Hotel is newer. Clean. Loved that you have to use a key to get inside the doors after 10:00. Free coffee, no breakfast. No blow dryers in the room. Hardest bed I have ever slept on. If you want a clean hotel for a good price, this is the one!

Hard to find and some highway noise. Full sized fridge and laundry. Newer building.

The last extended stay hotel I stayed at had cooking utensils in the room. This one did not. Also this one didn’t have an ice machine.

Only issues were transporting our luggage in and out through the manual doors that you need a card to open and no ice machine.

Check in went well. Staff was courteous. Walked into room and was urine on the toilet seat. I expected staff to change rooms but she was at least kind enough to come and clean the toilet. The window has blinds but no blackout curtains. Outside light shined through window all night making it difficult to fall asleep. Wreaked of weed throughout the entire property. My wife is allergic to most scents like this which flared her asthma up. Was a pet friendly hotel which is nice but dog urine and feces were everywhere including elevator. There is a bait and switch for the pets. The website CLEARLY STATES $10.00 per night for pets but when they check you in they make you sign something and it states the 10.00 per night for pets is only for 2nd night and beyond. Would never have booked this property if I had known this. One night stay for pets is an extra 50.00. Absolutely absurd. The fitness center is literally a treadmill, another piece of cardio equipment and then a single weight machine. No attendant after 10 pm if you have issues. No pool. Plenty of food options around.

If you just need a place to lay your head for 1 night, this would be the place. No breakfast, no ice machines, 1 roll of toilet paper, no do not disturb sign, no house keeping, very thin towels, no amenities. Very plain jane. Bed was semi-comfortable, a/c was awesome, space was large. Check in desk closes early and when we checked out at 8 in the morning no check out person. The close up the front desk with a locking shield. This was ok for our stay, but not again. Price per night was good, staff very friendly.

The room was not well stocked - no ice bucket, not enough towels. The adjustable bed frame legs weren’t level - we had to crawl under the bed and fix them. The interior of the building smelled like gas - the front desk person says it was the smell from the gas dryers in the laundry. Could smell it on the upper floor too though.

The only issue I had with this room was poor cleaning. I always take my own covers to put on top, which was a good thing in this instance . It was food all on the sheets when I went to inspect and it looked like they failed to wash any sheets. I understand, however, you get exactly what you pay for. The room was nice though and cheap they just need to make sure cleaning crew changes bedding sheets

Seemed short staffed. Bathroom floor needed mopping! Hair, dirt & splashes on floor was unsettling. I travel with cleaning wipes. Worst off was the fire alarm going off 2x early in the AM. Had to leave the room @7:37AM After driving 9hrs, getting in the bed 3AM.

Took forever to get intoa reserved room..after 20 min of waiting the room was not what i paid for . Another 20 mon went by . Got into another room.that was filthy , nasty sheets ,floor wasnt swept 0-10 do not recommend 😒

This was my first ever stay at a Woodspring Suites. Most of them have terrible reviews but this one had better reviews and a great price. The property is newer and it seems as though it’s in a location that is growing. A lot of new places. Upon arrival, the staff was great and very friendly. We get our room keys and head on up. Upon entry, we discovered the floor had not been cleaned. There was food residue and shoe prints all over the floor. I asked for a different room. Upon entering the second room, we discovered another very dirty floor, a toilet that had been used and not flushed as well as an empty water bottle in the bathroom trash. We were only there for one night so I cleaned up the floor the best I could. There was barely any toilet paper so I had to ask for more. No cooking utensils and no paper towels. The room wasn’t stocked with anything which may be part of the Woodspring experience. The staff was helpful but seemed irritated at my requests.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by an awesome staff member (wish I could remember her name, her hair is loc’d/twist out I believe). She was super friendly and informative! From the parking lot, to the lobby and hallways, to the room…everything was very clean. The bed was comfy and the shower’s pressure was good. I would most definitely choose this hotel again if in the area.

Hotel was clean and spacious but the walls and really thin. You can hear everything around you. If you have kids beware.

The wifi was very poor. You could pay extra for an upgrade, but the free wifi service was basically worthless.

Clean room , quiet & comfortable, super nice staff. Also in the area of lots of food places, will stay again. Dislike seem like the WIFI wasn’t strong enough on the 4th floor. Overall wonderful stay.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. I only stayed the second night because I had already paid for it and they would not give me a refund. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom on the first night and realized I was walking on wet floors. I almost slipped and fell when I was getting out of the bed.I mentioned it to the staff the next day. They are 100% aware that the floors get wet due to condensation buildup. Or whatever they’re blaming it on. Considering this is a fairly new build, it was very disappointing to know that the facility is aware that they have issues with their rooms, but do nothing about it. And I know that they’re aware, because the staff member told me that the same thing happens in their room. And acted like it was no big deal.

