First night had a very early wake up (5:30 AM) from lil kiddos above . Front desk promptly addressed issue and reassured us they were leaving that day !

The front desk staff was amazing both times I had to talk to them. The rooms were clean and cool. The breakfast was good too. Overall worth the stay and would stay again if I travel to Chicago.
