I liked that room itself. I did not like that the gentleman at the front desk said we could go out the side and back doors but couldn’t get in them, just to find out all of them were propped open making it easy for anyone guest or not to enter the premises.

I understand you get what you pay for, but cleanliness & safety should be expected! I booked 2 rooms, upon arrival there were 2 other people waiting to speak/check-in… only the front desk person had been in the bathroom for some time. The woman standing in line presented a plate of breakfast food she found in her microwave, it wasn’t hers! This was the 2nd room they moved to, this set the tone. We were told ALL exit doors within the building do not work and that the only door to use is the main entrance. Parking is in the back of a long narrow building, so you would need to walk around the whole building to get in, which is extremely inconvenient, potentially unsafe, not to mention it was pouring rain! But good for us, BRICKS were used to prop open all exit doors, doors that are supposed to be locked for our securityl! Not okay! Then we take the smelly dirty elevator up to 2nd floor. I walk into my room and this is what I find; windows that don’t shut nor lock obviously, dust so thick within the credenza, next to the dirty fridge, there was a small child’s footprint in the grime! There was hair EVERYWHERE, the “lounge” chair was covered in stains! The cherry on top… the security latch was broken! As we left only 10minutes later, the counter chick was again in the bathroom. The next morning we checkout, the new attendant is again in the bathroom with music blaring. No breakfast food at 830am and the pool was closed, although I wouldn’t of usedy it! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Pool was out of order and appeared to had been for some time. Parking was in the rear but the 2 rear entrances were “out of order” but nothing appeared to be wrong with the doors. There appeared to be urine in the toilet when we got into the room. Front staff was not overly friendly.

The rooms were not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom. Black fuzzy on the bedding. Staff always on personal phone calls. I checked into my room and had just settled in and someone knocked on my door. Another guest was assigned my room and they key they had worked on my door. Very scary. Breakfast was delicious with many different options. Not horrible for what I paid. Works for a night for a concert at Allstate if you are going to drive or uber as it is not walking distance.

Not a clean hotel! When we first got to our room, it looked like the beds had been made, but the sheets had not been changed. There were crumbs in the bed. The bathtub had not been cleaned. The floors had not been vacuumed. There was a vape pen on the floor. The hallways and elevator looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while. The dumpster outback was overflowing with trash bags on the ground all around it the pool look like it was in desperate need of repair. We did not stay here. Asked for a refund they would not refund us for that day but they did for the next two days so basically I paid for a day stay there and I did not stay there. Manager was rude.

The hotel had an unpleasant odor. The carpets were filthy. There were bags of garbage in the hallway. The pullout bed had unidentified pills laying in it. No sheets for it either. Staff was kind, but completely disengaged. Just an all around gross experience.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel entrance was a bit intimidating and not very welcoming from the outside. Upon arrival, there was a lot of noise and commotion on my floor, and unfortunately, the walls were very thin—you could hear everything going on around you, especially late into the night. The shower was also disappointing, as there was quite a bit of black hair left in the tub and surrounding areas, which made it feel unclean. The pillows were extremely thin, though the bed itself was surprisingly comfortable. If it weren’t for the noise and cleanliness issues, this could’ve been a decent stay overall.

Not clean hotel. Service is terrible for the price . Roaches in the rooms . Very durty machines on the breakfast area . No food is available when it s empty. People get to wait over 45 minutes or leave if they are in hurry. Receptionist is unprofessional. She never stand up to talk to the costumer either she is looking at the computer or not there at all. She never hepl always turning people down if they ask for any help. We get pictures and videos, we wi fill up a report with health department. I can send pictures and videos if it s need .

Room was ok, found unknown red pill on the floor. TV difficult to work, it requires 2 remotes. Toilet must be flushed more than once for waste to go down completely. Front desk staff seemed incompetent, confusion charging correct credit card. Refused to give me a receipt said receipt would come from Expedia not them.

The room was fine but the walls were so thin I could hear the television from the person next door. Then, the person above me was so noisy and kept dropping things and running around that it was hard for me to sleep. This was one of the worst hotels from that perspective. The room was fine but I will never stay there because the quality of the building is so incredibly poor.

I had to be moved from a king bed to two queen because the remote won’t work and no one knew how to fix it. In the new room you could hear the people above my room all night walking around. The maid came in and folded the bathroom floor mat but that was it, didn’t make the bed, didn’t restock anything. The only good thing about this place was the young man working the front desk in the evenings.

