Excellent property, very close by to the hospital which is a primary reason we selected it. Well maintained, clean, rooms are very basic but the price is right. Staff friendly and helpful. There isn't really a gym there, it is a fitness room and is so small only one or two can use it at a time so front desk controls access. Still, that also was a nice feature to have and while the fitness room is quite basic, it is sufficient for exercise while traveling and staying there. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise, I expected a basoc breakfast of donuts, cereal, and toast, maybe some fruit. Instead one day it was scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes (see pic). There is also cereal, fruit, and a waffle maker available. The next day was biscuits and gravy and sausage. Apparently they rotate these every other day (eggs and sausage one day, biscuits and gravy next day, etc.). Very good breakfast and was surprised at the wide options. Will likely end up staying here again at some point.

The room smelled of urine. The blankets on the bed smelled of BO. I don’t believe they have been changed all season. It was so bad that I threw up once. I was only able to get about 4 hrs sleep due to the horrible smells.

I’m not sure why this hotel has such high ratings. The room is so so, the coffee pots water holder had mold on it so the water has been sitting for awhile. It’s an older hotel, but I was expecting better for the high ratings. The breakfast was cold, and rooms could be cleaner. I would look elsewhere if I was staying in Billings again

Easy check-in, accessible parking lot. Our room was very warm upon arrival and while the AC worked, it was quite loud and disruptive to sleep. The carpet had not been vacuumed but the rest of the room was clean.

This is the quietest and most serene property I've ever visited. Whether staying in advance of a very early morning flight, following a medical procedure, or whatever the reason, getting good rest is a given. It is THE place I stay when in Billings.

It was a nice place, clean and easy to get to. Not much around it to walk to but ubers were very fast. Friendly staff and easy checkin. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were small, not much counter space in bathroom.

One of the best things about this hotel was its amazing staff from the time we checked in until we checked out they were all helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying at the riversage anytime we're in billings

Front desk person that checked us in was very helpful with the UBER App. Basically was hands helping schedule early morning transportation to the Airport. Morning front desk was very courteous and helpful as well, with receipt.

Safe, clean place to stay. Staff are friendly. Only small complaint is no bottles of water in vending machines, and no water available at breakfast service (has been this way for the 4-5 years we’ve stayed here) PLEASE PLEASE start serving water at breakfast and stock water in the vending machines!
