First the good: super helpful and sweet staff. Compliments about check in/out and breakfast. WiFi worked well. The bad: this hotel is in poor shape. The first room assigned to me had a door that didn’t fit squarely on the frame and wouldn’t close. Front desk staff quickly assigned me a new room. New room was dirty and beat up. AC worked well in the room, but the hallways were stifling. Every surface in the hotel both in the rooms and the public areas are in need of deep cleaning and in many cases, repair. Pool was out of service with dark green water.

This place was great. Easy to find, no issues with parking. Inviting lobby with helpful staff. The follow up text was nice. Room was large and clean, very comfortable. Was only an overnight stay, but would stay here again.

This was a semi clean and comfortable place to stay the night. The price online is different from the front desk. Front desk staff was not friendly , helpful or accommodating The extra fee for our hypoallergenic dog was unexpected. More expensive than other hotels in the area. We would not stay at this hotel again given other choices.

This felt like a joke. I actually went back to the photos listed hoping I was remembering a different hotel because the beautiful, fresh looking hotel was NO WHERE to be seen. The renovations must have been done years ago. The pool area was overrun with red ants and had multiple pieces of broken chairs. For a positive, the staff were great! Friendly and welcoming. The breakfast workers were especially on top of things and the food was good. But our room was run down and sticky. All of the chrome surfaces are corroded, the headboard had staining, the flooring had multiple gaps in the wooden slats. Just a real disappointment for a family stay. If it were just me for a business overnight, I could deal. But with kids, I wouldn’t stay here again.
