Rooms were clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Service very friendly. Free breakfast, which consisted of your normal hotel breakfast food. A little dated carpet and what not, but for the price you can’t complain. Lots of car parking and also tractor-trailer parking.

Unfortunately the only thing I’d say about the hotel that was good, we’re the front desk staff. It was quite apparent that the hotel had not been updated in some time, the fridge wasn’t usable due to mold in it and not being cleaned for presumably awhile. The air conditioning in the room barely worked and it didn’t circulate around the room well. The bathroom vent didn’t work, so I believe it just added to the overall smell of the room being must. The outside door around the side of the building was just unlocked and didn’t require a key card so anyone likely could’ve walked into the hotel. Unless I missed it, I didn’t see breakfast anywhere and the coffee I attempted to receive was not refilled either. Unfortunately I don’t know if I’d stay there again especially for the price ($323). My card was incorrectly charged multiple times before the right amount was taken out days later, there was also a charge on my card before I checked in and then the additional night, plus the $100 security deposit. Just seemed all very disorganized.

There was not an elevator and our room was on the second floor. Also, the security lock on the parking lot door was broken so anyone could enter the hotel through that door. Lastly, they did not clean our room after the first day and did not leave extra new towels. Had to go to the desk to request towels for the second day.

The person running the desk could not have been friendlier. He seems like a very nice person and the breakfast area seemed very neat. Although I am gluten-free and dairy free and there really wasn’t anything but a banana that I could eat. The pool was not in service while I was there. I feel like an email about that or something might be warranted. There were some small items with the room that were just from being worn. There was a rip in the curtain that really wasn’t a big deal. It didn’t seem like the fans or the light in the bathroom worked properly. The TV was a little older so the screen didn’t fit entirely. Making it harder to figure out what channel you were on, etc.. But overall, we had a very nice visit

The shower curtain smelled horrible. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, it was nice and quiet, and easy off and on to the interstate.

Our sink was broke. The bathtub was dirty. There was dust on the light fixtures. There was dust on the TV ledge spiderwebs behind the bed under the bed. shower curtain was dirty I could not walk around without my shoes or socks. The carpet was disgusting. You could feel the dirtiness and how it has not been cleaned. I also was charged before arriving to my property. and I made sure that procedures was to pay on property while arriving also the pool that was stated that would be heated was cold and I had every remark about my 2 1/2 potty train son if he had a diaper on before getting into her pool. We stayed here for two nights as a family, but I do not recommend recommend if you are looking for a clean hotel

Cleanliness is my top priority and this hotel got top ratings for that. Our air conditioner was very noisy, which led to some interrupted sleep but it was cool and the bed comfortable. Staff was great and the price very reasonable. I’d stay again and just hope for a different room and AC.

Had to body slam my room (102) door to get in every time. I think the mechanism wasn’t retracting far enough. Handicap room with shower chair and walk in shower was perfect. Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable.

Check in clerk was awesome so helpful and caring !! Made checking in a breeze.Even called our room to make sure we were happy with the room ..After traveling all day from Nashville in ice covered roads and many accidents that we passed it was a relief to have someone so caring.

I reserved a room in advance for a family member who attempted to check in at 10:00 pm with two children only to be treated with such disrespect and absolutely NO customer service skills except to say” that is the oolicy@. I was not present to show an ID but my D-in-law tried to convey this and present her ID. The credit card for payment was already registered with the hotel. The receptionist was rude, and not helpful what so ever. Expedia was notified to see if this hotel payment could be cx and applied to a hotel across the street. I was told “no”. Again, “ that is the policy “. I will NEVER use Expedia again AND I will convey to everyone wanting to book to NOT use Expedia. I do not give reviews (good or bad) normally, but for the type of experience we encountered a BAD review is justified!!! I am assuming that this review will /will not be reviewed and if it is, their will not be a response back . Very very disappointed!!

Hotel was about what you might expect at this price range, building was a bit run down. We only stayed one night and it was fine. Owner (at least I believe he was the owner) was very nice and accommodating. Hotels.com stated that breakfast ended at 9:30 but it ends at 9. He let me into the breakfast room to grab coffee and cereal. After we checked out, we thought we had left a bag in the room. I called about it and left a message; a few hours later he called back to say they didn’t find it. We ended up finding it later in our car trunk but appreciate d the call back!

As soon as we walked in the room, we both started talking about how bad it stunk. The air coming out of the a c had such a foul musty smell that it literally made the room stink. Breakfast was over even before we got down there by 9. They put kids on the second floor that ran across our ceiling both mornings before 7. The amount of dust on top of the headboards, we were able to write our names in. The beds were as thin as a couple blankets laid on the floor. I woke myself up several times just moving around because they're so thin and you're on a platform bed. The amount of cigarette butts that's all around the entrances, made walking into the motel disgusting to a non smoker. For the amount that I spent for 2 days in this motel, I should have been at a five star motel instead of possibly a one.
