I have never seen a carpet as dirty as my room. You could wash your feet walk across the carpet and go straight back to wash your feet and it was dirt all over them. Trash on the floor from no tell when. It was nasty!!!!

The employee in the breakfast area was everything! I don’t know her name, but she was kind, caring and sweet! Made my stay worth while! The room had centipedes and it gave an eerie feeling I would never want to stay on the 1st floor. The hotel ran out of keys by the time we.checked in. Although there wasn’t a lot of options for breakfast, that lady did everything in her soul to ensure people were satisfied. I will visit again because of her. Not sure if I’ll stay.

Older! Hampton Inn/Hilton Property still in refurbishing to meet the demands of higher end Hotels. Does not accept cash payments. Hotel is not completely Handicapped safe. Tub baths instead of walk in zero clearance showers. Reach over tub bath showers with one single safety railing. No nonskid flooring in tub shower. Shampoo and other body essentials empty No Microwaves in rooms. Older ground level HVC Units. Very small main entrance and unattractive. Limited seating areas to relax and meet up with friends. . No small refreshment Bar for adult drinks. Very limited snacks, and only available at front desk. As well as beverages. No vending machines available. Small outdoor pool for size of Hotel and quests. Advertised Hot Tub only half full of water and massage jets flowed above the water line. No available laundry for quests. *** Major complaint is parking is limited and has a high charge to park daily for paying guests. Completely unexpected and price gauging.
