Lovely room overlooking the beach. Spacious room. Hard bed. Lovely balcony. Great restaurant onsite. However very loud band playing down the street until 2am. Even with ear plugs hard to sleep. Definately a party town. Perfect location for walking to everything.

We liked the location, the fact that it was right opposite the beach but mostly it was the rainforest vibe. The thing we didn't like was the lack of shade over the pool.

Lovely place, clean, comfortable bed, desk with vanity mirror and chair. Settee and TV. Set in tropical gardens with a pool and sun loungers. Good position across the road from the beach. Next door to Bangla road. Downside couldn’t disturb outside as it was humid and damp due to over hanging trees, but like a jungle. Aircon too loud so had to switch it off to sleep, Not soundproof so Bangla road kept you awake if you weren’t out partying. The restaurant was excellent and the seafood very good

Great value in a great location. Old but well maintained. Like being in the rain forest but less than a block from walking street and all the night life. Everything you could want is within walking distance.

Vorsicht bis 4 uhr morgens hört man die musik, krach u stündliches feuerwerk von der bangla road so extrem laut dass die fensterscheiben vibrieren. Aber ab der 3. nacht ist man an den extremen lärm gewöhnt u man kann trotzdem einigermaßen einschlafen. Auch würde ich die finger von den standard bungalows lassen manche schimmeln so stark dass der schimmelgeruch im ganzen zimmer unerträglich ist. Deluxe zimmer sind aber bestens zu empfehlen! Hotel ist sehr strandnah nur 2 min vom pool zum meer, kleine sehr schöne poolanlage im tropischen stil u. immer eine liege frei.Im großen und ganzen mit den deluxe zimmern hat uns tropica bungalow resort sehr gut gefallen.

The hotel Is very nice, there are bungalows immersed in the garden.My room was very spacious, always very clean, unfortunately it was above the restaurant of the structure and I could hear the noise all night. The breakfast was various. Just cross the road and you are on the beach, 2 steps from Bangala Rd.

I’ve stayed here twice. I’ve been taken care of and my room is always clean. Staff is kind and helpful. Dinning and bar is amazing. Special touch is beach equipment in room. I’ll be back!

Endroit près de tout. Suite Lund de miel avec vue partielle de la plage et vue sur la mer.Tres belle arrangement d’arbres tropical près de la piscine. Décor tropical dans la chambre très réussi. Déjeuner buffet très varié.Restaurant avec vue sur la plage.Lors de notre séjour le restaurant était rempli à tout les soirs. Tres belle vue des bateaux de croisière de notre balcon et lit.Plage animé 24 heures par jour. Pour le party près de chez vous c’est l’endroit.

Great place to stay if you are looking to party . Centrally located by Bangladesh street party town. Loud music till dawn. I enjoyed walking to all restaurants and shops. Rooms can a bit cleaner. Overall it was good.

Hotel is located in the middle of everything. Right on the beach street and next door to Bangla road. Hotel has a tropical feel to it and is not new but clean. It’s comfortable. The only complaint I have is the noice in the nighttime with music pumping hard all night long.

Location top, immersa nel verde, giusta per isolarsi un po' dal caos di Patong. Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard (stile anni 70 e con un odore di muffa terrificante). Al secondo giorno abhiamo chiesto un cambio stanza perchè impossibile starci dentro. Personale molto disponibile ci ha dato una camera superior (di qualità migliore) bagno più grande e non c'era più odore da muffa. Abbiamo notato che nella standard room l'odore veniva dalla canalizzazione del sistema di raffreddamento. Nella seconda camera invece c'era il clima con lo split singolo per quello non si sentiva l'odore. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto un check out tardivo ma la camera non era disponibile. Abbiamo dovuto pagare una camera extra per 6 ore, pur non passando la notte lì.. ci hanno dato una camera deluxe (e qui l'odore da muffa di nuovo presente). Colazione a buffet scarsa. Hanno un listino dove poter chiedere alcuni piatti caldi. Piscina ben tenuta e manutenzione del verde eccellente. Lenzuola del letto bucate da sigarette e con delle pezze per coprire dei buchi più grandi. Posizione ottima attaccata a Bangla road. Ristorante a pagamento offre moltissimi piatti.

위치는 최고입니다 위생은 최악입니다 저는 2층에 머물렀는데... 1층에서 매트리스 교체하는것을 보았는데 그 매트리스는 폐기 직전의 매트리스였으며...침대가 쿠션이 매우 안좋았습니다 또한 수건에 피가 묻어있고...불순물이 묻어있습니다 가족과 함께 가는것은 비추입니다

Bra beliggenhet og fint hotell, det som trekker ned er noe «kjellerlukt» lukt av fukt på rommet og støy fra sidegatene (disko og musikk) til ca 05:00 hver natt. Ta med støydempende øreplugger.

The hotel is right around the corner from Bangla road. It gets extremely busy every day from 9pm to 4am when all the bands stop playing. You can hear them all if you stay on the left side of the hotel. On the right side, not so much. The pool is good. Breakfast is okay. Maids were extremely loud at 8am while cleaning the room after us where the guy had an escort two nights in a row, very loud too. I know i shouldn’t be surprised but unfortunately was right next to us. Our hotel had leaks form the ceiling due to the rain.

The hotel is decent, but the pictures make it look a lot better. I stayed in the standard room which was right next to heavy construction which they were doing thru the night. Not the hotels fault but should let the customers now before hand. If you get a standard room make sure you check in early or you will get the smallest room with no balcony and a wet bath. It is extremely close to the bars so if you have a hard time sleeping through loud music then this would definitely not be the place for you.

