I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is an absolute gem, and I would happily return without hesitation. A truly exceptional hotel, made even more special by its outstanding team. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! Every member of the team was incredibly professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for, always anticipating our needs with genuine kindness and a wonderful smile. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop pool. The setting was simply spectacular, with an incredible ocean view that made every moment feel special.

A very nice hotel, a bit outside of the city centre of Heraklion, however taxis are available and not too expensive. The staff is very charming and professional. There is a small pool on the roof and a nice little bar. The rooms are big. The parking at the neighbouring shopping centre is ideal and without charge. It is a good parking. The only thing: There is bar next to the hotel, which plays music until late night. Depending on the temper of the DJ, that can be extremely loud. The first night was bad, the second night was better. The hotel is offering eardrops.

This is a new hotel and although it has a five star rating it is not quite yet a five star experience. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, but it is a bit soulless, it feels like a 4-star, it’s corporate rather than boutique. Definitely pay for a sea view room otherwise your view will be an ugly shopping centre. The location outside the Venetian city walls in an underdeveloped quarter of the city means a 25 minute walk into the old town in 30C heat, or multiple taxis. The rooftop pool is nice for a dip, with a lovely sea view, but the lounging area is very small. Breakfast is buffet style, no eggs to order, no a la carte. Staff are excellent and friendly, the gym is decent (although the music is loud and there’s no option to control it). There’s an unfortunate ‘signature scent’ in all public areas. Cheap, synthetic, powdery. If you want to explore the coast west of Heraklion this is a good location. But if you want to enjoy the museums, restaurants and bars in the city, this perhaps isn’t the best spot.
