I had a good stay. The hotel looks absolutely beautiful, and there is plenty of parking space available. The room felt great, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a room with a bathtub. My only downside was the surprise regarding the internet. The Wi-Fi was not complimentary for guests but was only available for benefit members or for purchase. I don’t remember seeing this at any hotels these days. Despite this, considering the price I paid, I think I got a very fair deal for the space, convenience, and quality of the stay.

Amazing property.. amazing room and amazing price.. I was totally pleased with the gym.. it’s been a long while since I’ve seen a hotel with a gym this nice.. the restaurant and bar inside the hotel was an awesome added bonus. 10/10 recommended

Nice hotel in a good area. Hotel and rooms are clean. We forgot toothpaste. Front desk had some complementary toothpaste for us to use that night. Would stay again.

The hotel was beautiful however, I had to ask for a room change 3 times because 2 of the rooms were not clean and had a smell and the 3rd room some of the lights were not working as well as some of the plugs and the coffee maker. The employees were quick about switching my room and they last time they made sure the room was correct before giving me the key. Once that was handled everything was ok but for the price I had to pay I shouldn’t have had any issues like this.

It wasn't a normal Marriott experience. When we arrived the water was turned off. After a day traveling I really wanted to go to the room and wash up. That didnt happen. As much as we tried, we couldn't cool down the room. The air was down to 60 and it felt like 75. On our 2nd night my husband moved the comforter and noticed two obvious blood stains under the bottom/foot corner, left side. Although there was a coffee machine, there were no complementary water bottles. Our coffee was not replaced the second day/night. There was no microwave in the room. In the closet there was no extra pillow or blanket. Of course we were too warm but someone else might be expecting to use them. No complementary breakfast, nothing. Not even a banana. Plus side: (except for the bed comforter) the spaces were clean and the desk staff were friendly. The location was conveniently located off the highway. Although I prefer Marriott hotels, unfortunately next trip I will have to book somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Nice room. However, the air conditioning didn’t put out sufficient air so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. The vent was on the bottom part of the wall and the couch was positioned in front of it.

I didn’t like the fact that you pay for them expensive rooms and it’s no microwave in the rooms . One microwave in the gift shop is crazy to me . Also the WiFi sucks there ! Other than that everything was okay .

Was not granted access to the internet unless you were a Bonvoy member. No microwave in the room. The cable kept glitching. Coffee was not available in the lobby all day for guests. Lastly, roomer service cleaned our room prior to checking out and guest services was notified however, didn’t appear to care. On a good note the room was clean.

For a 200 dollar stay, you would think certain amenities would be for free. Like Wifi for exemple. Paying 12 dollars for wifi, in this day and age, it’s kind of unbelievable. You’re definitely better at a motel.

This place has been fantastic for decades. Excellent service by front desk staff i.e. Dani, Yash, and Jamison. Jamison was under training but he seemed he knew it all and he accommodated my crazy schedule. Great job Jamison and team.

Very poor customer service, plus they over charge my credit card with fees they could not explain. So i I just lost that money because no one there at front desk could explain to me why I was getting charge an additional fee.. Just horrible, just stealing money from someone and can't explain why.

This hotel did not deliver the basics promised generally by a hotel stay: a good night’s sleep and a hot shower in the morning. In fact there was no hot water whatsoever, even after hotel staff said they were working on it. And at checkout the receptionist promised to look into refunding at least some of the cost. But the full amount ended up being charged, and nothing was done about this horrible experience. So I’m giving the lowest rating I’ve ever given any hotel.

My daughter and I along with her friend had a one night stay for a dance competition. It was close to the venue. We walked in and were welcomed. It was clean and beautiful. Check in was a breeze. When we went to the room, it was perfect and again clean. We stay at a lot of Marriotts and this location is definitely one of our favorites.

It was a great safe stay. Very clean and very helpful when you had questions. They said theynhad snacks at night innthe lounge but never saw it. Love theor breakfast rooms were clean and they even had sleep lillow spray which smelled amazing!

The property was great. The only issue i think that needs addressed was that there was only one server and one bartender for a full hotel. We arrived for a concert along side 100s of others and was difficult to get food and drinks.

Hard to believe, but it did not have a microwave. and the 2 cups for making coffee were very flimsy. They had tea bags. 1 reg. tea and the other sleeptime. What if 2 people wanted the same tea. The towels were not in the same room as the shower/tub. They charged me $12 for low quality beer, that I had to go the bar to get. No carts for luggage available.

Hotel was great... staff was awesome--from the lobby, to the cleaning service and to the server at the breakfast buffet. Overall, a great short stay. Room was adequate for 3 adults, and clean. I would definitely recommend.

I had to pay for breakfast the WiFi and to use the gym. Had to go to the Waffle House the white staff was very rude and not friendly towards me. It was chartered to white guest but not blacks! I will avoid this place!
