Tv didn’t work, couch pull out was a disgusting mess of a “mattress”. It was basically a curtain stuffed with a mattress topper and a thin one at that. The lobby and hallway reeked of “that drug”. Elevator was broken. Rooms are old and outdated which usually is ok but these were gross. Sink cracked, shower stained and gross, toilet broken. Just really needs some love. My back is not feeling it today after the pull out couch. And the lack of tv made me bored to tears. Just don’t. Then, the herd of elephants showed up around midnight, stomping until 3 am so loudly the walls were vibrating. Shower leaked constantly. And woah what about that surprise $100 deposit. They didn’t even check the room upon departure. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Was cheap, but wouldn't stay there again. Toilet made a terrible squeaking noise every time it was flushed. The couch bed looked like it was barely hanging on, it had a huge sag/dip.so I had to put my smallest children on it. Only had 2 towels in the room when it was a room for 6 people. Pool was alright. Wasn't able to eat breakfast Saturday morning because the food ran out an hour before closing. Elevator was sketchy and would jerk hard every time it stopped going up. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, blackout curtains.

The stay was awful the a/c was broken, the pool was very dirty with stuff floating around in it, there where roaches and when we called to ask for more towels so we could shower they told us to wait until housekeeping came in our room. (They came an hour later)

Elevator feels extremely unsafe to use. It moved around and slightly down when getting on. The door got stucked opened, and had to be jiggled to close. Card keys to the room doesnt work. Got new card keys, still didnt work. They had to open the door with the physical key. Inside the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I complained and asked for non-smoking room. They said sorry and also there isn't anymore rooms. Was late, didnt want to go elsewhere, so we forced ourselves to stay. Carpet inside the room was very old, dirty and has a slight stickiness to it. Felt very disgusted walking on it barefooted. There were stains on the curtains and walls. The jacuzzi had broken parts on it, the faucet handles just kept turning without a stop. Pullout sofa had mouse droppings on it, windows were cracked, towel racks kept falling apart. Bed was decent, but with everything else just mentioned, made it feel very dirty and uncomfortable to sleep in. Didn't bother to stay for breakfast. "Quality" is not what this place is. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hallways, stairs, elevator not vacuumed. Trash in piles in hallways. Not well maintained-patches of missing paint, heavily knicked wood, walls patched or with holes and not painted, broken dirty toilet, poorly maintained gym, lots of dust and not vacuumed. Dirty parking lot. The indoor pool was the reason we chose the hotel and it was cloudy. The worker around the pool area told us not to swim in it. Gobs of hair on the pool deck. Could feel the springs thru the mattress, small pillows. Did not feel safe. Would not recommend for any family. Breakfast was good. Employees were nice. Rooms were big.

This hotel was filthy and in disrepair. There were druggies and prostitutes walking around outside. The luggage cart was all broken and barely useable. There was a spoiled milk type beverage spilled in the elevator that they just placed a wet floor sign on. We were on the 3rd floor, when we exited the elevator, there was trash all down the hallway. The key pad on the door to the room next to us was beeping all night. The room was no better, the furniture was run down and the bedding was dirty. There was hair on our sheets and holes burned into the comforter. The carpet at the end of the bed was oily and sticky. We drove over 4 hours to get there and since it was after midnight when we arrived, we had no choice but to stay. The next morning, I walked downstairs and notified the front desk that we would not be staying another night and demanded a refund. The lady at the desk said she would process the refund and cancel our reservation for the second night, you could tell this was not the first time she’s had complaints. I have pictures to back up the claims.

The check in process was fairly quick and easy. However as soon as you walk in the place it has a bad smell of marijuana and mildew throughout the entire hotel because it has carpet literally everywhere. The room itself had lights that wouldn’t turn on, the bathtub would leak and just wouldn’t ever turn fully off. There is small roaches in the bathroom as well. The windows are weirdly fogged up and you can’t see outside. And the ac unit would make too much noise and start leaking. Overall the cleanliness was not good at all as far as the building being very old. But there was consistently housekeeping so I knew more than likely it was being cleaned. But the smell just wouldn’t get better. However, the breakfast in the morning was good,they had good options and good seating areas. But I definitely don’t think I’ll be staying here again unless it was an absolute last option.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at. All the rooms smell like cigarettes there was rats on the second floor in our room we had to switch 2 different rooms and the second room wasn’t even clean there was pee in the toilet the beds weren’t made and the soap bars were used in the shower. My kids got rashes from the bedding and we ended up checking out early

It wants the Ritz Carlton but it served it purpose the beds were nice and clean, stain on the wall beside the bed. The water didn’t work right the bath was scalding the sink would only go on cold by 8 all the breakfast was taken.

