Great location. Perfect that they provide EV charging

The staff was amazing! I had an interview while I was traveling and they gave me late check out so I could have time to get ready and take my interview! They also allow pets which is amazing and the rooms and staff were amazing (because you may not always get nice rooms with pets and staff may not always be pleasant if they aren’t pet people). BUT they were amazing!

The hotel was nice and quiet. However we weren’t informed during booking this place that the pool was broke and didn’t work.

Bed was mediocre. Tub did not drain properly. No handicapped ramp in the rear of the facility (near the exits closest to the ppool and dog walk areas.

Front staff could have been more polite and helpful. If you need to use the laundry facilities make sure you bring your own quarters done they quickly run out. Breakfast is very limited.

Smells kind of damp and mildewed (typical Florida hotel) however it was otherwise clean.

My family did not like this property. Hampton inn/Hilton brand, you pay hefty rent and you get Bathroom door with broken knob, door does not close. No hooks by the door to hang your clothes Scratched out floor with stains Messy carpet that smells bad

Room was OK except for the bug that crawled out from under the toilet seat. What really irritated me was the $50 charge they hit us with because we had a 20 lb dog with us. When I reserved on Expedia it said pets allowed but sneakily didn't say pets free. I'll stay somewhere else next time we're passing through Jacksonville.

The bathroom looked and felt dirty with dirty tile/molding snd shower head not secure to the wall and very old. There was a poop smear on side of toilet and was not offered a discount or even an apology. When requesting clean towels after going to desk, was ignored and had to ask again an hour later which made us run late for important doctor appt. which was reason for the stay!

This hotel is in perfect condition, everything works, is well maintained, and looks in optimum condition. Cleanliness is superb. The included breakfast has all the options, it is really great!

OUR ROOM HAD AN ODOR, ESPECIALLY IN THE CLOSET. WE THINK WE FIGURED OUT IT WAS THE IRONING BOARD. IT SMELLED LIKE URINE. IT MAY BE A NEW COVER AND IT JUST STINKS SOMETHING AWFUL! THE STAIRS HALLWAY IS VERY MUSTY AND SMELLS. NEEDS NEW CARPET AND TO BE RE DONE.

Usual Hampton that I really like. This night was horrible. We were housed on the 4th floor with a team of high school kids, and they behave like expected from teenagers. In the middle of the night running up and down the halls. Playing ding dong ditch and making a lot of noise. Several calls to the front desk failed to solve the problem.

We had a view of the air conditioning units. Our refrigerator in the room would start and stop working. We threw out everything we had stored in it. We did let the front desk know. Room was very clean and everyone that worked there was courteous and friendly.

The room was clean. The beds are super firm. Breakfast was good.

The properties AC kept going from cold to heat however, the service was really good. I would definitely stay again.

No access to streaming services on the TV. (Netflix) After a long day of travelling, we just wanted to settle in and watch a movie and we only had access to cable TV. With all the technology available now, this was a disappointment.

We stopped here overnight when heading to south Florida. Super convenient right off 95. Had everything we needed. Only downside was the tub backed up when taking a shower. Otherwise was good. Would stay here again as a stop over.

The hotel was great. Nice large room. Very clean and quiet.

I’m not sure why but the hotel has TVs that don’t work unless you get an app on your phone to work the remote, and then since our phone and the TV wouldn’t pair, I called the desk and they promised to come right up to the room to troubleshoot the issue, but no one ever came. Finally we gave up and went to bed. Why would the hotel set us up for this kind of problem???

the water pressure for shower was very poor, only complaint

We came in after midnight and they were extremely accommodating.

