I liked the rooms, staff and common areas. I did not like the fact the continental breakfast mentioned was non-existent. Only the paid breakfast was available. Next I appreciated the ev charging onsite, but the lack of upkeep and maintenance of them is very obvious, since two out of four tesla chargers actually worked and most of the charging cables were either unraveled on the ground or laying over another charger next to the one it belongs with. Hopefully this can be resolved in the future.

We had a very nice room on the first floor. The room is large and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. One small, strange thing was the bathroom... the door needs to be closed or it will swing open to the room door. Also, the light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom. Breakfast was good. I slept well. It's an easy ride to the airport. 5 minutes. They do have a shuttle to the airport. Overall good stay.

The room was not bad, it was a good sized room. The floor when you walk in was a little dirty and seemed slippery. Only one elevator was working at time we were there. The elevator carpet was really worn and dirty, it needs to be replaced.

Property is definitely worn down. We had 2 rooms, my mother-in-law room the phone didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work. Our room the paint was peeling in the bathroom in several areas, one of the lights didn’t work and the carpet was stained. On the elevator there was a musty smell. For the price paid the value was not there.

We stayed there for one night in a double bed room and the room was so dim/dark in the entry way you couldn’t see well in the mirror. The beds were on metal railings with wheels, they were so loud and squeaky when you moved at all on the bed. It felt like it would collapse at any moment. Walked in after dinner two staff members at front desk didn’t speak or look up at us just on their phones. The elevator carpet was trifling and it smelled like a hot gym locker room. To top it off it was almost 200 dollars to stay this night. Not worth it AT ALL.

Shuttle service to/from airport. Unfortunately it only runs on the 1/2 hour and stops at 11p at night so we had to taxi to get there. The Keurig in the room was broken, as was the window shade, and the shower did not fully turn on. 1/2 the water shot straight down the drain. The toilet kept running and we had to giggle the handle to make it stop. The beds were clean and comfortable so that was a good thing. And they gave us each a bottle of water when we arrived which was nice.

The hotel had decent reviews and the parking lot and lobby looked really nice. The carpet in the hallways and elevator was very worn and dirty, but the carpet in the room was okay. The beds, however, were very old and worn out. One of the beds was torn up on the side and they were very hard and uncomfortable. The window shade was broken and the curtains were falling off the rod. The room was a mixture of old and new items. It has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a restaurant in the hotel so you can get breakfast there, but we just spent one night on our way to the airport so we did not try the restaurant. It wasn’t a terrible hotel, but I would not stay there again.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly rude. When we were checking in, the man at the front desk was yelling at us when we asked a question about why they were charging us more money when we already paid for the hotel online. Then they were rude and laughed at us when we ordered food at their “restaurant”. Overall I was very unimpressed and would recommend staying in one of the other surrounding hotels.

This was a basic overnight airport day, so all I really needed was a place to shower and sleep. That said it’s convenient. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It had a Shuttle, etc. Can’t speak too much more because I left too early to even try the breakfast. The only comment is like every other hotel out there if it doesn’t have a restaurant and this one doesn’t. You are very limited to places to eat without Uber. If you’re willing to Uber, everything in the world is within five minutes!

This property has a staffing support problem. My initially assigned room was not cleaned so I asked them to send someone up. When noone came, I went down to followup. They assigned me another room. The second room also had a couple cleanliness issues. At this point, I addressed them myself rather than deal with a lack of response. The hotel is in need of updating and repair.