The check in was smooth. The room was okay. We got a business jacuzzi suite. The lights in the shower area were very dim. No air conditioner in living room. NO TOWELS. The towel situation is ridiculous. We were given two sets of towels for 4 people. I went the next morning, front desk told me get towels from maid, the maid said 30 minutes. Then I came back in 45-50 minutes, she said no towels. I said you told me 30 mins. She then got an attitude and told me talk to front desk. I went back to the front desk and she gave them to him. Just unprofessional and attitude for no reason. Breakfast was a joke Eggs were nasty and hardly any. Barely any cereal, milk, juice. No meat. Disorganized and messy. No bread, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, or breakfast bars. The pool was great. Jacuzzi in the room was great! Front desk was decent. The proximate of hotel to restaurants and store and Taste of Addison festival was awesome.

We stayed in a double bed suite so we could use the pullout couch. The pullout was so bad you coulf feel the bars! You can literally see them pushing through the matress. My son opted to sleep on the floir rather thrn the hide-a-bed

We got a king room with the hidabed for our kids. Got to the room and the hidabed wouldnt pull out. Maintenance came and got the banged on the bed frame and got the bed to pull out. When our kids went to stretch across the bed, the middle support leg was broke so bed folded back down. Jaquzzi tub didnt work as well (on of main reasons we got that room). Ceiling fans didnt work, and fridge didnt keep drinks cold. We used to stay there a few times a year and never had issues like this time.

Despite being a non smoking hotel there was a terrible stinch of cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the entire floor. The closet door was broken and hanging open, some of the dresser drawers broken would not open. The sofa cushions were torn up and the fold out bed mattress was 2 inches thick and there was no sheets/blanket or pillow for the sofa bed.

Elevator was broken. Rooms are old and outdated which usually is ok but these were gross. Sink cracked, shower stained and gross, toilet broken. Just really needs some love. My back is not feeling it today after the pull out couch. And the lack of tv made me bored to tears. Just don’t. Then, the herd of elephants showed up around midnight, stomping until 3 am so loudly the walls were vibrating. Shower leaked constantly. And woah what about that surprise $100 deposit. They didn’t even check the room upon departure. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

It was alright, the lobby had an interesting smell, but the room was nice, it had a few issues tho, the bathroom sink was cracked, the toilet whistled, and the freezer didn't keep my things frozen, and a few tiles in the bathroom floor were loose. But the beds and sofa were comfy, and it was pretty clean.

Arrived at 2:53pm check in was at 3pm and was told by front desk they were about to do shift change so I would need to wait 15-20min. That would be after my 3pm check in that so unprofessional why have me waiting. Front desk was speaking in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what they were saying and they were talking bad about people. Housekeeping cleaned up the room but did not put fresh towels when I got back I had to go downstairs to get fresh ones. There’s signs that says that property is 100% smoke free and people smoking outside and inside in the hallways. Stayed on 3rd floor and the entire floor smelled of weed. The man who checked us in was EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful and seemed like he didn't know what he was doing AT ALL. Our air conditioning was below par and if you're like me then you look forward to hotel air-conditioning. and lastly there was slim pickings for parking and had to park very far from entrance and when you have a debilitating disease, like myself, then that's not fun at all. Woman who checked us out in the AM was sweet.