Location is both fantastic and a bit terrible. The proximity to the beach and to food and shops is excellent, however the fact that it backs up against Bangla road (walking street) is a huge noise issue. Earplugs should be provided in all rooms as a standard to help with the level of noise from that street. The mattresses also need an update, as they are VERY firm. The pool is small but lovely, the grounds during the day are very nice and breakfast is very reasonable. We have stayed here several times over the years, and the prices have continued to go up, but improvements such as better mattresses or more soundproofing have not been made, which is more of an issue at the increased price than it was when it was a more bargain priced place to stay.

Great location and staff is really helpful, if you want to be close to the entertainment and the beach this place is for you. Just as an FYI due to the closeness to the main entertainment street, you can hear the music from your room but is nothing crazy, however, if you are too sensitive to noises this place might not be a good fit.

If you plan to party all night on Bangla this is the perfect place to stay. I cannot describe how happy I was with my past self booking something so close after a night out. In the two nights I stayed I had to run back to my room a couple times to get a charger and freshen up before heading out again and it was so convenient. Staff were friendly, room really nice and clean, property is well maintained and there is a little cat that hangs around. Note that you can't have your friends over though, it costs 500 baht per person if you do. You can hear the music from your room so not for light sleepers, it's live band music not full blown doof doof stuff so its not too bad. All part of the experience. Will definitely book here again if I come back for another party weekend.

Property and staff were very good. But the stay was ruined by the end at check out when were threatened with the loss of our room deposit for a half a bottle of white wine in our room's refrigerator. We never saw this bottle or looked in the refrigerator. The manager could not confirm that it was us that open the bottle or whether they didn't replenish it after the last inhabitants. Ultimately, they gave us our deposit back. My guess is they will developed a program where after each guest leaves and at the time a new guest arrives they ensure their staff has not got into the alcohol.

Hotel is located in the middle of everything. Right on the beach street and next door to Bangla road. Hotel has a tropical feel to it and is not new but clean. It’s comfortable. The only complaint I have is the noice in the nighttime with music pumping hard all night long.

A quiet location(except at night from music on Bagla walking street) only a block from Bagla street. Ask for room away from Bagla side and you will not hear the music in your room. Clean comfortable hotel that is very quiet except from 6 pm until 2 am But not an issue inside the rooms if you are on the side away from Bagla. Have stayed there 3 times and always good.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the central part of Patong Beach. Very convenient to walk around for shops and restaurants. We had a great view of the beach from our room which was lovely. Noise at night something to get used to but we survived. Location great and breakfast was great to start the day.

Location is both fantastic and a bit terrible. The proximity to the beach and to food and shops is excellent, however the fact that it backs up against Bangla road (walking street) is a huge noise issue. Earplugs should be provided in all rooms as a standard to help with the level of noise from that street. The mattresses also need an update, as they are VERY firm. The pool is small but lovely, the grounds during the day are very nice and breakfast is very reasonable. We have stayed here several times over the years, and the prices have continued to go up, but improvements such as better mattresses or more soundproofing have not been made, which is more of an issue at the increased price than it was when it was a more bargain priced place to stay.

The hotel Is very nice, there are bungalows immersed in the garden.My room was very spacious, always very clean, unfortunately it was above the restaurant of the structure and I could hear the noise all night. The breakfast was various. Just cross the road and you are on the beach, 2 steps from Bangala Rd.

Location top, immersa nel verde, giusta per isolarsi un po' dal caos di Patong. Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard (stile anni 70 e con un odore di muffa terrificante). Al secondo giorno abhiamo chiesto un cambio stanza perchè impossibile starci dentro. Personale molto disponibile ci ha dato una camera superior (di qualità migliore) bagno più grande e non c'era più odore da muffa. Abbiamo notato che nella standard room l'odore veniva dalla canalizzazione del sistema di raffreddamento. Nella seconda camera invece c'era il clima con lo split singolo per quello non si sentiva l'odore. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto un check out tardivo ma la camera non era disponibile. Abbiamo dovuto pagare una camera extra per 6 ore, pur non passando la notte lì.. ci hanno dato una camera deluxe (e qui l'odore da muffa di nuovo presente). Colazione a buffet scarsa. Hanno un listino dove poter chiedere alcuni piatti caldi. Piscina ben tenuta e manutenzione del verde eccellente. Lenzuola del letto bucate da sigarette e con delle pezze per coprire dei buchi più grandi. Posizione ottima attaccata a Bangla road. Ristorante a pagamento offre moltissimi piatti.

The hotel is right around the corner from Bangla road. It gets extremely busy every day from 9pm to 4am when all the bands stop playing. You can hear them all if you stay on the left side of the hotel. On the right side, not so much. The pool is good. Breakfast is okay. Maids were extremely loud at 8am while cleaning the room after us where the guy had an escort two nights in a row, very loud too. I know i shouldn’t be surprised but unfortunately was right next to us. Our hotel had leaks form the ceiling due to the rain.

You have to pay to have a friend come visit you. Never heard of this anywhere in the world. 500baht everytime a guest comes over. Hot water never worked the whole time I was here. The waiters tell you breakfast is not available, than reception sais it is. Don’t really understand how they don’t know if breakfast is available or not when it’s supposed to be included, it’s was paid for. My friends hotels were all way better and we all paid about the same amount. O, and I didn’t have to pay to visit their hotels. Stay away from this place, there are much better options. The cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful.
