La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Burlington

I like that the property is a new building, the staff is great. Is my 3rd time staying in La Quinta, just in the future I'll like to get inform if the pool facility and sauna is close for the weekend. I was really looking forward to use both with my wife. Thank you.

Pool was warm and hot tub was hot! There is easy access to hotel and rooms via elevators. While somewhat busy, the hotel was not noisy as some newer facilities sometimes are. The only noise issue was that the doors slam shut and there is the occasional train that can be heard blowing its horn. Breakfast was ok and had all the things a typical midrange hotel would have; it's nothing fancy and did the job. We had to ask for items to be restocked-hot cocoa, yogurt, forks, coffee.

We booked this hotel because of the pool and they allowed dogs. The pool was and had been closed for a while and isnt being reopened any time soon. We were not notified until we checked in in person. The dog area was just a small strip of overgrown "grass", about a foot or two wide, at the back of the parking lot. It had a poo bag station with an overflowing trash can. Most people were taking their dogs to potty at a bar next door that had some grass in its parking lot.

Deceptive advertising by the hotel. They reportedly had free charging. Only one of the chargers worked and several clients wanted to use the one charger. The charger was not free for hotel users.

I would stay here again!!!! The only drawback was insufficient amount of pool towels - both days!! The elevator floor was wet because there were still no towels for someones morning swim.

Very nice rooms. The workout gym is nicely equipped and the pool room has a jetted hot tub. The morning breakfast is marginal. Some hotel chains offer small cheese omelets and bagels as well as the usual other bread items. Those two items would raise the level a lot. Also I tried charging my EV at the 2 on-site charging units but the amperage was so low I gave up. No different than plugging into a 110 wall unit. Even after downloading the app for "BLINK" and linking my credit card to it. Waste of time.

Clean, nice staff. Enjoyed pool & gym. Only downsides were: window in room does not open at all one elevator out of service most of stay, when it came back in service & i used it, it stopped @ my floor but doors didn't open until i pressed floor button again & it jolted, opened, but kind of scared me

Disappointed the pool and spa were out of service. You should advertised that on your page when taking bookings. The receptionist response when I ask about the pool was "Do you still want the room ?"...not I am sorry or anything else.. did not help she was chewing gum when talking to me... hotel is clean and rooms was nice. AC is too noisy.

New property - lovely features and very helpful staff. Easy access to I-5 and outlet shops & COSTCO. Also - a nice small indoor pool and exercise room.

This hotel was very clean and large enough for our family of four and pup visiting from out of state. The room was a bit oddly shaped when it came to the bathroom opening into the microwave area but the cleanliness of the space was greatly apprecited.

Very nice hotel! Built in 2019, it still has its luster of “newness”. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options from which to choose. Would definitely stay at the La Quinta in Burlington again!

Love how pet friendly they are. I wish the area outside was cleaner. Lots of trash where you potty dogs.

My only complaint is that our room smelled like a dirty dog lived in it. This is a pet friendly hotel. If it wasnt for the room smelling bad I would've given this place 5 stars.

Our stay was just OK. Front desk staff were nice but our room was dirty - messy handprints on the wall, small gravel on the floor that made its way to the bed when we slept, and when I asked the front desk to have the floors vacuumed and walls addressed before our second night, nothing was cleaned. The cleanest part of the room were the showers, which were great. The hotel is VERY noisy. Doors along the hall open and close hard and guests can be heard through the walls. I’d only return to stay if I had no other option.

Lobby was clean but corridors were messy with garbage on 4th floor

Parking lot is dirty with so much trash and garbage. Pool deck is dirty. Our room’s air conditioner was broken. Other than those things, perfectly fine stay.

Very quiet except for the doors, they’re too big and heavy so they slam.

Facility was clean and water was hot. The facility does not have Netflix service so we could log in and watch on our account. We were there for 6 days. Watching programs with commercials is a drag.

My room was nice and clean but bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs and big holes from where everyone slept.

It was very noisy. Someone kept slamming doors near us.

I was worried when we got a first floor unit as I know the dogs are on that level, but the room was very clean !! Everything was shiny and no smells. Only complaint was the bed was to soft and lumpy so if you lay in the middle of the mattress you didn’t worry about sliding out lol. The breakfast was nice, coffee not so good but to be able to have it ready for us in the morning and again the staff kept it clean and table wiped down as soon as a visitor left. I would definitely think of staying at this property again,

This operation is top notch in every way. My only disappointment was the lack of smart TVs. At this price point, guests should be able to access their streaming services, not watching Office reruns.

The refrigerator in the room 205 is NOT working.