The housekeeping staff made our stay there very unpleasant. We checked in around 12:40 am on Saturday because of a long drive under the rain coming from Atlanta with many accidents on the road. At 7:35 am my wife went to drop me off as I had to take care of business and went back to the hotel. Around 9:53 am a housekeeper came and banged on the door of the room for a good five minutes before my wife woke up to ask if there was a problem. The person then said she was checking to see if there was someone in the room. We had a sign on the door they gave us at checking letting them know we had a service dog in the room. My wife let the housekeeper know that checking wasn't until 11am so why knock on the door this early when she still needed some sleep? Less than 30 minutes later another pserson from housekeeping came and knocked twice on the door before opening the room with their card and trying to get in. My wife who has sleep apnea and wears a mask to sleep had to jump out of her bed to let the person know she wasn't supposed to enter our room when the guest is still in. That housekeeper tried to argue she didn't know. But there was still a sign on the door. My wife and the dog were left scared as this was close to some harassment. And on top of that we didn't even get the room we booked. We booked a king bed and got a room with a double bed but didn't complain. I called them back after my wife picked me up to file a complaint and a manager hasn't yet returned my call.

Bella at the front desk was very rude upon check in. The “free breakfast” was more like continental breakfast so we walked across the street to Cracker Barrel. The remote for the tv was broken.

It started out the most amazing trip one could ask for, from the amenities to Just overall service. Up until the next day I was booked for a late check out but at 9am while i was naked going Thur my bag for a snack a house keeper walked in. I then contacted the front desk to let them know what had happened they apologized n said they would fix it only for them the come back at 10:57 while i was headed to the bathroom n walk in again while i was naked. No one did anything i feel bothered like my privacy was invaded im 8 mths pregnant n perfer to not have clothes on but apparently this wasn’t something this hotel was focusing on cause all they did was say they are sorry no one was or anything was done about the way i was treated

Best hotel ever! Make sure you talk to Krystal one of the managers. She is one of the most caring, and accomodating people I have ever met. My dad passed away the day before I checked into this hotel and she cared for me like her own family. The hotel itself was clean and well put together.

Absolutely Love the staff Khrystal, Ms Bella, and I can’t forget Nick he was Amazing!!! I will definitely be back when my nephew has a college football game! Thanks for all you do!

EZ location off the 95. Quiet and plenty of close places to eat. They made up the room EVERYDAY housekeeping is EXCELLENT. Most places have more Covid excuses as to why they do nothing but this Hampton DOES EVERYTHING WELL. The front desk is excellent as well.

We stopped here on our way to the Keys. Perfect for a quick stopover wirh a kid and a dog. Easy access to food and highway. Clean.

We were in town to attend a show at the Center for Performing Arts and this location was very close to the Center. There was a Cracker Barrel and Applebees within walking distance.

Nice place close to stadium

The service was outstanding. But the power went out and the Wi-Fi was spotty. The breakfast was one of the best and great restaurants nearby. Not the fault of the hotel but we were in town for a game at TIAA stadium and the transportation and logistics there were awful.

This was a very clean and quiet hotel, and the staff were very friendly. The coffee management could have been a little better, but overall this was what we expected for the money.

The service at this Hampton Inn was awesome! Reggie and Bella were great!! The room itself was just not really up to Hampton standards. There were 2 different types / colors of flooring in the room - very strange! The loveseat in the room was very worn out and clearly left over from the mini remodel done on the property. The tub enclosure was cracked and kind of glued around the tub spout. We stayed in room 201. Unfortunately, breakfast was also not up to standard . No eggs (apparently the truck of supplies didn't arrive.) There some hard boiled eggs that were almost frozen inside and the sausage patties were a very light color - we thought they were oatmeal cookies at first! The attendant was very pleasant I am sorry we did not get her name. Overall the place worked for us for one night. It was not dirty, everyone was nice, but we choose Hampton Inns because we know what to expect. The exterior of this hotel looked amazing, but the interior just didn't live up to what we normally look for in Hampton Inns. Thank goodness for the friendly staff! :-)

Just a one night overnighter but very convenient off 95. Nice spread for breakfast in morning everything we wanted to start the day eggs sausage cereal etc. Spotless room with huge tv. Nice job I’ll be staying again
