Stayed 1 night

The room that I had was great. It took three times of going to the front desk to final get into my room. Unfortunately, it was very hot so that experience was so disappointing. Breakfast ran out an hour before the breakfast window ended. My family and other guests were disappointed.

Check in seemed normal. The longer I stayed things got worse. I only stayed 1 night, then found another hotel. TV didn't work, spider came down from ceiling, holes in wall like something was removed, no smoke detectors, went to breakfast in the morning the waffle iron was not clean, Laundry room was out of order. Staff didn't care.

Location The hotel is run by Indians. There is a woman that works at the front desk, who is absolutely a sweetheart and helped me get into the right room however there is a man that hung up on me when I called him to let him know that we needed towels in our room, which I find absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a representative of a. hotel chain in one of the best areas in Dallas, which is Addison. I called him back because I knew that he was rude, and I can just tell in the tone of his voice that he was annoyed by such a simple request as wanting two towels and two washcloths. I don't know if I will be staying here again. The rooms are great and you definitely get what you pay for, but this customer service has to change. If you're going to come to America, you need to adopt a more. respectful attitude.

WiFi doesn’t work, neither does TV in room. One receptionist pretty much accused me of not having a room, I got dropped off from Uber, guess he assumed I was a Bum, LAST place I would wander around, nothing works, coffee cold asf…
