The check-in was easy and smooth. We didn’t even think to ask, but the gentleman switched our room to one further away from the road so it would be quieter. The room was plain but clean. Beds were a bit more firm than what I like, but better than too soft. Walls are thin and we could hear people talking and a child being loud, but they didn’t stay up too late. For such a small basic place, I was impressed they had good wi-if, a hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. They do need to update their Google Map description which said “free breakfast” but there isn’t any. It was worth the price for a small budget motel.

The room was clean and had the basics we needed (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) We chose this place because of its nearness to the Luther Burbank Arts Center, where we were going for a show. We just needed a place to rest after a long drive, and have a meal before the show. This place was just fine and not expensive. It looked like the bathroom had recently been remodeled. It was a hot day, but the room was nice and cool. I wondered if the staff had set the A/C to cool it down for us. We would come back here again.

Easy to find. Rooms were spacious and clean. We arrived late and had paid in advance for two trims. Seemed to through the staff off a bit at checkin. They didn’t provide the wifi password and didn’t have the coffee setup the next morning.

Easy access to restaurants and Junior College. Quiet. Very simple. No frills. Needs lamp lights by the bed. Parking right out the door. Not sure why it’s called an Inn. It’s a motel.

Needed a place to stay in the Santa Rosa area to decompress after a family visit in the Redwoods while heading to the Sacramento Airport. Great and convenient location. The staff was delightful, and I love the 'motor hotel' (am I old or what) layout of the U shape and parking right in front of your room. The entire place inside and out was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. We did take a walk to a nearby cafe and it seemed like it may be a slightly depressed area with some homeless, but it was fine and we felt absolutely 100% safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be back for the couple times of year visit to the Stanta Rosa area. Very nice, and great staff!

The tv remote and tv did not work. I couldn't watch tv without a big square in the middle of the screen. Also, a week later and my $100 deposit is not refunded, but no explanation why. Not sure I will stay again.

The room was clean, although the floor was not. I stayed 2 nights and the keycard had to be re-programmed for second day. Bed was not very comfortable and the metal base was loud when you get up or accidently kick it while sitting on bed. Room has been upgraded, but like other motels, the faucet didn't fit the sink.

Every towel had so much hair in it I couldn’t use them at all, the shower had debris all over the floor and walls. I had been traveling and really wanted to take a hot shower but I was totally grossed out 😩

Great location not far from 101 hwy. Clean property and room. Newly installed LVT floor and shower were a great upgrade! However, the beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress was very hard, pillows needed to be replaced, blanket was thin and did not warm at all. I woke up tired and couldn't wait to get off the bed.

Nice, clean and quiet area. Rooms are sparse and very clean with no charm or lamps. Really my only complaint would be the lack of lighting options. Every light was glaringly bright and mounted in the ceiling with no dimming them possible. But definitely a great value!

Room was spacious; can fit 3-4 people doing yoga in the empty space. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. However, the water pressure was so low that I was still cold when standing in the shower with the water turned all the way up. Took awhile to wash all of the shampoo out of my hair so I didn't bother to condition it. A new shower head would probably fix the issue since the sink faucet flow was pretty strong.

The location is fantastic! Walkable to restaurants and shops. The grounds are well maintained and the room is very clean! I thought it strange there’s no lamps. I had to turn on the bathroom light so I did not to blind myself with the overhead light. I can hear the person next door banging around a bit but I would definitely stay here again.

Its obvious this place is remodeled, nice appointments and clean. Stay was good here, unfortunately i did hear someone snoring in the next room, it was faint but im sensitive to thay stuff though but it woke me up several times. Otherwise would have been quiet.

The room and property were clean and tidy. The queen beds were very uncomfortable. Too hard. Pillows were small. One chair in a double room. No lamps only bright pot lights in ceiling. TV was so far from bed remote wouldn't work. Closet blocked by fridge. Could use lamps, better furniture and a picture or two. Not really worth $186 for a night.

Very bare bones accommodation. Not even a lamp/light in the room between the beds for at night. No decorations at all. No closets. Manager was very nice and offered to get us more towels without us asking. Was fine for a one night stay.

If you are in a pinch a need a place to stay, I do not recommend. My party was called around 10 pm to make sure we were checking in that night because we are from out of town, we said yes we will be there in one hour. We showed up at 11:15 pm and the man at the front desk was extremely rude to me for being those 15 mins behind. He made it a very personal problem and pulled me away from my party to make sure to tell me he was going to be late going home and how he runs other properties and I messed up his night. He was continuously rude to the point I just wanted a refund and to find somewhere else to go and wouldn’t budge. Very unprofessional. Not to mention once we finally got to our room there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Of all the light fixtures in the room, only one had a bulb in it, and there was no bedside lamp, which I would have liked; I ended up going to a store and buying a small camping light for bedside reading. The big guy in the office was rather rude, but the lady was nice. It was mostly good, very clean. Not too quiet on that street; lots of traffic noise and sirens.

Nice, clean updated rooms. Convenient for visiting Santa Rosa JC. Lots of food options withing walking distance. It would have been great to have a place to hang out while my teenagers slept in the mornings--a chair and umbrella outside the room would have been awesome.

In town for Santa Rosa marathon and needed a place close to downtown and not too expensive. Place was clean and comfortable. Could have used a reading light as only light was main light in the ceiling. But overall sufficient for a night.

The location is fantastic! Walkable to restaurants and shops. The grounds are well maintained and the room is very clean! I thought it strange there’s no lamps.
