Early checkin was no an option on the hotel purchase, the post add ons email was completed. Staff provided incorrect information, and infact the room was not ready until after the standard checkin. Wifi didn't work at all its restrictive. Breakfast although only $20 shouldn't be anything. They are trying to find "benefits" for being a gold member but it just makes it a lousy hotel stay. Staff was not helpful or responsive. Room was poorly maintained in terms of rust and non-working fans. Washroom by the business center in dire need of toilet seat replacements. Overall would never recommend, stay at the beach and commute to downtown as needed. There is no hot tub, the pool is nice and work, however, there is some time of hood fan venting with a pork smell to the pool area.

The bathroom was filthy. There was hair in the tub and on the ceiling. The beds were hard. The room smelled like cigarette smoke covered with cheap airfreshener. The elevators also smelled like a vomit/poop combo. The restaurant looked sub par as well. It was a small bar with stools and maybe 5 tables. It wasn't really the 4 star quality I was expecting. On a positive note, the location was great. Parking was less than ideal. I stayed one night and left for another place the next day.

Pay and pay and pay! $9.99 /day for WiFi. Even though most hotels offer free WiFi. Paid parking! Unless you’re planning on staying inside the hotel for the duration of your stay you’ll pay $36 for valet or $20 for self parking and $5 each time your vehicle leaves the parking lot in the same day you paid the $20 to self park. No microwave oven! Which means don’t bring back leftovers or you’ll be eating cold food. Either way you’ll be leaving the hotel grounds for food costing at least $5 to retrieve your car from self parking or pay $36 for valet to retrieve it for you. This place is like a trap. Once you check in the real billing meter starts and your alternatives are non existent.
