The hotel was fine, though not exactly five-star luxury. The room itself was clean. The pool was closed. No free breakfast. I was also very disappointed at having to pay ~7 USD for a toothbrush and shampoo, which should be provided for free; this was particularly grating. The overnight stay was inexpensive, so that was good, but overall a middling experience.

Located in heart of not a great area, was using it as a stopover rest on way to Bangkok, staff was absolutely terrific, very helpful and quick, lobby of marble and elegance, Room was nice, heated bidet toilet, always nice, but it ends there. The room smelled of sewage most of the night, so bad that at one point I was trying to open windows to just to breath. I solved the issue by running water in the sink, shower and tub. That finally stopped it. The water had dried up in the p traps due to lack of use and the smell of sewage was venting into the room because no water to “trap” the smell. Headed out the next day hoping not to come down with Leptospirosis or Hepatitis. One more thing, pillow comforter was nice, mattress was a hard as a board.

Stayed here for a night between flights. Room was clean and spacious but very old/outdated. I had to look at my reservation again and realised that some of the rooms in this hotel were renovated, not all. Front desk staff very helpful, called us a cab in the morning for transport to the airport. Area has many dining options. I would stay here again but ensure i would book a renovated room.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and the room and facilities were quite clean and pleasant. We checked in again two weeks later for one night and were given a room (#607) where the bathroom had mold around the bath caulking and also on some tiles. We also found two hair rollers on the floor under the armchair. This was really disappointing for a hotel of this standard!

Stayed on the 8th floor. Hotel did not have shuttle service to and from the airport (maybe for flight attendant and pilots only). Bathroom did not have basic amenities such as shampoo or soap. Room smelt moldy and damp. TV did not work and was not “internationally” friendly for those who did not read the language. Needs an upgrade.

Front desk and service staff are very nice and friendly. Especially the service staff are exceptional. The location is great. However, the luggage holder and iron and ironing board were not in our room when we checked in. I had to call front desk to have it delivered. But the executive room i booked should have these ready in the room. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. Booked another stay in a week and see if the experience improved from housekeeping.

Staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly! Good buffet breakfast and great in-house Canton restaurant. Limited international dining around the property, mostly local food only. No laundry facilities in the hotel. This hotel is great for business travellers, weddings and events!

房間內的床算是好睡的，只是浴缸沒有浴簾，會噴的一地，晚間入住時，停車無人員，登記時也沒主動詢問是否停車，在聽車廠開車外出時，有台廂型公務車正巧要停車，車子橫切直接檔住車道，人員下車挪了三角錐，才停入車位（當下車位很空，橫切車道的前方車位都很空，可以先暫停以不檔到車道為主，開車的人不需等待公務車停車，就可直接開走），直到出停車場被迫停車在柵欄口無法出去，按了服務鈴（機器很髒），人員姍姍來遲說你們沒跟櫃檯說有停車？！（這應該櫃檯人員主動詢問），在櫃檯登記時，櫃檯員揉眼睛揉了一下，才又繼續服務，沒有該有的妝容及服務態度，隔天早班就有該有的妝容及態度，並主動詢問有無開車，吃早餐時，所有服務人員都沒有名牌，補咖啡杯的人沒注意身旁的客人是否等待，一直補，麵包旁的醬怎麼沒放奶油，後才發現是服務員拿進去補貨（不是應該裡面有另一個補好的奶油直接換走空的，發現麵包旁沒有奶油刀，詢問服務員其說，我們都用西餐刀？！這是五星飯店的服務？！早餐餐廳有一個味道～

日本人女性です。桃園空港からタクシーで10-20分ほど。値段は400-500元ほど掛かります。ホテルはとても綺麗で、静かでした。隣の人の声など廊下の声も気になりません。ホテル目の前にコンビニ(Hi life)あり。少し歩くとセブンとファミマもあります。火鍋や食べ物屋さんもあり。日本語話せるスタッフはいませんが、英語は話せるので大丈夫かと。駅から遠いし、空港からも少しありますが、ホテルは凄い良かった！！！タクシーもお願いしたらすぐ呼んでくれるので急いでる方でも安心。安心して過ごせました。ありがとうございました！！日本のように寝巻きなどは無いので持参必要です！

These ‘old school’ hotels with big rooms are a rarity nowadays. Good price with good breakfast included and very clean. Staff were friendly and I had room cleaned everyday, bit dated but very clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from as well. The only downside is convenience of public transportation, understandable also as the area is undergoing a big infrastructure development with adding the mrt, so give it a few more years and it will be just as convenient to get around as Taipei.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby which is very convenient. The park across the street is a bonus, makes the area serene and walkable. Most of the staffs were friendly and helpful but couple of them were impatient and distant.

The hotel is great however there is nothing around the hotel. Hotel location is closer to airport compared to going to downtown Taipei. Noticed there are quite a few airlines employees stayed at this hotel which believe maybe due to its close proximity with the airport. It will take about 10mins driving to closest mall (Tai mall) and will take about 30 mins to do downtown Taipei.

Overall it is a good place to stay and it is just 20 minutes away from the Taoyuan airport. I wish they offer a shuttle bus service for the customers who have extremely early arrival such as 4 or 5 AM. The breakfast is included to the deal from Expedia, the breakfast options are limited but good enough. They have lots of organic vegetables and machine to make fresh juice which is a big plus for me. The staff for making omelets since not knowing both Chinese and English. I requested him not to put cheese to my omelets twice in both languages but he still put. The regular eggs are ok. The room is decent clean to stay and quiet during nights. The mattresses and pillows are standard. I will stay here again if I visit Taoyuan again.

Hands-down, my top five places I’ve been so far just because the staff is well equipped, to help out and g your bit site if something. Also the hotel was peaceful, but the restaurant was excellent and had excellent food and the duck was one that I came back for more then 3x jaja