The only knock I have against the hotel is the doors to the guest rooms are spring loaded to close behind you and they are banging all night when people leave or enter their room....if its the room next door it almost seems to shake the whole bldg. This has always been a "go-to" hotel for trips to Burlington but now I am not sure whether we will stay there again.

Room was nice but tv didn’t work. Talked to the person at the front desk and she said that the maintenance person was gone and she had no other room to transfer us to. And to mess with the wires. Not really great to have no tv.

Just a short layover for us but had a rental car issue and the hotel team came through magnificently with helping us find transportation and keeping our entire trip from being derailed.

The hotel itself is nice, and everything is maintained good for the most part. However, the air conditioner in our room didn't work properly which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. When I called the front desk to report the issue finally the gal who helped at that time did not care nor provide any options to remedy the situation. Having a baby in the room with us having to endure the uncomfortable conditions was not ideal. Along with having extremely noisy neighbors our last night who slammed doors till midnight. It wasn't the most pleasant stay for the price. When checking out the front desk gal - Jessica was very nice and apologetic of the situation. But sadly, the stay had already been ruined at that point.

Friendly staff, beautiful room. Clean and spacious. It was also affordable. Breakfast was great (and complementary!) We got toothpaste at the front upon request. Life saver!

Our furnace broke so we needed a place to stay in our hometown to escape the cold. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind, helpful and personable. At the front desk Elizabeth went above and beyond to be kind and understanding. Definitely recommend.

Rude front desk clerk! Room was 85 degrees and the front desks remedy was to call maintenance at 10:00pm. Would not give us another room because there was a price difference. Her solution was to check out of the hotel!!! Asked for manager and was told I could walk downstairs and get her card. I did and it rang at the front desk! What a joke!!!!

After arriving with my wife and three daughters, the feeling of the area was unsafe. The parking lot had trash throughout with few vehicles. At check in the automatic door did not open on its own so we had to separate the doors to get them started then they stayed open. The staff seemed under the influence and did not care that we were there. My wife went to check the room before we started to unpack and what she found was less than ideal… the TV and lights were on, used towels on the floor with the beds unmade. It was as if someone were staying in this room already. The decor screamed horror movie. We asked for a refund and left quickly. Upon assessing our bank account, we were charged for one night. We are currently waiting on a refund after speaking to the property manager and explaining our story. Save yourself this experience and choose another location.

We had an issue that the heater wasn't working in our room upon arrival. It was quickly fixed. Our card key wouldn't let us in one day and it was immediately remedied. We had a couple other minor inconveniences. Upon checkout the manager was so sweet and gave us a voucher for 2 free night stay because of the issues we had during our stay. So great of them and their quick, kind fixes of any issues we had.

We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay at this property. One of our primary concerns was the visible presence of homelessness around the area, which made us feel uneasy. A gate or secure fencing around the property would have provided an added sense of safety. There were multiple utility trucks parked in the lot overnight, and the vehicle charging station was damaged — the port had been knocked over and was completely unusable. We also chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub due to arthritis concerns, and were frustrated to find the pool area closed with no prior notice. When I expressed my disappointment, the staff simply said “sorry,” with no effort to offer a solution or further explanation. Customer service overall felt below average. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful or warm, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired. We were in a pet-friendly room, and it strongly smelled of dog. There was noticeable pet hair on the couch, which was off-putting. On one morning, it appeared that a homeless couple came in from the parking lot to eat the complimentary breakfast and exited through the side door — which added to the overall sense that the property was not being carefully monitored. Breakfast itself was inconsistent: the second morning was well-stocked and enjoyable, but on the first morning many hot items had run out despite an hour remaining in breakfast service. On a positive note, the coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh.

The place is quiet and clean. The neighborhood has restaurants and groceries, very convenient.

Clean, updated property with a much bigger and better breakfast buffet than expected. My only issue was with the construction and parking. It was hard to get in/out of the facility and to find a parking spot.

The experience was wonderful. If you want breakfast, go early. They advertise "served until 10". But, by 9:30 they are breaking down and out of food

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Service was great. Will probably stay here again. Would have liked a variety in breakfast entrees (same two days in a row), but what we ate in the morning was still good.

we have stayed here often and were very disappointed to be treated to a cold breakfast of sausages, eggs and potatoes. will reconsider where we stay next time......

It's a really nice and fairly new La Quinta that is in excellent condition. Friendly staff. The room was fine and what you would expect. Breakfast was only so-so.

This is our second stay at the hotel. It is very comfortable. Breakfast was marginal. Coffee very poor. Staff was generally helpful. Happily the adjecent construction is less noisy and disruptive than last time and will be very nice when completed.
