The room was nice but unfortunately in room4 you get the noise from what I can only assume to be the kitchen fan, goes off around 11pm and back on at 6am for the breakfast. So as long as you stay up late and want to get up early choose room4

Room was not ready on arrival, staff member was disinterested. Bedroom window was damaged, taped together, and did not open. Stains on bedroom carpet. Bathroom mirror looked clean, but once steamed up the words " clean me please" were visible.

The front desk and restaurant staff were amazing and had excellent customer service! They truly made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very soft, clean, and comfortable. Both rooms had a bathtub/shower but 1 drain was clogged enough to fill above our feet while having a shower. And although it was cold outside, the rooms were very hot and it was difficult to cool them down even with the radiator turned off and windows open. We would stay again as it was a decent price and although we weren’t able to use the spa/pool facilities, they looked fantastic. We did plan to swim but were told our 13 year old child couldn’t swim past 8pm. That didn’t work with our late 7pm arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel and the customer service of staff is why we rated our stay a 4/5.
