Beautiful hotel in a nice quiet area! Check in was quick and friendly! Room was beautiful and clean! This hotel has a hot tub which we really enjoyed! Quiet and relaxing! Breakfast was so good! Huge layout with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, raisin bread, oatmeal with all the toppings, cools juices and delicious hot coffee with all the creamers! Check out with nice and smooth!

Came for a few nights 1st night was great. Check in was fast, hot tub was nice to get into,staff was nice, breakfast was very good. 2nd night was really bad. The hot tub quit working and they did not fix it like they said they would. Was in the room in bed and the night stand by the bed there was a huge roach that crawled out of the drawer and crawled on top. We got a picture after it ran under the drawer to show the front desk. Went down to the front and the maintenance guy came up and sprayed the room, then we had to leave for 20min with the windows open to let the room air out from the chemical smell. We were never offered another room. Overall it was a very nice hotel. Its very quiet at night for the most part. Breakfast was very nice, many selections to choose from.

Very unkept, don’t clean your room on a 4 day stay, keys don’t work after a few hours, gym has no water or sanitation. Don’t think anyone who works here has any hospitality experience.

I really enjoyed this property. The lobby is beautiful and front desk staff were very pleasant. I did get to use some amenities during this stay. The gym is small and lacks some basic equipment like a bench. But the equipment they do offer is high quality. The pool looks beautiful and I saw staff cleaning the areas consistently. The area around the property is beautiful! They have nice sitting areas. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing over the top which was nice. It had everything you needed. For the price I believe it is a great stay. I will definitely be using then again.

This Fairfield location is newer and/or recently renovated. I’m not sure which, but it was modern and not dated. It was very clean and as an asthmatic, I did not experience any issues with air quality. This is a common problem I have encountered in many hotels.

It was the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely come back here when we visit Jacksonville again.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I hate about my stay was the bed was uncomfortable,the pillows was flat. The bed was sliding, One night , I fell because the mattress moved when I was trying to sit down. I was so uncomfortable until I wanted to check out and go home, but I paid to much for the room and I couldn't get my money back. (Bummer)

We were in rm 211, the guest in room 210 had a dog BARKING ALL NIGHT LONG. We didn’t get a wink of sleep, I did report it in the morning before checking out, the front desk lady said “ you could have called in the middle of the night and report it “. Pretty much you’re out of luck Chuck

The spa was wonderful, and they had few ev chargers, checking and out was easy. And you can make the room pretty dark at night. So thats all good. But there's a trick to making the room dark that isn't obvious so first night until i figured it out wasn't so nice. Also internet was crap, they say you can upgrade for $5 a night but i wasn't able to opt for it as the system would crash when i made the attempt

The breakfast was great, rooms super clean and beds were comfortable! The executive suite was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5! There was A big puddle of water right off the elevator with a wet floor sign feet away and I slipped and hurt my knee. The managers were very stoic and only concerned because it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Why not clean up the puddle instead of putting a wet floor sign feet away!!! They didn’t apologize either. When my family went back to fill out a report the puddle was still there and more water inside the elevator. Will be going to the dr in the next couple days. I’m pretty pissed because it really hindered me physically as I was there for 800$ tickets to the game which I attended but the quality wasn’t great because I was in pain and swollen.

Very noisy. When guests let their door close, the wall would shake and it is audible throughout the hallway. Normal conversations in the hallway are audible within other rooms, probably due to gaps at the bottom of the doors. Thermostats have been "upgraded" but don't regulate room temperature.

Clerk was very helpful to check me in after horrible experience I had with another hotel clerk who cancelled my reservation when i arrived at the hotel to check in .but when i called this hotel they were very helpful to find me a room.without not charging me any extra fee.parking was free.clerk listened to me vent because I was very frustrated and tired ,clerk reassured me and family was in safe hands and location. I was calmed I was able to check family in take a shower and head out for my meeting.breakfast was amazing.rooms was amazing.view was amazing. Just loved everything about this hotel and definitely worth every penny inspent

Arrived late due to traveling at 3am hoping to get in the room to sleep a few hours before checkout and hit the road. Front doors were locked with no front desk staff in sight. Used the call button over 20 times with no answer and called the hotel several times with no answer, not exactly safe for a women traveling alone to be left outside for over 20 minutes in the middle of the night. When I finally got someone on the phone he sounded like he was sleeping in the back & annoyed he had to help me. After finally getting checked in, I proceeded to the 3rd floor where my room key didn’t work. When I got down stairs to get a new one, I was met with attitude and told that “I must have down something wrong” but he hesitantly gave me new keys. An HOUR later I was finally in my room at 4am. To top it all off the property charged me an extra $10 with no explanation.

Had a reservation confirmed and paid for and when went to check in they said they had no reservation or rooms. It was pouring rain at 8:30 at night and had to find another hotel. Next day staff confirmed there was a reservation and made mistake

Stayed here during a quick trip to Jacksonville and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was spotlessly clean from the lobby to the rooms, everything looked well-kept and freshly maintained. My room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, but the pillows had a dirty smell. Anyways I genuinely appreciated how tidy and quiet everything was. The staff were a highlight warm, and genuinely helpful. Check-in wasn’t that good, but all the rest seemed happy to be there (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case in hospitality). Now… the breakfast. Let’s just say it existed. If you’re looking for something hot, fresh, or remotely inspiring, you may want to make friends with the nearest diner instead. The options were basic and lacked variety, and the quality didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s standards. That said, overall it was a good stay. Clean room, comfortable vibe, and a team that clearly cares. Just maybe swing by Starbucks on your way out in the morning and don’t check in late.

The room was very nice. We had to have someone come and fix the television as it was completely disconnected from all the cables and secured tightly to the wall that we couldn’t access the ports to plug them in. Breakfast by 9 had the cheese and other toppings for the eggs gone and no one filled them while we were in the breakfast area. Pool was very nice

Property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Overall hotel was ok. Disappointed in the breakfast. Waffle mix tasted sour and eggs were mushy and over cooked. Also, hallway wreaked of marijuana although hotel is non- smoking. But that seems to be the case at most hotels today.

This hotel was nice. Some of the fixtures were a little bit dated and worn in our room but the hotel is undergoing rennovations so that wont be a problem much longer. The room was extremly clean and the person at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was actually very good for a free hotel breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
