This is a great stay in the hear of Old Prague. We were worried the location would be too central and loud, especially when we saw all the tourists, but it is just off a main street, and much quieter than we feared. The room was quiet and comfortable. NOTE: it is all remote access - there is no on-sight staff.

Lovely apartment, big and nice, but when I booked I missed that there was no reception at the hotel. Since there is no possibility to park nearby it was a problem with the luggage. And I also missed that personal touch that you get with a reception.

Great spacious room, close to everything, clean and tidy. Really poor staff experience… Contactless check in which is great, get there and our code did not work for our room. We tried to ring reception several times and the call would drop out on hold… finally got through after trying for half an hour to be told our code did not work because we have to pay the city tax.. that was not disclosed in the email when given the code… my partner then walked a block to the reception to pay this and get a new code, the male staff member was sooo rude to him, the code did not work again… then my partner went back and this same staff member was rude again saying we must of gone to the wrong hotel as he was so quick… Um no you just gave us an incorrect code again… finally gave us a code that worked… in future maybe disclose to guests in your pre arrival email that the city tax has to be paid prior else you’ll be locked out of your room… and to actually answer your phones… Can’t believe how utterly rude this man was… Other then that great stay.. :)

Room comfortable. Great location. Good restaurants to eat. Near all main attractions. Staff were nice and responded fairly quick. However, because of the location it was really noisy. If you are looking to rest at night and don’t mind the noice it is good for you but otherwise it is not. They had AC in the room but because it was not summer they didn’t allow us to use it. They told us to open the windows and turn off the heater but since the area was so noisy we couldn’t open the windows to sleep so the room was uncomfortably worm. We didn’t appreciate that. Also the rooms are built in weird way that some stairs were a bit risky so not good for elderly people or small children. Other than that, we had a good time in Prague.

Beautiful property and well located but check-in was a big hassle. They claimed we been emailed with the code and in spite of several emails, and several phone calls it was not received. We finally had to walk to the office and the person working there seemed a little put out, however, after pulling up our file she said OH, hit some keys and suddenly 5 emails came through. Very frustrating!

The luxury room was absolutely beautiful and in walking distance to most of the attractions and restaurants. The only downfall is parking, that’s a nightmare. We had to book a parking garage and take Uber to hotel.

If this is the future, I hate it. No front desk, no parking, no help with parking. Check in on-line, get a door code, and good luck. And don’t let the fact that they give you a code for “Mr. Parkit” fool you—that parking is ethereal. Also, STRONG cigarette smell on bed. Of course it’s gorgeous and it’s in old town Prague, so 3 stars.

The property is quaint, safe and just really really nice. Loved hearing and watching the energy outside from our 3rd floor window. Room, beds and bath were clean and comfortable - very much appreciated the glassware, tea pot and coffee cups!! we spent a week here and would certainly come back. Elevator is small but it works. Stairs wind up and are steep but elevator is option. Security seemed good as well. No real staff on site, except for housekeeping which we didn't really use, except for our garbage.

I am writing in English so that more people can read this, and I hope it is useful. First, the hotel has no reception, no service, no cleaning, no repairs, and no support. Second, the room was very smelly, and the floor and the toilet were dirty. We spent two hours trying to get an entry code with the help of a kind woman from the neighborhood. We argued with the hotel staff on the phone, and they told us in Czech (as translated by the kind neighbor) that people can wait if necessary. It was unbelievable. In short, the owner of this hotel chain (Aresz) does not have enough capital to organize a properly functioning hotel with a competent service crew. They interestingly call everything "eco." The staff were unprofessional and impolite. If anyone needs a cheap room and does not care about comfort, this hotel chain is exactly what you need.

Fabulous location overlooking the square and within walking distance to everything. With the windows open you could soak up the ambience. With the windows shut it was oh so quiet. Plenty of storage space available to unpack. Immaculately clean, although the rugs are looking a little tired/stained. Would definitely stay again if we ever get the chance to return to Prague. We also really appreciated the opportunity to store our luggage for the remainder of day after we had checked out.

