There are two great restaurants in the building open 24 hours. Also there are numerous other restaurants with a 1-2 minute walk. The Cafe Cubana in the hotel has great live music every night with mostly 70s to 80s genres. The hotel has good security and there is a 24 hour convenience store a minute away. I was told later that this area is a red light district but the hotel and nearby good food locations are all safe.

Very nice room, clean, great bed (little short but I am very tall). Staff very professional, kind and helpful, super plus for the “private” entrance to “Filling Station” I’ll definitely stay there again…

Bellagio has an excellent location but is lacking basic amenities. Front desk is located on the 3rd floor which is inconvenient Rooms are small and affected by noise from street. Although co located with a popular restaurant, service is slow and quality of food is questionable

Staff are super kind they take their time to help you out rooms are clean they offer room service from near by restaurant's too It’s on the red light district you just open the door from the hotel and there’s bars and clubs right in front of you already

Hotel is OK, except for the management decision do maintenance on the only elevator on property on a Thursday between the hours of 9am to 4pm. Why in the world would you schedule maintenance on the only elevator you have during the busiest time of your guests' activities. Checkout is 12 noon and check in at 2pm. How about lugging your luggage up or down 14 floors. Total disregard for your guest just not to pay overtime to the maintenance company and do maintenance between 1am and 7pm where you would have the least guest activity. Management tried to justify it by saying it's the maintenance company's schedule. You pay the contractor, you decide when the work should be performed according to the least disruptions/inconveniences of your guests.

They have very good live music every night. Cafe Cubana and the Filling Station are two very good places to eat on the property. Many other dining options nearby. I discovered this hotel by accident when the old Mandarin Hotel was closed. It was nearby.

Have stayed here multiple times over years. Great value, Clean rooms, comfortable bed with Filling Station Restaraunt accessable from hotel elevator and great bar on first gloor with live entertainment. Can not beat it gor the price. Only down side is located in entertainment district.

Great place to see P. Burgos and close proximity of The Filling Station. Hotel was beautiful, clean, and required minimal interaction with staff after checking in. Overall, I loved it and would DEFINITELY stay again!

Big nice clean room with large windows. Courteous and helpful staff. Toilet flush chain came loose and I had to repair it myself. Minifridge stocked with drinks (you pay for out of the 2000 peso deposit they take at check-in). Considered extending my stay if I wasn't travelling farther. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Very bad room service and room cleaning was like the room has never ever been cleaned. Not worth the price for just sleep before going to airport for a few hours.

I booked the deluxe room. It was very large nice bed with refrigerator microwave safe and a small kitchen. The only problem that I had during my stay was the water pressure for the shower. It seemed to go up and down throughout the days. Until the last day it was almost unusable the staff was very helpful, but all they could check to see was that the main water supply was fully opened or not. It could be an issue with the city water pressure. I don't know. this hotel is located in the middle of the party district, which was helpful for me is being my first day all I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. A lot of fun memories weremade along with meeting some great people

The shower head dropped to waist height, the air conditioner was very noisy, the WiFi was non existent. However, the location is very good.

TV did not work nor was there an answer for it. Internet in room not sufficient to work

Great location, with great and helpful staff. Right where you want to be, rooms are quiet, considering where the hotel is located, but I was on the 12 floor. Great dining options and easy transportation options. Hotel rooms are a little dated, but, clean, tidy and well maintained. I will happily stay there again.

Everything else was great — the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. However, I’m not sure why, but the hot water pressure in the shower was extremely weak and basically unusable in my room, which was on the top floor. I reported it twice to the reception, and although they said it would be fixed, unfortunately it wasn’t resolved during my stay. Other than that issue, everything else was very good and overall I had a pleasant experience.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and nice. But there were really loud drums playing even till 1AM+ at night from the bars nearby and I could hear it clearly at 12th storey.

Stay here frequently. Rooms on the lower floors are Loud. Alternate, high rooms quiet. Their website seems to have been hacked. I booked via a third party & they did get me into the room I requested.

They responded quickly and professionally, ensuring that the situation didn't escalate further. That experience solidified my trust in this hotel, knowing that the staff takes guest safety seriously. I highly recommend this place, especially for single travelers and groups of men looking to explore Makati. The vibe is welcoming, and the staff work diligently to create a positive atmosphere. My partner and I frequent Cafe Cubana for drinks and live band on our visits sinxe 2022. We didn't realize there was a hotel in the building. The hotel is quite nice for the price. As we only need a room to sleep, RBH is good enough. We will definitely stay on our next trip.

Always a good experience when I stay here the staff is very friendly and accommodating to whatever I need lots of options on places to eat and drink within the area the only issue I had was I woke up a couple of mornings to the sound of the room right next to me being repaired but overall great experience
