean hotel. The pool was clean not overly done with chemicals like most pools.

We love that this place has a EV charging station. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is decent and has a variety of hot food, cereal, milk, coffee and fruits. The check-in was pretty fast. The management is also very considerate. We booked this hotel to watch racing at Skagit Speedway and the weekend we were suppose to be there, it was raining and the event was cancelled. The hotel was able to move our reservation to next week without extra charge. We really appreciate the assistance.

Hotel was very nice. Staff very friendly. Grandkids enjoyed the pool but was a little chilly for me. We stayed 3 days and the breakfast was the same every day

The hotel is clean and I have stayed numerous times while working in the area. This time two small plastic bags with drugs were left on the headboard from the previous guest. When brought to the front desk clerks attention, she offered to switch rooms. Today I was reimbursed $35 for the inconvenience. I just can’t help but think what may have happened if a child got ahold of one of the “bags”. Things can be over looked but I took this issue very seriously and thought that the hotel didn’t take it very seriously.

This was the filthiest shower I’ve ever seen, 3 gross hairs and black mold or grime of some sort I have pics it was 11pm so I just made sure the bed was clean and showered with towels on the floor and shoes on and didn’t use the bottles on the wall I didn’t even want to touch the Handel without using a towel between me and the handle. First room wasn’t clean yet so I already went back and had to get a new room and this one had a filthy shower but it was so late and I was so tired. Definitely wish I didn’t spend 170. For one night and a gross shower that I hopefully don’t catch something from. The housekeeping sucks and elevator is broken jerks hard on the 3 floor and makes loud scary noises and they do t have a permit there’s just a paper that says permit on file. Super sketchy while it’s groaning up to the third floor. I’m sorry I stay there for 6 years once a month but this was the worst I’ve ever seen it

Our bathtub did not drain. When we asked to have it fixed the front desk person said maintenance didn’t work on weekends. I asked if they had a plunger & she didn’t want to but finally got one & gave it to me to do. I suggested she should do it. She said she would but when we got back there was still 4 inches of water. We did it ourselves and after 30 minutes we got it to drain. We feel we should have been given a credit since we weren’t able to take a shower for a day.

We checked in around 8 p.m. I went to shower that night, and there were clumps of long black hair stuck to the walls of the shower and on the shower and batrhoom floor. I went to the front desk, and the woman working eventually offered to come clean it up. She wiped most of it up, but there were still hairs on the floor from trying to clean it up. My bedside table had a terribly sticky substance on it, I'm guessing (hoping) food or candy? I was able to use some wet wipes to clean the table enough to put my belonging on it. Walls are terribly thin. Heard the neighbors, people in the hall, and the people above us all night. The bed was comfortable though, but the housekeeping services were awful. I doubt whether someone had actually cleaned our shower after the previous guest. If they had even opened the shower door, they would've seen clumps of long dark hair on the white tile. The woman who was nice enough to come wipe it out for us asked if it was like that when we checked in. I have short blonde hair and my husband's is very short. Trust me, it's not ours.

The room was nice and spacious for the price and very clean.

The hotel does room housekeeping every 3 days. I informed the front of a flikering light in the bathroom but nothing was done. We had insects in the room.

It was very easy to hear thru the walls, could hear footsteps and people talking. Nice spacious room, shower area had mold stains

Room was great, great location, breakfast was awesome and included with the cost of the room, pets stay free and the price was excellent. The only negative was the washcloths and towels were stained with something black that made them look like rags.

We loved that the property was clean and that our room had a seperate sitting area from the sleeping area. It had by far the most comfortable beds that we slept in on our trip. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area and we will be booking at this hotel chain for future stays on our next trip.

This is a great Comfort Inn. The rooms are spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was top of the line.

Very nice large rooms.

The hotel and staff were excellent.. however, we could hear everything from the rooms on either side of us. For what appeared to be a new hotel the sound insulation, if any was horrible.

Our neighbors next door were very loud, which made it a bit irritating since we had been in the road for 12 hours. It was hard to sleep.

We recently stayed for our child’s softball tournament our child found 2 small round pink pills alongside her bed at the end of the day. We called down the the front office and they told us that the manager is gone and that we can take a picture and send it to there email and wait to hear what to do. I refused to let them leave the pills on the floor next to my 8 year old child. They responded with they didn’t have anyone to take care of the pills and clean our room. They called back and said that they would be moving us to a new room and sent up someone with keys. We packed up our whole room and when they brought the keys they had said that they didn’t have anymore 2 bed rooms and that we would be downsizing to a single bed room. We couldn’t all fit so I had asked that we have this room cleaned they said they didn’t have people at the hotel to do that. I then went down to the front office to call the manager. Then they said the manager is off and that they can’t help me. I then went back to our room and cleaned and inspected our room. They had a young lady come remove the pills. In the morning I went back to the front office and asked if the manager was in they said no and this is her day off. Then I checked out and they said they can’t do anything to help me. I tried emailing the manager and no response. I called corporate and filed a complaint the room was not properly cleaned and was left to us to do that. Terrible customer service and no management. We were charged full.

