Great location in Kuta Beach, Cons: While hotel area is quiet, the area around the hotel is noisy (fireworks goimg off nightly late....really???) Breakfast buffet (the breakfast staples were adequate (eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, etc.) But when straying from that the quality seems to drop (e.g. yougurt, fish dishes, fried rice, etc.)

The hotel staff are excellent, friendly and always smiling. The location is great if you want to party, but not so good if you want a peaceful rest. The hotel is just across a very busy road from the beach. The beach is ideal for surfing but you need to be very wary if you want to swim. The busy road sometimes produces a very strong petrol smell if you are sat on the hotel terrace. The clientele is predominantly Asian and the breakfast caters for them. The rooms are generously sized but are now tired. Our room had the shower over the bath with a plastic bath curtain. Not great if you suffer mobility issues. The staff provided us with a mat to avoid slipping whilst showering. The hotel restaurant had an Italian themed menu. Drink and food were good and at reasonable hotel prices. There is a nice pool, but it has piped music that is rather repetitive. Evening entertainment is based around the pool. There are a number of different dj's, but the music was very similar, a techno-beat loud bass music. Again repetitive and targeted at an age group that wasn't really representative of the guests when we were there. Our garden bedroom was well set back from the music, so it didn't affect us. İt could be very disruptive if your room was near the pool. The gardens are beautiful and well tended. The hotel has an external agent Discova to arrange taxis and trips. They are very good. The beach is fronted by beach bars, with very persistent owners. The beach can be difficult to access

Beautiful gardens but sadly the stench and filthy condition of the bathroom was too much. The management really needs to reconsider occupying a room that is in such a poor condition. it reflects so poorly on the property and I am sure not all the rooms can be so disgusting.

Had to wait a long time for lunch at the restaurant, could not check in until 14:20 despite check in being at 14:00. The receptionist was quite rude and hostile. The man who walked us to our room was grumpy with us and thought we got out on the wrong floor despite him going to the wrong floor. Then a passive agressive tour of the room that we had advised we only need for a few hours. He then left the room without saying goodbye and slammed the door. 새벽에 도착해서 체크인 및 숙소 안내는 직원 서비스는 좋았습니다. 하지만, 객실 청결 상태에 의문이 들더군요. 매트리스 커버에는 검은 얼룩이 여러군데 보이고, 침대 구석구석에 먼지가 쌓여 있고, 매트리스 커버 안에 매트리스는 피가 뭍은듯한 부분이 있어서 버그퇴치제를 침대 밑에 들추어서 뿌리고 잠자리에 들수 있었습니다. 연식이 있어서 인지 방에 그대로 뭍어있었습니다. 보다 방청소를 깔끔히 해주셨으면 합니다.

The property looks nice, but when you looked closely at your room and the bathroom, they were not as clean as you expected. The bath towel was old and rough, there was no towel for hands drying unless you asked for. The surrounding was noisy and the Kuta beach across the street was too crowded with litters everywhere.

スタンダードな部屋でしたのでキングベッドと2段ベッドでした。2段ベッドというとイマイチかと思いましたがマットレスもしっかりしてて問題なし。タバコはベランダならok 朝のバイキングは種類、味共に素晴らしかったです、道を挟んでクタビーチを眺めながらもgood スタッフも普通にフレンドリーでと早い感じ、到着当初両替できてなくてチップを多く払ったら態度が大きく変わりましたww 一点、シービューって名前のホテルなのにベランダからの眺めは民家の瓦屋根のみを除けば合格ですね

Mostly good, the room fixtures are getting tired, eg. Cupboard door fell out as hardware failed, and bathroom fixtures aging and sealants were over applied in an amateur way. But room was large and met most of our needs.

Hotel is amazing and staff are welcoming. Only thing I would say is that my VIP status was not recognised and that I didn’t receive a room upgrade even though there were higher value rooms available to be booked on the day of check in. I was told they would try and speed up my check in as I arrived at 11am however i wasn’t able to check in until 2:15 (check in time is 2pm)

Bathroom was large. AC kept the room at 20 degrees. Location is perfect. Beach is right across the road from hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious and of great variety. On my 4th day of traveling around the island, I mistakenly ingested some ice in a drink and developed dehydration from severe diarrhea. Pam at reception helped my wife get a visiting doctor and nurse within 20 minutes. This saved our vacation. Later many employees enquired of my progress. Love this place and all its employees.

The hotel was excellent with it's location and layout. I have never stayed in a hotel were the staff looked after there guests so well. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to my friends. Treat the staff well and they will look after you like you have never been treated before.

Food, hotel location and service was all superb! Clean and beautiful hotel with a nice atmosphere. We loved that it was possible to shower by the pool, when we came straight from the beach. I was unfortunate enough to forget my iPad on the aircraft when we landed in Bali, and the staff was very helpful in the process of retrieving in.

People always talk about the staff in hotels so I want to share that ALL the staff at this hotel were expertly trained and were constantly friendly! Best food in the restaurant for the total area around ! Bar service was excellent and the drinks were quickly made and had strong ingredients! Impressed with bar and restaurant staff! Free breakfast was a bonus and the buffet was different every day! Our room was spotless and the surrounding gardens beautiful. Didn’t need to go over the road to the beach for ambience. The hotel manager was a very nice man , on arrival the reception ladies told us about the Independence Day celebrations which I gate crashed ! Wow what a fun group of people(most of the staff) Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! An oasis in a busy location .

Positive: Breakfast buffet was great (oriental/continental, vegetarian foods are marked properly), washing machine for self-service is available, water dispenser, good WiFi, location is central (just cross the road to get to the Kuta beach) Negative: Very expensive for not really good foods in hotel restaurant, ventilation does not work: floor is wet and can be slippery if the air conditioner is shut down and the room door is open, tap water is a little bit salty Recommended: Decide yourself, we would prefer another hotel next time.

Great location. Friendly staff. You give the workers a small tip and they are so happy and appreciative. Lots of Australians who are very nice. Many other countries. Breakfast is great. Make eggs any way to order. Clean pool, beautiful flowers in walkway. Trees everywhere that have beautiful orchids growing. Ive never seen this in USA. beautiful.
