The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, though smaller than expected. There are lots of restaurants around and a nice walking trail. Why not 5 stars: the hot tub did not work and was not cleaned. The pool was also full of leaves and not as in the pictures. I went with my kids and we wanted to spend time at the pool, so that was a let down. Otherwise? It’s a nice place.

I picked this property based on its amenities, including a swimming pool and a hot tub. Both were under construction. This was not listed on the Orbitz site. Also, the coffee was Maxwell House, which I have never seen at a Hilton hotel. The last couple of days of my trip the Keurig was spitting coffee grounds on the counter and the floor.

Bathroom needs repairs. Towel rack about to fall off the wall, holes in the wall. Shower was fine. Pool area is disgusting. Nothing is maintained. Pool needed cleaning. Never heard the filter running. Hot tub was dirty for our entire stay. No towels in pool area. I was told to ask the front desk if we needed some, so I did. The girl said “all I have is 2 so that will have to do”. To cool off we used the outdoor shower, wouldn’t go in the dirty pool. The pool deck was filthy too. Room was fine, beds were ok. Loved the shower soap.

I have stayed her numerous times. I love the location and hotel. However, upon coming to town this trip I noticed several signs in the parking lot about paying for parking. The website says free parking. When I went in a couple of other patrons were upset. The man at the desk said its $5 a night however that is not the truth. Once the app adds fees its $7 a night. Had I known beforehand that would have been fine, however that was not the case. I much rather stay across the street at Aloft. They do not charge for parking.

Hotel was very warm on the fourth floor, they had a very large industrial unit in the hall. Pool was dirty, hot tub was full of algae which was disappointing as I chose this location specifically for the pool and hot tub. Not sure that I will return.

I love this hotel. The room and staff are so nice. Convenient location as well. My only complaint is the pool. It was very dirty, green. It needs to be deep cleaned, there is green mold all around the tiles. I am not going back until is clean.

Stayed a few weeks ago and loved it. Room was very nice-mattress was 8 out of 10 for comfort and sup but I have slept on a Tempurpedic for 30 years so I’m super spoiled. Had several nice amenities. So, booked it again and have been disappointed bc we didn’t bring along things that hotel supplied before and it wasn’t here this time… like real coffee mugs, nice hair dryer, bathroom night light. Mattress was definitely more worn and hair dryer was so sticky I had to wrap it in a tissue to handle it. The hallway carpet was all bunched up and smelled moldy.

As soon as we got off the elevator on to our floor the smell of mold and moisture hit you. They have portable AC/air purifiers in the halls running constantly. Our room smelled like a wet towel that had been left in a pile on the floor over a week. Our bathroom door was water damaged.

The hotel was ok. Our room was a King suite that was an upgrade executive and the couch in there was stained, the room had a very distinctive smell upon arrival, the carpet in the hallways was rolled up from coming loose. Overall this hotel could use an upgrade. The tub/shower leaks out the side when you shower.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The property itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Our room was on the top floor and incredibly spacious. It smelled fresh and clean the moment we walked in, and we were immediately impressed by the comfort and layout. It was perfect for our special getaway. The location is also excellent, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. We truly have no complaints. Room was a mess - door looked like it was busted in. shades had no remote - we couldn't open them. power/usb ports did not work on each of nightstands. toilet paper holder kept falling off, stain on chair, loud noisy mechanical unit running 24/7 plugged in through a room that had wires all over it and kids were playing in it. we asked front desk for engineer, they never showed they told us they did not have another room for us that was handicap accessible with king bed.

Very loud hotel, traffic noise heard from my room. The receptionist was kind enough to move my room but still noisy with several high powered fans running in every hallway. The fridge in the room was beat up & noisey buzzing all night so I had to unplug it. I just needed quiet to sleep but was difficult.

Customer service was great, the ladies and the one gentleman I dealt with at the front desk were friendly and helpful when I asked questions about places in the area. They had a busy weekend with a bunch of teenagers staying for various sports tournaments and they handle it like pros and still made sure all guest were taken care of. The hotel itself was nice. The breakfast was fresh and well rounded. The pool was nice but having a separate out door area with a fire pit that allows smoking was a nice touch for the adults. I stayed from Friday to Sunday and don’t think I had a negative moment.

The front seat gave away my room and then said i can't get a refund because it was a non refundable room. So basically they got paid twice for one room in one night. After driving 12 hours the last thing you want is to Go look for another room because you got there so late in the night they gave it away and then won't refund you. Crazy!!!!!!!!!!

This is the hotel that Hilton forgot. The rooms are dated. Breakfast was missing several items - guests were simply told, "We don't have any more of that". I messaged the front desk in the app and when they didn't respond for 2 hours, I called several times and got no response. 4 hours later, they tell me, "I just saw this." With no apology. When I let them know I hard tried to call because they didn't respond to the text, their only reply was, "The phones were down all day?" "If phones are down, shouldn't you be checking messages?" Still no response over a week later.

When I checked in the girl at the desk told me as they always do at hotels “breakfast is from 7-11” Evidently it was not a free buffet although it had all the same things I’m use to seeing. They charge $16.95 according to the menu on a table. I saw it after I got a bowl of oatmeal and juice. Let’s see if they charge me after I spoke to manager

Everything was just about perfect! The only issue we had was with the iron in the room when we were trying to get ready for dinner at Cowfords. The iron kept leaking on the shirt, so I called for a new one. Once the new one arrived, it continued to do the same thing, so we had to blow dry the shirt before getting dressed. Luckily we started getting ready early so we were still able to make our reservation. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was great downstairs. The lady working the food area was really nice and helpful!
