Stayed 1 night

The lobby and bar area are beautiful and very well kept. I expected the same for the room. The room looked as if it had been remodeled, except for the bathroom. The bathroom looked untouched and old. Our room was on the top floor, furthest away from the elevator. I thought it was weird because they put us in a handicap room and had I actually been disabled, it would have been a horrible location. The curtains did not cover the window entirely at the sides, so light came through the entire night. We were also on the side closest to the street and the noise kept me awake most of the night. My initial thought was that we were given this room because I booked through hotels.com and paid a cheaper price.

Bar was closed, several sections of the lobby were taped off to keep people out.

There is nothing majorly wrong, but lots of little things. No WiFi- and even if you connect for a little it’s so slow it will disconnect itself. I had to take meetings using my phone as a hotspot in my room. They’re under construction, so lots of common areas taped off. Daily cleaning service isn’t included and you have to ask for it by going to the front desk each night. The rooms are beat up but fine. Laughably small pillows. The restaurant is terrible- and I have really low standards. The coffee isn’t drinkable. If you go to the river walk out the back doors of the hotel you can’t get back inside. If you do end up here, there is a restaurant in walking distance called BB’s which was really great! It was the saving grace of the week.