Our room at the Aurus could not have been more ideal. The room, which is pretty much a small apartment, is located inside a historical, 16th century building, in the middle of Old Town Prague. The room had all the comfort and was surprisingly extremely quite even if there were millions of tourists outside our window. Checking in digitally was a breeze and we never had to ask for help. The Aurus will definitely be on topo of our list when we ever come back to Prague

Awesome location in the middle of old town. The place was easy to find and is absolutely charming. The view was stunning, we almost didn’t want to leave the room because of it. Comfy beds, clean, nicely sized studio with high ceiling. Beautifully decorated and friendly customer service. We would definitely stay here again!

The access into the building was not the easiest, check out was very early for a weekend (10am) and when I negotiated a late check out it was not passed on. So someone walked into my room at 10am while I was getting dressed (still in a bra) and insisted I left. I then had a phone call requesting I vacated the building, to which I explained I had a late check out (until 12). When I got back to the room at 11:45 my access code had been described and it was even more of a headache to gain access to the building and room to get my stuff out.

Modern, neutral decor to suit the style of property. I only stayed two nights, so packed light. If I had a huge suitcase it would have been tricky getting into my room from the narrow corner stairs. Wonderful location, couldnt have been more in the heart of the area. Amazing to go out your door and already be in the middle of everything, but still have a quiet and clean, very spacious room.

Great stay here. Location is excellent being right in middle of the old town. Quite a large room and nice bathroom. Only negative is the location also as a lot of tourist traffic passes at all hours so was a bit noisy

Aurus Hotel is conveniently located. Easy walk to Charles Bridge, Old Town and other sightseeing. Lots of shops and dining options. The hotel also offers airport transportation for a fee of 850Kc and is easy to set up. The luxury suite was just as pictured in the photos. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Amazing location! I travelled with a teenager and two seniors (70+). Room was perfect, cozy bed, clean shower with warm water. Short walking distance to almost all tourist attractions. 10 points!

Our room at the Aurus could not have been more ideal. The room, which is pretty much a small apartment, is located inside a historical, 16th century building, in the middle of Old Town Prague. The room had all the comfort and was surprisingly extremely quite even if there were millions of tourists outside our window. Checking in digitally was a breeze and we never had to ask for help. The Aurus will definitely be on topo of our list when we ever come back to Prague

Awesome location in the middle of old town. The place was easy to find and is absolutely charming. The view was stunning, we almost didn’t want to leave the room because of it. Comfy beds, clean, nicely sized studio with high ceiling. Beautifully decorated and friendly customer service. We would definitely stay here again!

Locatie was perfect! Zelf vind ik bedden altijd een ding maar deze bedden waren heel goed. Personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed en genoeg keus. Oprecht niks aan te merken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es su ubicación inmejorable. Está en el corazón de Praga. A pocos metros del reloj, del puente de Carlos. El check in es impersonal, nunca tuve contacto con persona alguna y todo fue en línea. La habitación es espaciosa, es cómoda, en un bonito edificio. La limpieza no la hacen diaria. Primer hotel en todos mis viajes que no la da diario. El servicio fue muy regular, no sustituyeron vasos usados, solo sustituyeron un juego de toallas. La alfombra está un poco manchada y eso le resta al aspecto general. Tampoco tiene servicio de desayuno (en los otros hoteles de mi viaje contábamos con ello). También habían unos bichitos inofensivos en el baño. En general está muy bien pero estaría excelente que la limpieza fuera diaria o si no es posible, que pusieran más empeño en ella.

Great location- cute little hotel - very clean- the only downside- if you’re not tech savvy at all - may have issues with the whole checkin process as no one onsite. They are very responsive to emails/ texts!

Our stay was amazing! The hotel was in a perfect location and the room was gorgeous. It was clean, and very easy to access after completing the online check in. I’d highly recommend it!

Location is excellent, room was clean and as in the photos. Staff are responsive. There is one strong aircon in top of the main bed but doesn't help to cool the living area. I could call this property excellent if there was an aircon in the living room as well. But overall it was ok. Daily room service was also provided. I would consider staying here again if I was to go to Prague again.
