Booked through Hotels.com and added fee for guaranteed cancelation, but having little response from Travel guard for refund due to mistake in booking wrong location. Hotel would not refund 3 hours later. Will never book again on this site.

Hotel door gets locked but it has gap, not sound proof at all Very low light even at vanity, you can not see proper at all, definitely can not put makeup’s Bare minimum storage place, only 6 hangers to hang gardener’s with iron board all in less than one foot area at the entrance, Not enough space to hang 6 peace of outfits. No hooks or bar on the bathroom to keep towel and your clothes, sink and towels are placed outside of bathroom. No cloth lines in the bathroom Breakfast is very minimal, we went out to eat each day We did not complain, but walls are not soundproof all all, I could hear TV clearly from next room.

They didn't make up or clean the room; the breakfast lacked variety and was poor; the pool was closed; the gym was closed; and the service was terrible.

Breakfast was terrible. Breakfast Room compared to hotel size was small and only one appliance for everyone. Pretty pointless. Pool was closed. Beds were hard.
