Studio 6 Extended Stay - Jacksonville, FL - South

The room was dirty. The stove, refrigerator, tub, floor. Curtains, sheets and bath tub was terrible. The room needs a whole makeover. Nothing was clean. It look like someone was staying in the room prior to us staying there. There were people outside at 2am in the morning like it was 2pm playing music. We got the room so my husband can get a good night sleep. We were up all night scratching. I’m convinced the room had bed bugs. The front desk had the nerve to say no refunds. My dog was barking all night. They didn’t sleep either. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Paid for a double room and could only get a single, paint peeling off of walls, roaches and very dirty floors.

Roaches roaches roaches .the Jamaican boy at the front counter during 1st shift is rude and disrespectful. When I first checked in the first room I went in had roaches everywhere on the door in the tub....so they put me in a" handicap room" like that way any better then the next week when I went to renew my room the Jamaican boy tries to put me back in the same room with the roaches so packed my things pretty sure roaches are in my belongings too ....and left to the hotel down the street.

Dirty dirty place

Rooms were dirty floors were so dirty your socks would turn black, walls dirty toliet area was dirty, busted door frames some lights worked some didn't, cleaning lady didn't restock the towels toliet paper, stove was rusty and broke, broken tv remotes only had 1 channel for over 24 hours because remotes were broke, no shower curtin in our shower, barking dogs almost every night
