Would definitely recommend this hotel. I felt safe and worry free about my stay here the hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious and the pool is outdoors which allows you to enjoy the Florida sun. The property is peaceful and quiet at night and the safe is amazing, super friendly and welcoming.

My trip was good the rooms was nice and clean.Only thing I can say that kind of made me feel bad was the elevator did not have air conditioning in it and if anything would have happened with the elevated it would have been a real hot in there. My family met another family there in the pool and also an older lady came and joined us in the pool we had a great time laughing talking and playing a game with the ball.

Heavy used older building showing ware and tear. Room smelled of potent and unpleasant deodorant. The move in cart was warn to the point barely useable.

There is a leak in the roof and ceiling needs to be patched. Popcorn ceiling has been removed and there may be a chance it had asbestos. It looks really bad and I can’t believe they are renting this room in this condition. The hall has leakage and ceiling needs repair as well. Front desk clerk was wonderful.

Location good to my family event ,however shower chair for room was not good and collapsed twice ,also when i checked out somehow i was inadvertently extended too longer in the week otherwise we survived. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was good.

I love staying in Hampton Inns. They always have fresh coffee in the lobby. This time, the person at the desk who checked in my dog and I was super friendly. I can't say the same for the evening person at the desk. Not as friendly. The room was clean however the sheets had a stain on them. I have never had that happen at previous Hampton Inn stays so I am going to say it was an oversight however, it was a bit disgusting. In addition, the air conditioner did not work well. That being said, I would stay there again, hoping not to experience these issues again.

The front desk staff was great. The housekeeping staff was was awful. I called housekeeping the lady that works in there told me to called the front desk and hung up on me. The day they were schedule to clean the room since it's every other day the person that was supposed to clean to clean only put new towels and trash bags in there. No bar of soap, bed wasn't made room not vacuum, but they went into my person bag. Also there were roaches in my room. Not to mentioned I had an allergic reaction to the linen that was on the bed the first night nor was the linen on the bed clean. I had to call the front desk for a whole new set of linen and change it myself. I am very disappointed with Hampton Inn as I have been using you all for over 25-30 years. Never once seen a pet in there until my last visit. I could wait to check out of there.

Stayed one night at this location and facility outside was clean and front desk person was exceptional! Problems we experienced was bed was hard, pillows were very thin and lacked support, toilet in our room was clogged and did not clear, morning breakfast was lackluster with the eggs having no flavor and other items like sausage links were cold. We normally have no issues with Hampton Inn but this location was not one of the better hotels that we have become accustomed to.

I’m currently in my room, after a very long day and all I want is a good nights sleep. However, no chance of that - the walls between the bedrooms seem to be made of paper and the guy next door is talking on his phone at the top of his voice. Incredibly I can even hear the voice on the other end of his phone. Stay away from this hotel if you want peace and quiet!!!

First I was misled by lady at check in where I ended up spending more than I needed to. As for the room, all the reviews I have seen put this hotel at nearly 5 stars, NOT! First off the A/C was nosey as can be. It just wasn't mine either, I could hear the A/C in the rooms next to me that sounded very much like a truck sitting outside my window idling, I was on the third floor and no truck in sight. The tub, OMG! The tub is plastic and I only weight 200lbs but this tub sounded like I was going to drop through the floor of it any second. Creaking and popping and snapping and though the shower had an adjustable shower head only one setting worked. Next, the TV. I think it was only a 20" television in my room. For a hotel that had garnered so many 5 star reviews this was extremely disappointing. I have stayed in 5 star hotels with the lighted mirror in the bathroom, glass shower door, ultra quiet A/C and at least a 55" television, chairs for guest to sit in. This room wasn't even close. All those 5 star reviews are lies!

My daughters and I brought my grand daughters to Jacksonville for a family function. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any manner they could. Honestly this was the BEST STAY I have ever had!!! They all need a raise and a bonus!!!!!

the woman working at the desk was incredibly rude to my wife as she was trying to check in with our 10 month old baby at 830pm. I'm not sure of your policy exactly, but it needs to be looked into. the reservation was in my name, but i was held up at work so i sent my wife to take our baby to sleep. My wife has the same last name as me, and she also had my credit card for the payment. The lady at the desk decided she could be "a crazy ex" or someone "trying to steal my room." My baby was crying in my wife's arms as she called me and I had to "confirm" my address (which I didn't even give when I reserved the room so she didnt even have our address on file). It was extremely unprofessional and rude for an employee to treat my wife the way she did, when all she was trying to do was check into the room so she could put our baby to sleep.

Loved everything. Especially liked the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion bottles that were provided. The breakfast was amazing! The towels were soft and fluffy. Staff was so inviting. Really enjoyed staying here. Definitely will be back!

The property/my studio was very clean. The check in/out process was smooth with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The hot complimentary breakfast the next morning was a step above any I have ever experienced. When they said HOT breakfast they certainly meant it and went above and beyond. I will always look for this company any time I need a place to stay while traveling. Thanks you guys I am a very happy customer your place is worth every dollar spent to stay.