The price was great especially considering there was a kitchenette in the room. However, I heard everything going on in other rooms. It sounded like kids jumping on the bed above us. There were no curtains to block out light from outside. There were blinking lights on the smoke detector? Or other device. The beds were not comfortable. Very glad I only had to spend a few hours there before continuing our trip.

I usually don't prefer hotel without carpeting for lots of reasons but surprisingly it didn't effect my stay as much as I felt it would. However it did not help in buffering the noise from the room above🙄

Just an overnight stay for us. The room was clean and would be nice if you had to stay for awhile. Offered a kitchen and plenty of storage. For us, we had to go buy some mugs for tea/coffee, and ice because they don’t have ice machines. The one real downfall for us was the mattress. It felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Not sure we’d do it again for an overnight. Staff was friendly, and everything was clean!

Place was great, the price was right. It was clean. The rooms had hard flooring which is a plus, but you can hear everyone walking upstairs. It is pretty noisy. I don’t think they insulated the joist spaces or stud spaces.

I had never heard of this hotel chain, and I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and spacious the room was thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Absolutely horrific. No one would answer the phone and check me in. Had to scramble for another room. Multiple signs saying late check ins were no problem with the number I and corporate called with no response. Looked like someone quit on the job. Pure incompetence!

We didn’t get in until after midnight. Lobby is closed after 10 so you have to call on a phone after that. Took 3 calls before someone finally answered. Waited another 15 minutes for someone to come down. He was very rude and impersonal. Bathroom only had 2 washcloths, 2 floor towels, and 1 bath towel. No hand towels. No amenities for a suite with kitchen (no dishes, paper towels, soap, etc).

I have been living in this hotel for over 2 months, the staff is super friendly and they always make you feel welcome! The only problem I had was the WiFi connection. Otherwise everything was fine. The property Manger Brittany is awesome and she will make sure that you have a pleasant stay…

I waited 1 hour to check in as the woman working had to go to another property to fix something. She was wonderful. I got my room and it was not made up. I had to go back and get another room. The internet didn't work on my phone or laptop.

We got to the hotel to check in and they closed the front desk at 8pm. Had a note to call but they wouldn’t answer so we had nowhere to stay.

We arrived after hours. No staff on site. Called corporate, was told the general manager had someone on their way. Overall, we waited over an hour. Then we gave up and went somewhere else and paid for another hotel room. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very nice hotel. Looks brand new. A lot to do in the area. Great location.

The location is great because its right off the highway surrounded by a good selection of restaurants to choose from. However, the room could have been a little cleaner. There was litter under the bed, which shows it wasn't swept properly and there were cobwebs with bug collecting.

Expedia charged king bed didn’t realize until we were getting ready for bed it was queen size. No coffee pot in room. When checking out asked for receipt was told I had to get that from expedia

It was a very nice stay! We came in late after the lobby closed and used the phone to call (front desk) and the lovely lady answered, told her I was there to check in and she was there within a few minutes and checked us in! Gave us all the information we needed and we had a great night sleep! There is no breakfast, but get your own breakfast! They don’t HAVE to give you a free breakfast! Basically you get a hotel so you can sleep! If you’re on vacation go DO something! This is a great place to stay and a great value! If you have pets, it can be pricey tho on a deposit!

Rooms were not clean; hair was on the floor and in the bathroom all over. The blinds on the windows were not enough to block outside lights, so the room was partially lit all night. Staff was friendly, and the brand new facility just needs more attention.

Comfy bed. Service was fine. Breakfast was scant. Would have appreciated more protein. Looked clean but had an odd stale smell.

The hotel was nice and mostly clean. There were a lot of people so I am sure it was hard to keep up. Other than not having towels in one room and no coffee cups in the morning during the coffee hours the stay was very pleasant. We were able to get a good nights sleep and leave for the final leg of our trip feeling refreshed and ready for the day of travel ahead.

Where do I start. Hotel is new so expectations were high. Entered room and no coverings on bed at all. Just a mattress. No linens or towels in room. Manager Anthony was very helpful and brought us sheets and blankets and towels on 2 separate trips. Then refrigerator didn't work. Brand new. The circuit breaker in panels wouldn't stay on. So he brought us an extension cord at our request and we plugged it into a different outlet to get it working. My wife took shower this morning and during shower the lights turned off automatically leaving her in the dark. I had to come in and rescue her. The room is set up with kitchen and sink and hot plates but there are no utensils or plates or cups so you have to bring your own to stock kitchen. No coffee maker in room so you have to go to lobby to make a cup in machine. No breakfast at all. So it's a nice clean room but bare bones and we had to do a lot of work to make it livable for one night.
