Well-kept, clean and warm hotel. Rooms are spacious and in good order. Large bathrooms. Lovely breakfast room which serves a generous breakfast each morning and light snacks in the afternoon. There is no guest lounge or bar which would enhance the hotel in my opinion. It’s in a beautiful location. Tree-lined avenue, in the stunning Kampa area. You can step to the river in seconds and be on the Charles Bridge n two minutes. An excellent place from which to explore this mighty city.

Great location near the Bridge and central attractions, but still nice and peaceful at night, lovely big room and friendly staff. Slept well. Good variety of breakfast food and nice bonus there was a complimentary lunch. Only slight niggles were reception area is very small, room a little warm and would have been nice if there'd been a hotel bar.

Central location but quiet. There's a good range buffet breakfast and some leftovers make up brunch that's available until 4pm. There are several restaurants on the doorstep. Reception was always manned. There's a vending machine with crisps, chocolate and cold drinks. Staff all friendly. Our room contained a TV, fridge and safe but only one chair. Lovely complimentary toiletries.

Top Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Karlsbrücke 80 Meter. Manko, leine oder wenig Parkmöglichkeiten was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war, erst nach der Bichung wurde darauf hingewiesen. Parkhaus Rudolfinum fussläufig 15 Minuten war dann auch kein Problem.

Parking is a NIGHTMARE. it cost about $40 and we had to walk a half mile. What a mess. I’m glad we were only in backpacks or it would have been worse. Hotel is lovely. Right on the water. Breakfast is amazing. Loved it so much. Just be aware that parking is neither easy or convenient. At all.

The only thing is when you call Uber they don't pick you up in front of the hotel. You have to walk at the bridge.

Hotel sehr sauber, sehr zentral. Personal professionell höflich und freundlich. Leider keine Bar, Frühstücken in Ordnung. Aus meiner Sicht könnte man mehr aus dem Hotel machen, früher gabs hier auch ein Restaurant dabei.

Location is excellent, walk out the rear of property to the river and Charles bridge. Great restautants within walking distance. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. We had a ground floor room, was very nice. Only issue was, there were ants in the room arould doorways and would see rhem on the coffee table. Otherwise great.

첫날 그전 숙박객이 사용한 시트와 배게커버를 갈아주지 않아서 오염이 되어 있었어요 이야기 하니 그때서야 쏘리 하면서 갈아주셨고 ~ 카를교가 보이는 전망도 3층 정도 되어야 보이구요 2층에서는 큰 나무에 가려서 잘 안보였어요~ 3명 묶는 룸이라 목, 금 2박에 거의 98만원임을 가만하면 가성비 떨어집니다 일정이 다소 꼬이면서 추후 수요일 1박을 더 예약했을때 가격은 약 38만원 정도였어요~ 조식도 너무 안좋았어요 저희가족은 첫날만 조식 먹고 먹지 못했어요 유럽 조식을 많이 경험해 본 저로서는 유럽 조식이 간소하지만 먹을것은 있었는데 여긴 못먹었어요~ 침대 해드 나무가 곡 배드버그 나올것처럼 낡아있었어요 여러가지 평이 너무 좋아서 예약했던 숙소인데 가족 숙박으로는 좀 그랬어요

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral, keine 50m von der Karlsbrücke und ist trotzdem recht ruhig. Es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude und hat daher eher kleine Fenster (zur Straßenseite). von Innen aber sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten selten so ein sauberes Bad in einem Hotel. Für einen Urlaub in Prag sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral, keine 50m von der Karlsbrücke und ist trotzdem recht ruhig. I found bed bugs in the bed, and in the morning I woke up to fresh blood stains all over the sheets, along with two crushed bed bugs. It was an absolute horror! There were also old greyish stains on the bedding (likely dried blood that changes color after washing at high temperatures). I’m certain this bed bug problem existed before my stay, and it’s very likely that more than just this room is affected.

Great location - very easy to get around the city. The room was spotlessly clean and had well considered amenities. We had a garden room which was very quiet, despite the super central location. We travelled as a group of 6 so had 3 rooms and all the rooms were excellent. The buffet breakfast was good with a range of options, and all the staff helpful and friendly. This is a very good choice for anyone wanting to explore Prague.

Very good Hotel, you can’t get closer to Charles bridge! Only negative thing was that the sofabed we had was very hard. But the normal beds were comfy! And we did not say anything about it to the personal, maybe they could of helped Us if we did:)

This is a very small hotel, so don't expect what you might get in larger ones. They do have free breakfast (and lunch!), and that is about it for amenities. The location is the best part of this property. It's right at The Charles Bridge, which is walkable to most all of the sites we wanted to see. Great nightlife, just walking the bridge and into other sections. The ceilings were low (bump your head on beams low, on the top floor). The AC was non-existent. They list it as having a AC, but if they don't have it turned on for the whole hotel, it won't turn on (and they won't turn it on). It was 80 degrees there and we had no AC. They gave us a fan for the whole room. Horrible. And we couldn't contact the manager about this because it was the weekend and he/she isn't there on weekends. It's a cute enough place, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

air conditioning was not working when we walked into our room. Called desk and were told sorry it’s broken and can’t be fixed until Monday. They gave us two fans and said that’s all they could do. We were on the top floor and opened the roof top windows for some air but shortly after noticed a bunch of spiders crawling through the open windows from webs right outside. Some were large in size. We were forced to close the windows and deal with the heat. Woke up during the night drenched in sweat. Was not a restful stay. Front desk told me to contact management which I did and I was told they handled it to the best of their ability. No refund, no discount or compensation of any kind was offered.

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth. Room on the ground floor was large, clean and quiet. Seemed to have been painted recently. Staff were excellent and breakfast fine. The location is right by the Charles bridge near the Lennon Wall in the Kampa area.

