Looks better than the photos. Will definitely come back again. Well stocked for things to do for the children. Stayed for a week. Beds were comfortable and beautiful and homey. This property is thoroughly stocked for everything you will need for your stay. It is a lovely home that will make you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. So much better than a hotel for all your family or friends needs. Highly recommend this beautiful home

Would highly recommend the mulberry tree house. Had it all covered for 2 people or 6. Heaps of room in and outside, great deck, big yard. The bikes were a bonus, casual ride in and around town. Heaps of food options within walking distance. Only problem 3 days was not enough needed 5 days to see everything. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Mulberry Tree is a great location for six adults or children or any combination of the above to stay. Large rear yard is securely fenced and flat mown lawn (complete) with mulberry tree making a safe place for children. The property is within walking distance of main street and seafront as advertised, It has many convenient features for adult guests including Nespresso machine, dishwasher, terrific covered dining area and other mod cons, but also small touches like extra pots and pans for the "Master Chef" in the group, and plates and cutlery for toddlers. Our group of somewhat particular Gen X ers thought it was one of the best appointed short-stay accommodation venues we had booked. Highly recommended.

Don’t hesitate to book this lovely rental for your next stay in Kingscote! My family and I had the most wonderful time for a two night stay on Kangaroo Island. The location is just a short walk into town and served as the perfect homebase as we explored the island. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need during your stay. The covered deck and enclosed dining space were highlights. We loved spending evenings out there watching our dog have her run of the enormous grassy backyard. I look forward to staying again during our next visit to KI!

Mulberry Cottage helped us have a wonderful stay on KI. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had lots of little extras to help us feel at home. The location in Kingscote is ideal as a base to explore the island.

This is one of the best holiday houses I have stayed in. It is extremely clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well equipped which makes self catering easy. Well located for Kingscote shops and other amenities. Darren and Steph are extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Had a great stay at the Mulberry property with my husband, child and in laws. The property was clean, tidy and made us feel soooooo relaxed. The door code was easy to use - made carrying keys null and void. There were so many added extras - I think all we used was the coffee though due to small addiction!! Not sure if my in laws brought the fruit? We packed it up for them when they left as did not know if it was theirs or yours! Apologies if it was the properties! The owners were very quick to respond to texts. My daughter loved the bird mural. Would stay here again. Felicity

We loved the Mulberry Tree house. The house is roomy and modern, yet cozy and very welcoming. There is nothing at all to fault, the amenities were great, the Wi-Fi worked well, the host supplied the essentials. The house is walking distance to the town center and shops, and communication with the host was excellent. One of our very favourite stays in South Australia. Thank you to the hosts!

The house was beautifully decorated. Just rock up with your clothes and food everything else you need is supplied, loved staying here. Attention to detail was excellent. The house was spacious with a large back yard. Only one complaint, the floor boards were noisy, very hard to walk around the front part of the house quietly, but it is an older house. Definitely recommend this place.

Steph and Darren have presented a beautiful property with everything you could need in a home away from home. It is well positioned and easy to get too and large enough to cater for many more than the two of us. Our little puppy loved the huge backyard with lots of room for her to run around and play. The hosts gave very clear instructions on how to gain entry to the property, what was available for use and what was expected from guests. We decided to stay longer and we’re lucky enough to be able to extend our stay without any issues. Definitely visiting the Mulberry Tree again and bringing the extended family with us next time.

Mulberry Tree Cottage was a great place to visit. Everything you needed was available and, even though the weather was cool, the house was easy to heat. There were some nice touches provided by our hosts, like a few staples in the kitchen, bath salts in the bathroom and access to Netflix was a real perk. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay . House was really comfortable everything we needed was available there . Nice outdoor faculties , really enjoyed the dining area . The dog loved the large back garden . Don’t hesitate to book this lovely rental for your next stay in Kingscote! My family and I had the most wonderful time for a two night stay on Kangaroo Island. The location is just a short walk into town and served as the perfect homebase as we explored the island. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need during your stay. The covered deck and enclosed dining space were highlights. We loved spending evenings out there watching our dog have her run of the enormous grassy backyard. I look forward to staying again during our next visit to KI!

Looks better than the photos. Will definitely come back again. Well stocked for things to do for the children. Stayed for a week. Beds were comfortable and beautiful and homey. Kitchen was very user friendly. Close to shops and the beach. This holiday was one of my beautiful memories that I will cherish. Thank you.

I cant say enough about this property every thing you need there's pasta and sauce cup asoup and much more on arrival i love that they have thought about everything plenty of washing tables you dont have to run out and buy anything love the lemon tree my dog loved the back yard would recommend this 100 %

Would highly recommend the mulberry tree house. Had it all covered for 2 people or 6. Heaps of room in and outside, great deck, big yard. The bikes were a bonus, casual ride in and around town. Heaps of food options within walking distance. Only problem 3 days was not enough needed 5 days to see everything. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is one of the best holiday houses I have stayed in. It is extremely clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well equipped which makes self catering easy. Well located for Kingscote shops and other amenities. Darren and Steph are extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Mulberry Tree is a great location for six adults or children or any combination of the above to stay. Large rear yard is securely fenced and flat mown lawn (complete) with mulberry tree making a safe place for children. The property is within walking distance of main street and seafront as advertised, It has many convenient features for adult guests including Nespresso machine, dishwasher, terrific covered dining area and other mod cons, but also small touches like extra pots and pans for the "Master Chef" in the group, and plates and cutlery for toddlers. Our group of somewhat particular Gen X ers thought it was one of the best appointed short-stay accommodation venues we had booked. Highly recommended.

Mulberry Tree Cottage was a great place to visit. Everything you needed was available and, even though the weather was cool, the house was easy to heat. There were some nice touches provided by our hosts, like a few staples in the kitchen, bath salts in the bathroom and access to Netflix was a real perk. We would stay again.

Fantastic accomodation, 11/10 would recommend! The hosts, Steph and Darren were extremely helpful, organised and accomodating to us. We stayed over Christmas and it felt a bit like unwrapping a gift as we first walked through the place. The house itself is modern, open and felt very much like a 'holiday' home. It has all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay — very impressed with how well-equipped it was with everything from cleaning products, diningware, kitchen equipment, entertainment and outdoor gear. Plenty of space in the backyard with a great deck, bbq and massive lawn area. Super close to all the local amenities (walking distance to supermarket, pub, restaurants). A great all-round experience, and sure to be our go-to spot for our future, yearly visits! Thanks once again for making our Christmas getaway one to remember for all the right reasons — Kayla and family.
