We requested a queen bed and got a double. Couldn’t make the TV work, towels and washcloths were grimy looking. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Room was on second floor with no elevator, we are in our 80’s and had to lug our luggage up the stairs. All in all it left a lot to be desired. On the positive side , room was clean and bed was comfortable, but too small.

It's a Super8 I've stayed in lots of them all over the country. Some nice some fair some never again. The hall carpet dirty & musty smelling. The buildings look more like institution than a hotel.Parking not secure. Room was ok. Bed was very good. Over priced as far as I'm concerned.

Older property. Newer carpet and bed are ok. Large fridge and satellite TV . Bare minimum provided otherwise. Breakfast included in price yet no coffee and 2 types of cereal available. One gallon of outdated milk and one gallon of outdated orange juice available. One or two packages of instant oatmeal on a rack.. yet no bowls, silverware or napkins provided. This was at 8am. Front desk staff seemed bothered when asked about coffee, then asked to borrow a lighter as we walked out to go elsewhere for coffee. Key had to be programmed daily for a three night stay. Heat/air very loud Vending machines empty We actually left at 5pm before our third night. Price should be $20 cheaper per night and do not advertise breakfast

Booked this motel in part to print some last minute needed papers needed for the next day. They advertised a business center. Hahaha. To print out papers we were supposed to send it to the man’s cell number. No thanks! It didn’t help that he didn’t seem to have a great grasp on English language. So we ended up spending over an hour in town the next day finding a place to print them. Breakfast was very minimal. The only plus I can say for the bedroom was that it had two queen beds and a single which is hard to find for that price range. And it was surprisingly quiet. But it only had three bath towels Water sprayed everywhere from the faucet when you used it. Curtains let in lots light. Uncomfortable pillows

This is an older style motel which was expected for the price. I was not allowed to check in 20 minutes early, but that is following written policy. The rooms were not new, but everything was functional and clean. It had good AC, clean sheets, hot shower, microwave and mini-frig. It also had a desk and overstuffed chair. I would stay there again.

The exterior of the property/parking lot looked deserted when I arrived and I wasn't even sure it was an operating establishment. The office was not highlighted to direct one in as to where to go. The room, though old and decorated in dark colors, was clean and equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice quiet sleep. Just what I needed after driving all day!

This place had everything I want and need in a hotel stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Everything worked as it should (the television, WiFi, bathroom, heater). I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s worth noting that the carpet was in great condition and the towels were so soft and fluffy.

The room smelled horrible and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and behind the toilet. The side of the night stand had white stains on it. The lobby smelled like sewage. I made a new rule for our company that we will never send any of our guys to a super 8 again.

Room smelled of cleaning products, very clean and the bed/mattress was very clean. The bed was comfortable!!! The bathrooms were clean, the refrigerator was clean, the microwave was clean and the coffee maker was clean. The entire hotel room was very clean and neat. Despite how clean it was, I saw two roaches, which made me pretty upset. The toilet paper was folded to a point which is a sign of phenomenal housekeeping- I was honestly very surprised to see a couple roaches due to how clean everything truly was. We were on the first floor with a door to the outside so maybe that’s where they were from, I don’t know. That’s the reason for three stars. Also the owner won’t let you take maple syrup in a cup back to your room because they have to get the carpets cleaned if syrup spills. I understand the reason why but it was pretty bizarre, he took the syrup out of my boyfriend’s hand instead of just telling him to be careful and why. So that was pretty weird. We stayed there for a wedding at Mohican gardens, fifteen minutes away, if we ever have a reason to be in that area we would still stay again despite the syrup and seeing two bugs.

The entire hotel looks like it was decorated in the 70’s with horrible colors and patterns. It had weird smells walking through the halls. And the room was filthy. Clumps of hair in the corners of the bathroom. Dead bugs on the window sill. Looks like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks.

I stayed here two years ago and it looks like some renovations have occurred. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. However, the main entry and bathroom lights are on a motion sensor switch. If the switch sees no movement for a few minutes it shuts off. So, when I was in the shower it couldn't see my movement and shut the bathroom light off. The main entry light had already shut off too, so now I'm soapy and wet in the dark. I managed to find the bathroom switch again, but it shut off on me again. Can't a guy enjoy a long shower, with beer, after a long day of driving without A/C?! Come on, man!

I’ve stayed here a number of times in the past, but I don’t remember it being this junky. The Wi-Fi made 1980’s dialup connection speed seem fast. What’s more, a complaint to hotel staff was met with something akin to, “yeah, whatever…” followed by some lame excuse. I won’t be back.

We've stayed here at least 15 times previously and once again were very satisfied. Intend to stay here again if we are in this area. Beds and bathroom were clean, mattress was firm (which I like) and pillows soft. Breakfast isn't much but we knew that and it isn't a big deal for us. Check in was pleasant and the clerk was very friendly and explained the rewards program politely.

The desk clerk was so helpful & friendly. We had locked our key in the room. The gentleman ended up having to make us 3 keys because we turned in the old key!! He was sooo cool about the aggravation.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. We like it because they have handicap accessible units one can park in front of. It is literally 5-6 feet from the unit door to your car. Mom doesn't walk well, so this is perfect for our needs. We were disappointed that restaurant that shares a parking lot closed, but there are many other restaurants nearby. It is also close to I71, a Wal-mart, and several gas stations. Overall, it isn't fancy, but it is a good place to stay.

The property is located very conveniently to the interstate, dining options of various types, and a 1.5 mile Audubon trail that is a quick jog from the hotel. The exterior of the hotel and the lobby are simple, sparse, and a bit out of date. The room was good quality for the price. The bathroom was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Facility is older but has been updated. Room was plain but clean. Property is rather close to I-71 so there is some road noise. We recommend South Street Grill in Ashland for lunch/dinner.

We were traveling through on business. So for a place to sleep it wasn't too bad. Pretty worn, older rooms.Tattered bed spread and towels. Simple breakfast in a very small area by the front desk. Cereal, waffels, juice, coffee.(no flavored creamers) Don't shower too long, the bathroom light is on a timer and you'll be showering in the dark. Super nice staff. Probably won't stay again given there are other value hotels off that exit.
