Definitely was worth every penny, check in was extremely easy I did everything on the app, the TV having my name on it definitely made me feel important. Breakfast was so good and had a ton of choices. Pool was clean. Hotel was quiet. Overall one of the best stays I’ve had.

Two night stay. Breakfast was awesome. Service a little sketchy. Definitely need to do a little better with house keeping. Found someone's underwear and socks in a drawer.Toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom. Carpet in room needed cleaned. Wasn't horrible but definitively not great.

Horrific! The hotel smells like a sewage leak throughout. Plus, the noise from above our room wasn't addressed appropriately. Left the hotel in the middle of the night. It was THAT uncomfortable!

Nice hotel, nice employees. Breakfast was good, they did a really good job keeping it clean and full. The room was nice, but hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs in the fridge. The bed.....only had one sheet on top of the matress, not even tucked in. The cover ....didnt feel clean, or that it was changed from the people before. So, this was a big dissapointment because I paid a bit more just to make sure we have a clean bed and room.

We could tell the room was not thoroughly cleaned before our stay, for example there was a dog toy under the bed and a ring of gunk around the drain of the bathroom sink. All of the other amenities and great staff made up for the possibility of our room being dirty.

The stay was great other than our own hotel floor being very creeky and one of the queen beds being very squeaky every time my daughter moved at all through the night. None of it was really an issue until sleeping hours but resulted in some broken rest for sure.

I have never been to a hotel where the walls are so thin you can hear everything even basic conversation from other rooms around you and every step someone’s makes above. Would not stay here again.

We were there for 3 days and every night woke up in a drenching sweat because the motion sensor on the thermostat kept shutting the air off and it was 77 degrees. I’m asleep!! Why would you expect motion in the middle of the night. Never again will I stay there during the summer months and to think I paid a lot of money per night for that!

Unfortunately the heat did not work properly in our room (222). It was 19 degrees outside and our room was 60 degrees when we entered. The first thing we did was turn on/up the heat. After an hour it was only 61 degrees. When I called the desk I was told we couldn’t turn the heat up more than 2 degrees at a time! We tried! But the unit under the window blew cool air NO HEAT! The thermostat moved one degree an hour! At 4:00AM it was still only 69 degrees in the room. On top of that the unit fan under the window was SO LOUD! It was a miserable night. We were never offered to move to another room. We want a refund of our money!

The only reason that I didn't give 5 star review was that the pillows were all too soft. No variety of pillows and it was like no pillow at all. Also the air conditioner made noise and we couldn't find out how to keep the fan ON so that it would not turn off and be silent.

We were unable to control the heating /ac unit . It ran continously our whole stay. It was noisy and unreponsIve. It was a horrible noisy night . You might say we should have called the desk . After an eight hour drive just could not contend with maintenace issues. Also the handle on the toilet was shaky and needed valve work. Room 320 not.

We had a wedding. Drove 3 hours. Had a 3 pm check in … we wanted to freshen up before our 4 pm wedding. Our so called “Type of room wasn’t ready” it was a King bed room. We spent 200$ for the night and the room was not clean and ready for us to check in until 3:20pm. We were late for the wedding because we had to drive and find it. When did customer service become extinct??? A 3pm check in … the room should be ready at 3 pm ESPECIALLY at 200$ plus tax and fees.

Great desk staff. You can hear street or highway noise but that’s not a staffing issue. Local dining options were very good. Easy highway access with plenty of shops and gas stations close by. Starbucks just up the street and a Dunkin Donuts near too for the morning before departure.

I've stayed at this hotel once before, and this stay was much better. The hotel was cleaner and better maintained than during my first stay. The staff were kind and helpful. The location is great. The room was comfortable. The only downside was the television stations available are marginal (no CNN, no ESPN, etc.) and the breakfast options are the same as you are offered by chains much less respected and much cheaper than Hampton Inn. I'll be back when I need to travel to the Ashland/Mansfield are again.

This Hampton Inn was perfect location for our concert adventure in Cleveland. Close enough to see Morgan Wallen concert and still get to after the concert was over. Excellent staff (Danielle was so helpful) and a lot of extras around the hotel area. Would definitely stay at this location again. 5 Star for sure!!!

Breakfast...had no breakfast buffet as they were low staffing. They gave us an apple and bagel and water. And when i asked about being compensated they told me they giving me hilton honor points which do nothing for me since i use hotels.com for all my hotel reservation.
