Holiday Inn and Suites Addison by IHG

No toilet paper only one rolls. Tried calling front desk with room Phone no answer. Called the regular number on my cell no one answered The room phone was unplugged when we got there And missing Pieces off the phone Bathroom had some kind of hair or something on the floor It was good for the price I paid I’ve stayed at other hotels in close proximity but ever this one.

All the staff that was seen were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and served it's purpose for our stay.

It is a little run down. Room was okay, stains on carpet and sheets. Seemed clean, but not appealing.

Overall feel of the hotel was dank and musty, not very clean. I filtered by free breakfasts and booked this based on that. So orbitz let me fown on that. The gym equipment was not well kept. Will not be staying again.