Water pressure in the shower was nothing more then a light rain and average at by. I asked for a lower level room, due to a handicap and they put me on 3rd floor. The elevator is in the middle of the building and nothing about it worked well

We have stayed at this property previously and have no issues. But this time we had one. I booked this online and had stated we would pay at the property when we arrived. I had my bank credit card on file with Hotels.com but was using a different card for the room once arrived, as we have done prior. I informed the desk when we arrived of this, and they scanned my Discover card for the charges. But to my dismay, after we checked out and returned home, they went ahead and charged my bank card and not my Discover card as I had asked. As we normally stay here when we come to town, this is unacceptable and we will not be using this hotel in the future. Be wary when booking here.

Beds were fine. The pool was closed, back door to parking lot didn't work, hallways smelled musty and the room wasn't much better. Could easily hear people in rooms above and next door, and the windows were single pane glass that let in all the traffic noise. I would not stay here again.

The person at the front desk was very accommodating to us. We asked if she could hold our luggage since we had traveled all night but the room wasn’t ready. She did. we got here in the morning and check in is at 2 pm. She saw us in the lobby and told us that a is being cleaned right then and we could check in early!

The staff was amazing the ladies in the dining area were wonderful!!! The room was nice and spacious. It was a convenient area shopping restaurants, and the Allstate Arena was about 10 minutes away, so it was perfect for me and my husband I would definitely return on my next visit 10 out of 10.

I loved how they let ys get our stuff together and didnt pass judgment especially MJ he and the housekeeping were so good abd so was maintenance. They were very good to us. We were goig through something bad. Our company left us stranded there and they helped us as much as they could with everything. I applaud The hope that they gave us I like the way they treated us the rooms were clean it smell great it wasn't out of date things up in the room it didn't smell like mothballs it's not your typical smelling hotel the rates were great they just helped us so much they wouldn't above and beyond approach and none of this stuff not none of the front desk that have looked at us like we were not human like most hotels do they turn up their nose at you and they treat you really bad even though they don't know what you're going through and it was good to be around that staff when we were going through things and they helped us a lot with everything that gave us a late checkout it was wonderful for the most part I think of if it hadn't been for their patients we would have been more stressed out but I think them very much the whole hotel thank you.

Started with the receptionist , she was so rude, when checking us in, we reserved 4 rooms and while she checking us she was on the phone at the same time giving us no respect or attention and kept talking to the point we didn’t know if talking to us or to the people on the phone. So not welcoming at all period. Room service was bad , didn’t clean the room, we stayed two nights didn’t even touch the beds. Smell bad all over. Rude staff . Accept the receptionist who checked us out on Monday morning , she was not.

I stayed for three nights and didn’t receive room service even once—not even a check-in. The blankets were super flimsy, and honestly, I expected at least a complimentary water bottle in the room. For the price, the amenities felt lacking. On the brighter side, the breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. But overall, the experience could’ve been much better with a little more attention to comfort and service.

Front desk personnel were rude and short with me multiple times. Bathrooms in common areas were out of order, as was the pool. TV was not synced to remote. Asked to have it fixed and front desk said Ishould have reported the issue sooner. That staff attending to those needs leave at 3 p.m. daily (I reported it about 2:20 p.m.) Called from my room at 2:40;p.m. as a 2nd request. Was told staff was gone fo the day. So I asked why staff was allowed to leave early. The line disconnected. 5 minutes later, there was a knock on my door; it was the front desk clerk (female) and someone from housekeeping. They were able to sync the remote and TV. Customer service was horrible. Likely not going back.

The area around the property looks kind of shady but once you go inside the property it looks very nice. The service is very good and everyone is super polite. The breakfast is very good and they offer a good variety of items. Our check in and out was easy and convenient.

This place doesn't deserve to be called a Best Western. Bed sheets needed to be replaced, pool looks permanently closed, despite it being listed as a current amenity on both their website and Expedia. Breakfast bar had bugs present and dirty juice dispensers that left black specs in the juice. It was so bad i left after one night despite booking 2 nights. Do NOT recommend.

1st there was no toilet paper in the room. Woke up in the middle of the night and was told to come downstairs to get some. The staff was extremely rude saying I should have checked. Then no breakfast!!! Myself and many others were left with no breakfast because we were there at 10. The front desk told us we should have come at 6:30!!! What?? I booked due to free breakfast. Extremely rude and lazy staff .... I can't stress that enough.

Room was clean. We had enough towels. The coffee maker is a really tiny one. Makes 1 small cup of coffee. The microwave hardly worked. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of options. The pool was shut down. They allowed us to check in late with no extra fee . No fee for parking. All the other hotels by Allstate arena charged for parking. It was fine for a 1 night stay.
