Let's start with the positives. The staff, location and bed were all first rate, absolthsly no complaints there. However, the building itself is a real problem. To expect guests to be able to lug suitcases up and down flights of half build, dusty and frankly unsafe steps is far from ideal. I understand that this is outside of the hotel’s control, but it needs to be addressed ASAP - it’s a safety issue. Furthermore, the quality of the room itself is not up to scratch. The fit and finish of the room was average at best. Finally, as this was a serviced apartment, I was expecting to be able to use the kitchen - there was only 3 spoons and a couple of mugs - nothing else, no pans, no plates nothing. We had to get the staff to provide us with basic implements. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers until these issues are addressed.

The room was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern is the stairs outside the hotel, which are quite problematic.

Our entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. Customer service is EXCELLENT- Tugee, Hoseyin, Torig and Sonar were the BEST. The room is very spacious and the location is great. Breakfast was included and Tugce made the best hot tea. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will stay again if ever in Istanbul. Thank you all for making our trip so wonderful.

Clean, comfortable and rooms with ocean view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ahmet is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place to family and friends when visiting Istanbul.
