Eu e minha esposa passamos apenas 1 noite no Hilton Madrid Airport buscando maior conforto durante uma conexão em Madrid. No entanto, o serviço de transfer do hotel deixou muito a desejar. Estávamos no Terminal 4 e o tempo de espera foi o mais longo comparado a outros hotéis que oferecem o mesmo serviço (como NB Hotels, Meliá e Hotel Madrid Alameda). No total, levamos em torno de 1 hora para chegar ao hotel, mesmo estando a apenas 2 milhas de distância. Além da longa espera, o percurso inclui paradas em vários terminais (1, 2 e 3), transformando o trajeto em um verdadeiro “tour” pelo aeroporto antes de finalmente chegar ao hotel. Isso torna a experiência cansativa e pouco prática para quem busca agilidade entre voos. No fim, vale muito mais a pena pegar um táxi por cerca de €10,00, que leva direto e rapidamente ao hotel, sem transtornos. Para finalizar, alimentação no Hotel tem preços muito elevados. Por ser a única alternativa por perto, aplicam preços abusivos. Não recomendo.

The breakfast was really expensive. The gym is in really poor condition and its a greenhouse, no AC and the equipment is limited and no taken care of. The pool is small but nice and no where near the size shown online. The staff is nice and helpful. The beds are great and the showers are excellent with great water pressure. The AC does not get clod enough but seems to be the typical in Spain.

If airport transportation is a consideration for you in choosing this hotel, be warned that it might be a perk of traveling *to* the airport, but I wouldn't recommended it for traveling *from* the airport. After a long international flight I waited outside in the heat for the shuttle - which I was told arrived every 30 minutes - for close to an hour. It was long enough to see the shuttles for other hotels arrive twice, and each time I wished I was staying at one of those other hotels. When I reached out to hotel staff for an updated arrival time I was given a terse and somewhat rude response. Other than that the hotel is fine - large rooms, comfy beds, terribly overpriced restaurants.

Spacious rooms and fairly quiet (you can hear some traffic from highway if your room faces in that direction, but is not overwhelming in any way). Very close to airport with shuttle service available. Be aware that shuttle can be too full for additional passengers, we ended up taking a taxi, however the staff efficiently arranged for this. Great breakfast options and seating area. Traveling with a small dog was very easy at this location. Overall an excellent experience.

Upon arrival the property seemed modern and updated, but as I got to the room I was a little disappointed. The light switches in the room did not work properly, there were body hairs in the bed, and it was very noisy as it’s situated by a big main road. The staff however were so lovely and helpful, and the room service, although very expensive, was delicious.

Worst $240 euro I've ever spent. Room was uncomfortably warm. If you turn out the room light the outlets by the bed shut off. I sleep with CPAP so that doesn't work. The glass bathroom makes it impossible to use a night light without lighting the room. The hotel layout has no flow. The bar stools are the most uncomfortable Ive ever sat on. Design over function at this place is a giant fail. On the good side, the staff tried to be as accommodating as possible. German from engineering was really helpful and the food at the Riserva Grill was outstanding. Wont see me there again though

Airport shuttle was a huge help and the front desk staff was excellent. Dining options during mid day did not exist other than room service. We went to the bar area and waited 15 minutes for service to no avail. We eventually had to Uber out to find a place for an early dinner.

The people running the property were nice, but my room wasn't nearly as clean as I would've expected. I used the gym but it would appear no one cleaned the machines after use, and the sauna didn't get very hot. I was told an early check-in would be EUR 25 but they charged me EUR 50 when I arrived, not a big deal but inconsistent with expectations.

I had the terrible experience of losing my luggage before coming to stay at Hilton Madrid Airport, and was exhausted when I arrived on October 7. But the kindest young man Luis, checked me in and then when I couldn’t figure out how to open my room’s doorway he got permission to leave the desk and graciously showed me how the door worked and showed me where I would eat breakfast the next day. Thank you Luis for taking such good care of a 70-year-old woman!

The room was great and very clean but the air conditioning worked very poorly in the room on 40C day in August. The hallways were absolutely sweltering at the penthouse level where our room was. Service at the bar/restaurant was subpar with very long wait. Made a long day even longer and inconvenient. Shuttle service was good.

Excellent proximity to the airport. Great for business travelers. A bit inconvenient if planning to center city often with a taxi costing $25-30 euros each way. A shuttle service to center city would be an excellent addition. While the food service is slow the menu selections are good and the meals are enjoyable. Separate bar menu is also good. I would stay here again but for last 1-2 nights if traveling for leisure.

The hotel is fine, but it is only convenient for an overnight airport stay. Otherwise, it is a taxi/uber ride away from anything, including the airport. There is nowhere to walk either. What a gem. I only spent one night but I didn't want to leave the hotel. I got the shuttle from the airport to hotel. The room seems recently updated, modern, spacious and so comfortable. The bed and pillows were top notch. The restaurant was open late and the food wonderful. Room 521 was pretty quiet. The breakfast had a huge selection and spread, and I skipped the 6:30am shuttle so I could enjoy the breakfast as soon as it opened. I then took a taxi to airport (5 minutes at that hour). This is by far the best Hilton airport hotel I've stayed at.