Fantastic location- right by the Charles Bridge. Very quiet in the evening. Lovely spacious room,comfy bed and fabulous bathroom. Good choices for breakfast although the fruit juices were absolutely awful- either very sweet or very watery. WiFi poor.

Hotel was very close to Charles Bridge. The room was quite large with plenty of hanging and storage space. Breakfast buffet was included and hotel also offers complimentary soup and sandwiches during lunch hours, which we thought was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was awesome. Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable when giving advice and made some mistakes in our case. Keep windows closed at night as the street sweeper does its rounds nightly.

Good hotel - location is excellent for touring Prague- literally next to the charles bridge. Staff need to be trained to be alot more courteous and engaged. They didnt seem to be very enthusiastic to help out. Breakfast was fine.

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth. Room on the ground floor was large, clean and quiet. Seemed to have been painted recently. Staff were excellent and breakfast fine. The location is right by the Charles bridge near the Lennon Wall in the Kampa area.

Amazing location just steps from the Charles Bridge. Within walking distance to all the best Prague sights. Our room (on the fourth floor) had an amazing view of the river and the Charles Bridge. The area was in a relatively quiet location but cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice touch of a fridge in our room, so we could chill a bottle of wine bought locally. Breakfast was as expected for the price of the hotel. Nothing really fancy but enough to give us a great start to the day. An added bonus was the offer of a free “brunch” between 12 and 4pm which we had one of the days we were there. This was a bowl of soup, bread and butter, a sandwich and an apple. Perfectly lovely and there is such a thing as a free lunch! The only minor issue was that we booked an airport transfer which was confirmed by email some months before, but we were forgotten. In the end it wasn’t a big deal. We got an airport Uber which ended up being cheaper than the transfer had been quoted. The view and the large room we discovered on arrival made up for it. Would most definitely stay here again but wouldn’t worry about asking for a transfer in the future!

Ideally located next to Charles Bridge in Lesser Town. It’s about an 8 minute (flat) walk from Malostranska train station on the A line from the airport. Its almost perfect for easy access to the main tourist sights of Prague but because its in lesser town near all the embassies its nice and quite at night with no rowdy drunken behaviour. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good choice for the buffet breakfast. The only comments I would make was it would have been nice to have some USB ports in the room (Remember to take a travel plug). We were in room 40 which was on the ground floor at the back and had a great view across the river to old town but because it had such a great view you often had the tourists standing outside your window. Didn’t bother us too much as we were out exploring but I can imagine it being a lot worse in the summer and if you sleep naked remember to put something on when opening the curtains. This was our first trip to Prague and we can’t wait to return and we will almost certainly stay at the Archibald At The Charles Bridge again which is the best recommendation for a hotel I can give.

Parking is a NIGHTMARE. it cost about $40 and we had to walk a half mile. What a mess. I’m glad we were only in backpacks or it would have been worse. Hotel is lovely. Right on the water. Breakfast is amazing. Loved it so much. Just be aware that parking is neither easy or convenient. At all.

Excellent location literally steps off the Charles Bridge in a lovely courtyard. Close to Kampa garden and cafes and restaurants. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful, comfortable room with a bridge/ river view for a reasonable rate. Breakfast buffet is good and has lots of options. Brunch is also included (but we didn’t have a chance to try). 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel is steps from the Charles Bridge yet it is a quiet area. There are many restaurants across from the hotel and nearby. We booked the car service from the hotel to the train station (on time, less than 15 minutes). The Malostranska metro is about a 10 minute walk, but we had an early morning train.

Excellent location. Superb clean room. Delicious breakfast. We had a marvelous time at the Archibald at the Charles Bridge! The location is unbeatable. Right next to Charles Bridge and walking distance to the old town and Prague Castle. The hotel and our room is impeccable. Super clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. A great variety of fruits, veggies, yogurt, breads, pastries, teas and coffee. They even had a nice soup and sandwiches for brunch, which lasted well after 3:00 pm. And the concierge was always very friendly and helpful. She even helped us heat up some leftover pizza we had one night. We highly recommend this hotel in Prague!

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location by the Charles Bridge for easy walking access to all the major sights. But we also walked near and far to explore other areas like Letna Park and the old acropolis with the St. Peter and Paul Cathedral. We walked up to the castle in the evening to see St. Vitus Cathedral lit up. Being so close to the bridge was a bonus.

Die perkekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip, die Lage ist super, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Die Umgebung ist malerisch schön, so wie Prag eben ist. Frühstück ist gut, für Hungrige gibt es mittags sogar einen kostenlosen Brunch (Suppe und Sandwitches).
Die perkekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip, die Lage ist super, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Die Umgebung ist malerisch schön, so wie Prag eben ist. Frühstück ist gut, für Hungrige gibt es mittags sogar einen kostenlosen Brunch (Suppe und Sandwitches).

We stayed here for 4 nights during the Easter weekend of 2025. Excellent location, tucked directly under the bridge, and therefore quiet, in spite of the thousands of tourists in Prague for Easter. Breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel in Europe. Very generous offerings of fruit, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, some sliced veggies. All the basics were covered at breakfast. The coffee sucks but not a big deal. Our room was very large and spacious, it felt like a luxurious suite. The only criticism I had was the hotel's attitude toward toilet paper: the hotel is very STINGY with toilet paper. They only provide 1 roll at a time. It's so weird. We had to beg for toilet paper like peasants each time our roll ended. So bizarre. They must change this and be generous with toilet paper. The best receptionist is the guy who works at night with glasses and long brown hair. He is very kind and helpful.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Our room had an amazing view of the River. The room had so many simple but excellent touches- like the electric kettle and assortment of teas. Breakfast was yummy. Staff were so helpful! One of the boat hotel stays we have ever had.
