The hotel decor the was lovely and breakfast was nice. But unfortunately that's where the good points stop. The staff are not friendly/welcoming and the rooms whilst clean and well designed, the little things were not there. One hand towel between two, and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel fixed to the wall despite us having a separate bath in the room so we couldn't use them in the bath! Our tap was broken and the air conditioner did nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ixora Hotel and Spa Our room was ginormous so moving around in my electric wheelchair was so easy as was going into the bathroom which was fully fitted and adapted for an amputee. The one disappointment in the bedroom was the minimal amount of wardrobe facilities and no particular place for cases. The lack of soft furnishings or even hard chairs in the lounge area was so severe that we were required to retire to our bedroom.

The bed has to be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on when travelling, the springs were digging in to my bed the whole time. It's a clean hotel but basic amenities and coffee was also not good; only providing instant coffee in rooms and have a smeg fridge in the room that doesn't even cool the items. I was given an accessible room and didn't request this, was not suitable for me and they didn't change this either. Super uncomfortable for me.