While the stay itself was great, I did not have a good experience prior to checkout. The cleaning staff went into my room around 10am and proceeded to clean up my items when I had not checked out yet. it is my understanding they are not supposed to go in until the front desk confirms checkout. Well, my mom and I caught the cleaning lady in our room with our pizza box in her hands. She had consolidated our pizzas into one box, and stacked our cupcakes and chocolate boxes all neat in a pile to take to her home. She also threw out our coffee which was in our personal cups and put my nieces and nephews shoes in a pile by the door. She claimed she thought we had already left since we were not inside the room, but we were literally just walking our bags to the car and still had a lot of items in the room. This was very unprofessional and I felt so grossed out having our leftovers touched all over.

This hotel was filthy and in disrepair. There were druggies and prostitutes walking around outside. The luggage cart was all broken and barely useable. There was a spoiled milk type beverage spilled in the elevator that they just placed a wet floor sign on. We were on the 3rd floor, when we exited the elevator, there was trash all down the hallway. The key pad on the door to the room next to us was beeping all night. The room was no better, the furniture was run down and the bedding was dirty. There was hair on our sheets and holes burned into the comforter. The carpet at the end of the bed was oily and sticky. We drove over 4 hours to get there and since it was after midnight when we arrived, we had no choice but to stay. The next morning, I walked downstairs and notified the front desk that we would not be staying another night and demanded a refund. The lady at the desk said she would process the refund and cancel our reservation for the second night, you could tell this was not the first time she’s had complaints. I have pictures to back up the claims.

The indoor pool was so cold!!!! The hotel smelled of weed & our neighbors fought most of the night. The staff was very nice & helpful. The room was clean & was perfect for our needs. Great location.

There were roaches crawling in the restroom. The springs on the bed squeaked, very uncomfortable bed! Room smelt like an old retirement place. Will not book here again. Random people hanging out hotel parking lot. Did not feel safe at all.

The hotel is in a dark spot very hard to find at night , random people roaming in the parking lot , smells like cigarettes soon when you walk in , the rooms had mold on one lamp the stand up lamp was broken but still placed inside the lamp , the bed sheets has all kind of stains , behind the bed is a lot of trail of rat/mice poop . It’ was very disgusting . I left quicker than I arrived . This place needs a remodel asap . The deposit fee is too expensive for this stay it is now Monday I got there Friday night and still have not receive a refund back . So upset with this .

The hotel is old and run down, the beds were missing comforters, and the “breakfast” consisted off legit green eggs, toast with no butter or jelly, and cereal. Or You could make waffles which were decent. None of the staff offered to help put more items out for breakfast so we ended up eating McDonald’s.

No breakfast was horrible the waffles don't cook fully and the breakfast has no protein the manager don't care about paying customers they want to save money and the hotel stunk so bad rooms were dirty asked for towels said they were out.

Was cheap, but wouldn't stay there again. Toilet made a terrible squeaking noise every time it was flushed. The couch bed looked like it was barely hanging on, it had a huge sag/dip.so I had to put my smallest children on it. Only had 2 towels in the room when it was a room for 6 people. Pool was alright. Wasn't able to eat breakfast Saturday morning because the food ran out an hour before closing. Elevator was sketchy and would jerk hard every time it stopped going up. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, blackout curtains.

The breakfast menu was fresh but very limited options. Eggs, cereal and waffles. We didn’t get to experience the pool since we were only in hotel to basically shower and sleep. When we checked in lady at the desk was very nice and helpful with our check in. The room was clean upon checking in. Hallways and basically whole hotel reek of marijuana and cigarettes. The last night we stayed there woke up to use restroom to find cockroaches in sinks and on floor in restroom. Also found couple on wall/carpet separating beds from couch. The price was very cheap. You do get what you pay for. It was a last minute trip but next time I will just pay the extra money to not have to stay there again.

This place is nasty! Unsanitary with smoking hole is the blanket. There is this nasty smell the whole time. Indoor pool is unheated and cold like an ice bath! Breakfast is limited and late they say it starts at 7 in the morning on Saturday and Sunday and the cook didn't even make it in until 8:30 just to leave because there where no eggs so we didn't eat until 9:30! He was also very rude and talking mess about others while serving us. Just straight disrespectful. The pull out couch wouldn't even come out so my husbands and i had to sleep on the floor while my daughters take the bed. ALSO ROACH INFESTED!