We were without power for an hour!!! Bathroom fan didn’t work! Also there for a soccer game, my son clothes was soaking wet needed to wash his clothes for the next game but took a while since the staff was there washing their clothes!! Mind you there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers… sign on the room said GUEST LAUNDRY, but we’re being occupied by the Comfort Inn staff. They had 2 huge baskets! I have pictures to prove, if a manager would like to contact me.

The morning desk clerk was very sweet. Young girl, was helpful with suggestions on the area.

Booked a stay a few months ago on Hotels.com. Show up to the property to check in and they told me my reservation was canceled about a week ago and I should have got an email…which I never did. Hotels sent me thing through emails all the way though it checking g on my stay so it was apparent Comfort Suites didn’t let them know. Apparently the reservation was canceled due to “plumbing problems” though other people seem to still be staying there. And the hotel was now full so they didn’t have a room for me. I could probably get past that…communication error…but the front desk staff could care less I was now stranded. No help trying to find a new hotel or an apology or anything. They seemed annoyed that I was asking how it got canceled and why I wasn’t notified. I went down the street to another hotel…they were full but went out of there way to try and find me a place to stay even though I didn’t have a reservation there. Comfort Suites could care less they left me stranded

Fine hotel, met our needs, would stay again. Front staff was always kind and helpful.

Staff was extremely rude when I tried to make a walk-in booking and would not honor online prices. Almost did not stay due to the treatment, but had limited other options. Struggled to find staff to check out. Hotel was extremely noisy and it was difficult to sleep. Our room was by an exterior door that was slamming all night long and kids were partying in the hallways.

Was here for a family reunion. They treated our family great and were very helpful. The breakfast lady was super sweet. The front desk staff was very accommodating as well. We did request cleaning service that they missed. This was for 3 rooms over a week, so we felt pretty good about our stay.

All the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Ruth stood out for sure. Super accommodating and helpful. Everyone was so kind! Made us feel like VIPs. The little extras like the cookies were such a nice touch. I’ll be back for sure!

Horrible service at night

This was such a comfortable stay. Honestly the staff was so helpful. I’ve had so much patience with me, even though I had some issues with my banking.. They didn’t make me feel bad about having a late check out either they were above and beyond for accommodating my issues thank you, thank you

Great location with access to stores and food, close to highway

I was pleased they could accommodate extending our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The train tracks are very close to the hotel, and there is a huge FedEx truck yard/ sorting hub also right next to the hotel and train track. There were 4 trains just one of the NIGHTS we were there, and about the same the other 3 nights but I stopped counting. It definitely detracted from the sleeping comfort. Take earplugs!

Grear place to stay near North Cascades national park. 30 min ride to ferry to San Juan Island. Very clean, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff! Highly recommend!

The property was about 4 minutes from the Skagit River Playfields which made it really convenient for soccer tournaments.

Overall stay was very good, enjoyed breakfast, quiet room and convenient to freeway.

Convenient location, easy access from I-5.

Very clean and comfortable. Great Thai restaurant nearby. We were just overnight on our trip north but appreciated the space, comfort, and easy access to the freeway.

The non properly insulated walls let people’s conversations from next door come into your private space when they aren’t wanted, especially late into the evening. If staying at the back of the building your neighbour behind is a Fed Ex distribution Center and they start at 4 AM with the beeping of all their vehicles backing up, very annoying. Breakfast was good, one negative about location is there is no restaurant to walk to for dinner, must drive everywhere….

Room smelled fresh, shower was clean and spacious, gym was nice and best of all I slept well. The breakfast was better than usual buffet... great spot to stay on I-5!

Everything!! Bed was awesome. Shower was great with shampoo, cond and lotion!! The complimentary breakfast was incredible, so many choices!!! I didn’t want to leave!!!

Quick check-in. Comfortable beds, large rooms. Excellent free breakfast!!!! Second time we have stayed here and this is where we will stay anytime we are in the area.

Its always a good stay but just would like different breakfast options. Its always the same food every morning. Not very good when you stay more than a day
